Background
After annealing, the metal product needs to be pickled before entering the next working procedure. At present, a large amount of iron products are treated by soaking in an acid pickling tank to remove surface oxides or rust. In the pickling process, oxide skin and scrap iron on the surface of metal remain in the pickling tank, which causes damage to the tank body to a certain extent or affects the pickling efficiency.
The existing pickling tank needs to drain acid liquor in the tank completely, then slag is removed, and the working efficiency is low.

The invention aims to provide a pickling tank and a working method of the pickling tank, and aims to solve the technical problem that the working efficiency is low because the slag removal of the existing pickling tank needs to be carried out after acid liquor in the tank is drained.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, a recycling bin 11 may be further disposed in the recycling basket 3, and the recycling bin 11 is adapted to receive the waste slag falling off the slope; the recycling bin 11 is closely attached to the inner wall of the recycling basket 3.
