The embodiment of the invention provides a cleaning method and a cleaning device. The following are detailed below.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the cleaning method provided by the present invention, the method includes:
10. injecting cleaning fluid into the cleaning tank;
11. controlling the brush to move according to a preset path;
12. and cleaning the brush to remove foreign matters.
According to the cleaning method provided by the invention, the brush can move along the preset path of the guide rail by arranging the guide rail, so that the brush can be more conveniently cleaned, the bearing protection shell of the equipment does not need to be detached, and the manpower and material resources are saved.
The cleaning method provided by the invention can be applied to cleaning lines of a display panel and is suitable for any equipment using the hairbrush, namely, a guide rail can be added for any device which is provided with the hairbrush and needs to clean the hairbrush, so that the hairbrush can move according to the path of the preset guide rail and can be cleaned, the hairbrush is more convenient to clean, a bearing protection shell of the equipment and the like do not need to be detached, and manpower and material resources are saved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the injecting the cleaning solution into the cleaning tank may be injecting water into the cleaning tank, or other cleaning solutions with cleaning function, which is not limited herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the controlling the brush to move according to the preset path may be: and providing a preset guide rail, arranging the brush on the guide rail, and controlling the brush to move according to the path of the guide rail.
Specifically, in display panel's washing line, the brush that washs display panel includes first brush and second brush, and first brush and second brush setting are on display panel's upper and lower surface, wash display panel's upper and lower surface respectively, get rid of the impurity on the display panel.
The guide rail also comprises a first guide rail and a second guide rail, wherein the first brush is arranged on the first guide rail and moves along the path of the first guide rail; the second brush is arranged on the second guide rail and moves along the path of the second guide rail. And the first guide rail and the second guide rail are partially arranged inside the cleaning tank, and the brush moves to the inside of the cleaning tank along the path of the guide rails so as to be cleaned subsequently.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, in order to illustrate an embodiment of the guide path provided by the present invention, the first guide 20 is linear, and the second guide 21 is "7" or "L" shaped to provide a "7" or "L" shaped moving path. The second guide rail 21 includes a first section 210 and a second section 211 which are vertically connected, the first section 210 is disposed parallel to the first guide rail 20, and the second section 211 is disposed above the horizontal plane of the cleaning solution and is vertically disposed with respect to the first guide rail 20. The first brush may move down along the first rail 20 directly below the water level, and the second brush may move along the 7-shaped or L-shaped path formed by the first and second sections 210 and 211 of the second rail 21 below the water level. And in some embodiments of the invention, the brushes may be positioned within the cleaning solution and at a distance from the cleaning solution upper surface 1/4 such that the brushes are fully immersed in the cleaning solution.
In the embodiment of the invention, the shape of the guide rails can be determined according to specific conditions, and only two guide rails need to be arranged, so that the first brush and the second brush are separated and respectively immersed into the cleaning liquid for subsequent cleaning.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning the brush to remove the foreign matter may include: and controlling the brush to move in the cleaning liquid, and cleaning the brush by using the ultrasonic wave to control the cleaning liquid to remove foreign matters.
Specifically, the brush is controlled to move to the inside of the cleaning tank along the path of the guide rail, and the brush is completely immersed in the cleaning liquid, at the moment, the ultrasonic device can be started, and meanwhile, the brush is controlled to move on the guide rail ceaselessly. Under the action of ultrasonic waves, the ultrasonic waves can convert sound energy into mechanical vibration, and the ultrasonic waves are radiated to cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank through the cleaning tank wall; and because the washing liquid in the washing tank can generate bubbles due to the radiation of ultrasonic waves, and keep vibrating under the action of the sound waves, the adsorbability of the foreign matters and the surface of the hairbrush is damaged, the fatigue damage of the foreign matters is caused, the foreign matters are separated from the hairbrush, and the foreign matters on the surface of the hairbrush are removed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time required for cleaning the brush is 15-30min, specifically, the brush can be cleaned for 15min, 20min or 30min, and the specific cleaning time can refer to the degree of the foreign matters on the brush, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, the brush can be cleaned for multiple times, so that the situation that foreign matters on the surface of the brush are not completely removed is avoided.
After the brush is cleaned by using the ultrasonic wave, the cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention may further include: and removing the cleaning liquid and drying the brush.
Specifically, after the brush is cleaned, the drain valve is opened to discharge the cleaning liquid, the brush is controlled to rotate rapidly, and the residual cleaning liquid is thrown away by centrifugal force generated by the rapid rotation to dry the brush.
In the embodiment of the invention, the shape and the material of the brush are not limited at all, namely, the cleaning method provided by the invention can be suitable for cleaning the brush in any device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the brush is cleaned and dried, the cleaning method further includes: moving the brush back to the initial position; and position calibration is performed. Because the brush needs reuse to get rid of the impurity on display panel surface, consequently wash the drying back to the brush, still need to move the brush back initial position for follow-up impurity of cleaing away display panel.
Specifically, the brush is controlled to return to the initial position according to a preset path by using a preset guide rail, but the position of the brush needs to be calibrated for better removing impurities on the surface of the display panel.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the brush includes a first brush and a second brush, and the first brush and the second brush are respectively located at upper and lower surfaces of the display panel to remove impurities on the upper and lower surfaces of the display panel. After the brush returns to the initial position along the path of the preset guide rail, the pressure device on the cleaning line can respectively apply pressure to the first brush and the second brush, so that the brush is in contact with the display panel on the conveying device, and impurities of the display panel can be removed subsequently.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a method of position calibrating a first brush and a second brush may include: the thickness of the display panel and the brush press-in amount are input. The brush needs to be in contact with the display panel to remove impurities on the surface of the display panel, and the pressing amount of the brush is the distance range within which the brush needs to be pressed into the display panel after the brush is just in contact with the display panel; in some embodiments of the invention, the brush indentation may be 0.05-0.2 mm. Specifically, the brush pressing amount may be 1.05mm, 0.1mm, 0.2mm, or the like.
The control brush rotates with certain rotational speed, and the control brush slowly goes up and down to display panel's surface simultaneously, utilizes the sensor to note the resistance size when first brush and second brush just contact, and this resistance size can become to contact current value and be noted, and when subsequent brush washs display panel, the washing line can utilize this current value to compensate the distance of brush apart from display panel. That is, if the distance between the brush and the display panel is too far, the position of the brush can be adjusted, so that the brush is closer to the display panel; meanwhile, when the distance between the brush and the display panel is too close, the position of the brush can be adjusted, so that the brush is far away from the display panel.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the method for calibrating the position of the brush may include: the thickness of the display panel and the pressing-in amount of the brush are input, the brush is controlled to slowly lift until the grating senses the first brush and the second brush, the position data of the second brush and the second brush are recorded, and the position of the brush is adjusted and calibrated according to the data.
