Preferably, the lower end surface of the bin and the lower end surface of the trough are in the same plane; the lower bottom surface of the inner side of the bin and the bottom surface of the inner side of the trough are in the same plane.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the adopted cutting device can finish cutting and outputting of the cut plate in one step; and the length of the cut plate can be adjusted according to actual requirements.

the cutting cylinder 15 drives the connecting plate 6 to descend, the connecting plate 6 can drive the cutting tool 4 and the ejector rod 7 to descend, the cutting tool 4 is firstly contacted with the PCB, and the PCB on two sides of the cutting tool 4 is uniformly and respectively subjected to the bin 3 and the material guide cover 2, so that the cutting tool 4 can cut off the PCB smoothly by punching; while the cutting is finished again, the cutting tool 4 continuously falls, the ejector rod 7 descends to abut against the bin 3 and drives the bin 3 to rotate downwards around the fulcrum shaft 16; therefore, after the bin 3 rotates, the adjusting plate 8 is separated from the bin, and the PCB in the bin 3 slides out from the right end of the bin 3 under the action of gravity;
by rotating the adjusting bolt 11, the position of the adjusting plate 8 can be adjusted, and then the length of the PCB entering the stock bin 3 can be controlled, so that the length of the cut PCB can be adjusted and positioned.
