Background
In the process of petroleum processing and oily sewage treatment, a large amount of oily sludge is generated, which mainly comprises tank bottom sludge (oil separating tank, homogenizing tank, sedimentation tank and the like), tank bottom sludge and oily scum generated by an air floatation process, and the oily scum is usually referred to as oil sludge. The oil-containing sludge is mainly composed of water, suspended solid, oil and the like, contains toxic and harmful substances such as benzene series, phenols and the like, is listed in hazardous solid wastes (HW-08, 2016) by China, and is also required to be subjected to harmless treatment in national clean production promotion laws and solid waste environmental pollution prevention laws.
The oil sludge has complex components, greatly different physical and chemical properties and the like, and various treatment technologies. At present, methods such as incineration, coking and recycling, solvent extraction, thermal desorption, thermochemical cleaning and the like are mainly adopted. Through investigation, the domestic oil sludge outsourcing cost is more than 2000 yuan/t, part of oil refineries are limited by geographical positions, oil sludge treatment processes and the like, and the cost for treating oil sludge per ton is even more than 3000 yuan.
The method mainly aims at the sludge dewatering and reducing treatment, but for the oil-containing sludge deoiling treatment, the related technologies are not many at present, and particularly in industrial application.
Based on this, it is necessary to develop the research of the deoiling treatment process of the oil-containing sludge, which is the premise of the advanced treatment, reduction and harmless treatment of the oil sludge. Meanwhile, the oily sludge is rich in a large amount of hydrocarbons, and the implementation of oil sludge recycling meets the requirements of strategic guidelines of circular economy and sustainable development. If the comprehensive utilization of the oily sludge is reasonably carried out, the oily sludge becomes a valuable secondary resource. Therefore, the proper, reasonable and effective treatment of the oily sludge has attracted great attention, and the comprehensive utilization of the oily sludge is bound to become the key point of scientific and technological research at home and abroad.
