The shape of the sliding block 3 is set according to the shape of the water conduit 1. When the water conduit 1 is a round pipe, the sliding block 3 is a round pipe or a circular arc-shaped plate. In this embodiment, the water conduit 1 is a square pipe, the sliding block 3 at least includes a main plate 31, the main plate 31 is disposed at an opening of the water conduit 1, and the guide pipe 2 is connected to the main plate 31. Except that the guide pipe 2 is connected with the water conduit 1 and the guide pipe 2 is connected with the water conduit 1 through the sliding block 3, the guide pipe 2 can be a hose, one end of the guide pipe 2 is communicated with the water conduit 1, the other end of the guide pipe is connected with a support, and the support can slide along the extension direction of the water conduit 1.
