The method and the device for determining the bottleneck of the elevator can accurately evaluate whether the bottleneck exists in the elevator at present according to the related data of the elevator, thereby providing a basis for realizing the follow-up information push.

The following describes an elevator information pushing system implemented based on the above elevator information pushing method in further detail.
Example one
In this embodiment, the elevator information pushing system, as shown in fig. 4, includes:
a data storage unit for storing elevator-related data;
the bottleneck determining unit is used for processing the elevator related data stored by the data storage unit and determining the current existing bottleneck of the elevator;
a push information generation unit which generates push information according to the bottleneck output by the bottleneck determination unit or the combination of the bottleneck and the elevator related data;
and the output unit is used for transmitting the push information generated by the push information generation unit to a push object, and the push object is an information informing device which can receive the push information and provide the push information for an elevator related party.
The push information comprises at least one of elevator current situation information related to the bottleneck of the elevator and/or change trend information thereof, modification advice information (modification project, modification cost, modification construction period, modification expected effect) for the bottleneck of the elevator, and successful modification case.
The output unit outputs the push information to the outside in a mode of at least one of regular push, random push, conditional push and response request push.
The conditional push can be divided into two modes: the first is to push as long as the condition is met, and the second is to push only when the accumulated number of times of meeting the condition in a set period exceeds a threshold or the average number of times of meeting the condition in a specified period exceeds a threshold.
The elevator information pushing system of the embodiment can provide convincing information to the elevator related party based on the bottleneck existing in the elevator, so that the elevator related party can more clearly recognize the necessity of modifying the elevator, and the modification and updating of the elevator can be more easily accepted.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the elevator information pushing system of the present embodiment, wherein the bottleneck determining unit includes:
the bottleneck storage module is used for storing all possible bottlenecks;
the index construction module is used for constructing a data index corresponding to each possible bottleneck by using the elevator related data;
the comparison module is used for comparing the data index of the possible bottleneck with a set threshold xi corresponding to the data index and outputting a comparison result;
and the bottleneck determining module is used for determining whether the possible bottleneck is a real bottleneck or not according to the comparison result, and if so, outputting the bottleneck.
The specific steps of the bottleneck determining unit for determining the current bottleneck of the elevator are as follows:
step S1, enumerating all possible bottlenecks, and outputting a possible bottleneck list consisting of the possible bottlenecks;
step S2, selecting an undetermined possible bottleneck from the possible bottleneck list as a to-be-determined bottleneck;
step S3, an index construction module constructs a data index suitable for the bottleneck to be judged by using elevator related data according to the bottleneck to be judged;
step S4, a comparison module compares the data index of the bottleneck to be judged with a corresponding set threshold xi, and outputs a comparison result;
step S5, the bottleneck determining module determines whether the bottleneck to be determined is a real bottleneck according to the comparison result, if so, the bottleneck to be determined is output as the real bottleneck, and the step S6 is entered, otherwise, the step S6 is directly entered;
step S6, determining whether the possible bottleneck list has an undetermined possible bottleneck, if yes, returning to step S2, otherwise, going to step S7;
step S7, composing a bottleneck list from all real bottlenecks output in step S5, and outputting the bottleneck list.
Of course, the bottleneck determination unit can also determine that the current bottleneck exists in the elevator by other means, for example, the steps are as follows:
step B1, enumerating all possible bottlenecks, and outputting a possible bottleneck list consisting of the possible bottlenecks;

step B3, associating the constructed data indexes with the corresponding possible bottlenecks, and storing the data indexes in the bottleneck storage module;
step B4, the comparison module compares the data index with the corresponding set threshold xi and outputs the comparison result;
step B5, the bottleneck determining module determines whether the possible bottleneck is a real bottleneck according to the comparison result, and outputs the determination result;
and step B6, outputting all possible bottlenecks with the judgment result of yes.
In this embodiment, the generating unit generates the push information by using the bottleneck/the data related to the elevator output by the bottleneck determining unit, and the basis for generating the push information is the bottleneck of the elevator, regardless of the push object.
Possible bottlenecks of the elevator include too high energy consumption of the elevator, low transport efficiency, poor riding comfort, not friendly enough human-computer interaction, low intelligence, etc.
Assuming an elevator, the practical bottleneck of the elevator is determined to be low conveying efficiency and poor man-machine interaction according to the relevant data (usually mainly operation data) of the elevator. For the bottleneck with low conveying efficiency, a data index (such as the weighted sum of the number of elevator waiting people and the elevator waiting time and normalization processing) can be constructed according to the elevator waiting people and the elevator waiting time in certain scenes, and for the bottleneck with poor man-machine interaction, the data index is mainly collected according to the complaints and the complains of passengers, opinions and the like. The push information generating unit generates push information by using the determined elevator bottleneck or combining the data of the elevator such as the elevator type, specification, service life, maintenance and the like, wherein the push information can comprise data indexes and the like which reflect the current situation of the elevator bottleneck, and can also comprise expected results after modification (such as upgrading a group control algorithm, increasing a touch screen, calling a call by a mobile phone and the like), namely the number of people waiting for the elevator is reduced, the elevator waiting time is shortened, and the human-computer interaction convenience experience (comparison before and after modification) is realized. The output unit outputs the push information externally in one or more modes of regular push, random push, conditional push and response request push.

the push information generating unit generates the push information corresponding to the push object output by the push object selecting unit according to the bottleneck output by the bottleneck determining unit or the combination of the bottleneck and the elevator related data, and the output unit pushes the push information to the push object output by the push object selecting unit.
In this embodiment, after the actual bottleneck of the elevator is determined, a pushed object selection unit firstly selects and outputs part or all of the pushed objects according to the bottleneck; the push information generation unit generates appropriate push information for the selected push objects respectively, and the output unit pushes the push information corresponding to the push objects to the corresponding selected push objects.
