The novel corrugated paper production device as claimed in claim 4, wherein eight rotating shafts (16) are provided, four rotating shafts (16) are provided at the top of the fixing plate (15), four rotating shafts (16) are provided at the bottom of the fixing plate (15), the sliding groove (18) is formed in the position, close to the rotating shafts (16) at the top of the fixing plate (15), of the side end face of the fixing plate (15), the central support rod of the rotating shafts (16) at the top of the fixing plate (15) is fixedly installed inside the sliding groove (18) through a bolt, and the first electromagnetic microwave heating plate (19) is parallel to the conveyor belt (17) on the outer end face of the rotating shaft (16).
7. A production process of a novel corrugated paper production device according to claims 1-6, characterized in that the process comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the double-layer corrugated paper with opposite ridges is pressed and processed by the corrugating machine body (1), and is pasted and adhered by microwave heating.
Step two: pasting the upper end and the lower end of the corrugated paper by using a pasting machine, pasting by using a conveyor belt (17) and microwave heating, and adhering the upper end and the lower end of the corrugated paper with the raw paper.
Step three: the processing of multilayer corrugated paper is realized by adding the corrugating machine body (1) and the pasting roller (11).
8. The process for producing corrugated paper as claimed in claim 7, wherein the process in the first step is as follows:
the top ends of the two base paper frames (7) are close to the base paper frame (7) of the preheating cylinder (6) to convey the base paper to the preheating cylinder (6) for preheating;
the preheating cylinder (6) conveys the preheated raw paper from the top of the corrugating machine body (1) to a position between the first corrugating roller (2) and the second corrugating roller (3), and conveys the raw paper out from a position between the second corrugating roller (3) and the third corrugating roller (4) after pressing;
the other preheating cylinder (6) conveys the preheated raw paper between a third corrugating roller (4) and a fourth corrugating roller (5) from the bottom of the corrugating machine body (1), performs gluing after pressing, and conveys the raw paper out from between the second corrugating roller (3) and the third corrugating roller (4);
the two layers of conveyed corrugated paper are glued together, and microwave penetrating heating is carried out in the middle of a second electromagnetic microwave heating plate (20) at the side end of the corrugating machine body (1) to enable the two layers of conveyed corrugated paper to be tightly adhered.
9. A novel corrugated paper production process as claimed in claim 7, wherein the production process in the second step is as follows:
the double-layer corrugated paper conveyed in the first step is conveyed to a position between two pasting rollers (11) from a position of a supporting shaft (14) at the top end of a top cover (12) of the pasting machine for pasting;
the base paper is conveyed to the top end of a limiting cylinder (13) at the top end of a top cover (12) of the pasting machine by the base paper frame (7) and finally enters the bottom end of a conveyor belt (17) on the outer end face of a rotating shaft (16) at the top of a fixing plate (15);
the other raw paper frame (7) conveys the raw paper to the top end of a fixed cylinder (9) in the middle of an upper pasting machine base (8), and finally enters the top end of a conveyor belt (17) on the outer end face of a rotating shaft (16) at the bottom of a fixed plate (15);
the corrugated paper pasted on the pasting roller (11) enters the middle of two pieces of base paper, enters the middle of a first electromagnetic microwave heating plate (19) under the drive of a conveyor belt (17), and is subjected to microwave heating, so that the corrugated paper and the base paper are pasted and adhered.
10. A novel corrugated paper production process as claimed in claim 7, wherein the production process in step three is as follows:
adding a plurality of groups of production lines consisting of the corrugating machine body (1), the preheating cylinder (6) and the base paper frame (7) in the first step according to requirements;
taking down the top cover (12) of the pasting machine, adding corresponding support plates 10 and pasting rollers (11), and then installing the top cover (12) of the pasting machine at the top end of the pasting machine;
adjusting a rotating shaft (16) at the top of the fixed plate (15) according to the thickness of the produced corrugated paper, so that the distance between the two conveyor belts (17) is correspondingly increased;
double-deck corrugated paper of corrugating machine body (1) production gets into between the pasting roller (11) that corresponds, only remains leftmost former paper frame (7) to spacing section of thick bamboo (13) conveying body paper, only remains rightmost former paper frame (7) to fixed section of thick bamboo (9) conveying body paper, and the crest of the multilayer corrugated paper after pasting aligns and gets into between two body papers relatively to suppress and paste the adhesion through conveyer belt (17) and first electromagnetism microwave hot plate (19).
