And in the power supply process, the energy storage converter controls the output voltage to be stabilized between 350 and 480V in real time. In the battery pack charging mode, three-phase alternating current enters an energy storage converter through an isolation transformer by using a three-phase grid power or a small generator, the energy storage converter converts the alternating current into direct current, and the direct current charges the battery pack through a confluence cabinet.
The specific working mode of the direct current flash welding machine is as follows: in a battery pack discharging mode, the battery pack converges direct current through the converging cabinet and transmits the converged direct current to the energy storage converter, and the energy storage converter supplies the direct current to the direct current mobile flash welding machine and auxiliary equipment loads of the welding machine through the isolation transformer, wherein the auxiliary equipment loads comprise a water cooling machine and a hydraulic station motor. And in the power supply process, the energy storage converter controls the output voltage to be stabilized between 350 and 480V in real time.
