Detailed Description
The false twist texturing machine has the functions of sequentially carrying out necessary yarn treatment on the yarn of the spun finished product and finally winding and shaping the yarn to obtain the false twist textured finished product. The spun product as the starting material for the false twist texturing machine is produced by a spinning device located upstream of the false twist texturing process. The spinning equipment filters, spouts and cools the melt to form yarns, and oils and winds the yarns to form the finished spinning products. The spun product needs to be further processed in the false twist texturing machine to obtain a yarn with certain characteristics, which can be directly used in the downstream weaving process. Each false twist texturing machine has hundreds of working positions, and each working position processes one yarn independently.
FIG. 1 schematically shows a false twist texturing machine as claimed in the present disclosure and schematically shows a system with correlation for correlating spinning finish data and false twist texturing finish data. In order to improve the continuity of the false twist texturing process and avoid unnecessary repeated operations, a plurality of finished spun yarns are connected end to form a continuous finished spun yarn output. As shown in fig. 1, two finished spinnerets 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 are connected end to end and placed at the strand positions 1L and 1R of the strand rack 13, respectively, wherein the finished spinnerets 1.1.1 are located at the strand position 1R, and the finished spinnerets 1.1.2 are located at the strand position 1L. A connecting knot is formed at the joint of the two spinning finished products 1.1.1 and 1.1.2. The spun product 1.1.2 at the strand position 1L is unwound first into the first conveying device 2 and subsequently into the processing device. After the unwinding of the spun product 1.1.2 is completed, the spun product 1.1.1 at the strand position 1R is unwound, so that the raw material for the production of the false-twist textured product 7.1 can be supplied without interruption. Due to this, it may happen that one false twist textured finish is processed from several different spun finishes. In tracing back the original origin of the false twist textured product, special consideration must be given to this situation to ensure that complete historical data is obtained.
Based on the above technical background, the false twist texturing machine of the present invention further has a machine controller 10 and an association system for associating the spinning finish data and the false twist texturing finish data. Not explicitly shown in the figures, the machine controller 10 can be used as a general control terminal for the false twist texturing machine for individual and/or zonal control and monitoring of all the thread treatment devices of the false twist texturing machine. The correlation system comprises an identification device 9 electrically connected to the machine controller 10, detection means 8.1 to 8.4 and a matching module 11 built into the machine controller 10.

In the production completion stage of the spinning finished product, the inner side of the bobbin of the spinning finished product is stuck with a unique spinning finished product identification label 15. The spinning product identification tag 15 encodes the original position information of the spinning product, such as the manufacturer information and the finish time information of the spinning product. The information of the original position of the finished spinning product can be read by the identification device 9. Each strand position of the filament support 13 is attached with a unique position identification label 14. The position identification tag 14 encodes position information of the filament position, for example, 1L is a filament position at which a spun product to be unwound first is placed at a first working position, and 1R is a filament position at which a spun product connected to the spun product at 1L is placed at the first working position; 2L and 2R are protofilament positions of a second working position; 3L and 3R are protofilament positions of a third working position; 4L and 4R are protofilament positions of the fourth working position.
The identification device 9 is preferably hand-held and can communicate wirelessly with the machine controller 10 via a network. After the spinning product is placed on the filament position of the filament rack 13, the identification device 9 may identify and record the spinning product identification tag 15 and the position identification tag 14, and transmit the spinning product position information to the machine controller 10.
After receiving the position information of the finished spun product, the matching module 11 of the machine controller 10 will establish a match between the position information of the false twist textured finished product and the position information of the finished spun product, so as to obtain a correspondence between the false twist textured finished product and the finished spun product, for example, currently, only the finished spun product 1.1.2 is used to produce the false twist textured finished product 7.1. If the finished spun product 1.1.2 is sufficient for the production of two false twist texturing products, historical data such as delivery information of the finished spun product 1.1.2 can be traced back when the quality of the false twist texturing product 7.1 and the quality of the other false twist texturing product are of low grade.
Furthermore, a detection device 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 is assigned to each work station, which is arranged between the two connected spinning products, for example, the detection device 8.1 is arranged between the spinning product 1.1.1 and the spinning product 1.1.2. The connection between the end product 1.1.1 and the end product 1.1.2 is located upstream of the detection device 8.1, according to the direction of advance of the yarn. The yarn passes through the detection device 8.1, so that the detection device 8.1 detects the connecting knot in real time. Once the detection device 8.1 detects the connection, the detection device 8.1 sends an electrical signal to the matching module 11 of the machine controller 10, so that the matching module 11 updates the matching relationship between the position information of the finished spun product and the position information of the false-twist textured finished product, and further obtains a new corresponding relationship between the false-twist textured finished product and the finished spun product. For example, after the detection device 8.1 detects the connection between the finished spun product 1.1.1 and the finished spun product 1.1.2, it can be concluded that the finished spun product 1.1.1 and the finished spun product 1.1.2 are jointly used for producing the false-twist textured product 7.1, so that when a quality problem is found in the false-twist textured product 7.1, historical data such as the factory information of each of the two finished spun products 1.1.1, 1.1.2 can be traced back. In the same way, it can be seen that spun products 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 are used together to produce false twist texturing product 7.2, spun products 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 are used together to produce false twist texturing product 7.3, and spun products 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 are used together to produce false twist texturing product 7.4.
In order to be able to visually display the correspondence between the finished spun yarn and the false-twist textured yarn, the machine controller 10 is provided with a display interface 12 for displaying the matching information.
The identification mode of the identification device 9 may be a scanning identification two-dimensional code or a bar code, or a near field communication identification mode.
