In the invention, when the second driving mechanism 9 is linked with the hole cleaning mechanism 7, the rotating plate 73 can be driven to rotate around the rotating shaft 72 or/and move up and down in the vertical direction, specifically, when the second driving mechanism 9 drives the auxiliary driving wheel 710 to rotate anticlockwise, the second one-way gear 712 on the auxiliary driving wheel 710 drives the transmission gear 79 to rotate, so that the rotating gear 75 is driven to drive the rotating shaft 72 to rotate, the rotating plate 73 rotates around the rotating shaft 72, so that the dredging column 74 can dredge the filtering holes 4 on two sides of the bottom of the mortar 3, and when the second driving mechanism 9 drives the auxiliary driving wheel 710 to rotate clockwise, the movable rack 76 rises, so that the rotating plate 73 is driven to move downwards integrally, so that the filtering holes 4 on the mortar 3 can be dredged integrally.
