Abstract
The invention discloses a bed support produced by using a foamed polyolefin material, which mainly comprises: the bed support comprises a front support and a rear support, wherein the front support and the rear support are connected by hanging pieces, reinforcing ribs are arranged at the lower side and four corners of a bed support panel, the reinforcing ribs are in a cross shape or an inclined lining shape, and inward extending reinforcing modules are arranged at the surrounding positions of the four corners of the bed support; the tail of the rear support bed is provided with a chamfer. The invention meets the strength of the bed support, and simultaneously produces the bed support by one-time compression molding process, thereby improving the production efficiency of manufacturers, effectively reducing the weight of the bed support by using the foamed polyolefin material and realizing the aim of light weight.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bed supports, in particular to a bed support produced by using a foamed polyolefin material.
Background
The bed support has the basic purpose of bearing a mattress, so that the bed support needs to meet certain strength to ensure that the bed support cannot crack, collapse and the like in the using process. At present, wood is one of the preferred materials for the bed support for most bed support manufacturers. But the use of wood requires production processes such as cutting, assembling and coating, the production period is long, the automation degree is low, the wood waste is serious and the like, which also determines that the cost of bed support manufacturers is higher; meanwhile, the density of wood is high, so that the weight of the whole bed support is heavier, and the difficulty is higher in the carrying process, particularly in the carrying processes of going upstairs and downstairs and the like. Therefore, the material with light density and high strength is used for preparing the bed support, and the bed support is produced by a simpler production process, so that the bed support has great practical significance.
Therefore, how to select the production material of the bed support, the bearing capacity of the bed support is ensured, and meanwhile, the production efficiency of furniture manufacturers is improved and the weight of the bed support is lightened by adjusting the processing technology of the bed support. How to provide a bed support capable of solving the above problems is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a bed support produced by using a foamed polyolefin material, and the structure of the bed support is designed, so that the strength of the bed support is met, and meanwhile, the bed support is produced by a one-time compression molding process instead of being formed by assembling a plurality of parts, so that the production efficiency of furniture manufacturers is improved; in addition, the foamed polyolefin material is used as a raw material for producing the bed support, so that the weight of the bed support can be effectively reduced, and the aim of reducing the weight is fulfilled.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the method mainly comprises the following steps: the bed support comprises a front support and a rear support, wherein the front support and the rear support are connected by hanging pieces, reinforcing ribs are arranged at the lower side and four corners of a bed support panel, the reinforcing ribs are in a cross shape or an inclined lining shape, and inward extending reinforcing modules are arranged at the surrounding positions of the four corners of the bed support; and a chamfer angle is arranged at the tail of the rear support bed.
Preferably, in the bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material, the front support and the rear support are connected by using two or more metal hanging pieces, the hanging pieces are arranged at different positions according to the heights of the bed supports with different sizes, when the height of the bed support is less than or equal to 20cm, the bottom of the hanging piece is flush with the bottom of the bed support, and when the height of the bed support is greater than 20cm, the hanging piece is positioned at the upper and lower middle positions of the bed support.
Preferably, in the bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material, the reinforcing ribs are in a structure with thick ends and thin middle, and the reinforcing ribs and the bed support panel are in an integrally molded structure.
Preferably, in the bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material, the reinforcing module is a cuboid with the length of 6-8 cm and is of an integrally formed structure with the bed support.
Preferably, in the bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material, the front support and the rear support are formed by compression molding by using the foamed polyolefin material.
Preferably, in the bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material, when the front support and the rear support are subjected to compression molding, the reinforcing modules at four corners of the mold are internally provided with bolts, and an internal thread metal piece is embedded in the mold.
Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention discloses the bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material, and the foamed polyolefin material has the characteristics of light density, high strength and the like, and can reduce the weight of the bed support to a greater extent and achieve the purpose of light weight. Compared with the prior art, the weight can be reduced by at least 40%; the forming process of the foamed polypropylene is compression molding, the production efficiency of the front support and the rear support can be improved by more than 20%, and the production automation degree is greatly improved. The foamed polyolefin material is an environment-friendly material produced by adopting a physical foaming process, and has the advantages of excellent fireproof and flame-retardant properties, water resistance, excellent buffering and shock absorption properties, no toxicity, environmental friendliness and the like.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a bed support produced by using a foamed polyolefin material, which is produced by a one-time compression molding process instead of assembling a plurality of parts while meeting the strength of the bed support by designing the structure of the bed support, thereby improving the production efficiency of furniture manufacturers; in addition, the foamed polyolefin material is used as a raw material for producing the bed support, so that the weight of the bed support can be effectively reduced, and the aim of reducing the weight is fulfilled.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a bed support produced by using a foamed polyolefin material according to the present invention specifically includes: selecting a foamed polyolefin foaming material with the density of 80g/L-150g/L as a forming raw material, wherein a whole bed support is formed by splicing a front bed support and a rear bed support which are independent, and the front bed support and the rear bed support are respectively a front support 1 and a rear support 2; the front support 1 is connected with the headstock, the back support 2 is a tailstock, the front support 1 is connected with the back support 2 by using a hanging piece 3 with a specially-made structure, the lower side of a bed support panel 4 adopts a cross-shaped structure 5 as a reinforcing rib, the reinforcing rib and the bed support panel 4 are of an integrally-formed structure, the four corners adopt inclined linings 6 as the reinforcing ribs, the reinforcing rib is of a structure with thick ends and thin middle, an inward extending reinforcing module 7 structure is arranged at the periphery of each of the four corners of the bed support, the reinforcing modules 7 and the bed support are integrally formed, and the periphery of the tailstock is provided with a certain chamfer 8, so that stress concentration can be reduced, and collision injury can be prevented; according to different bed support heights, the metal hanging pieces 3 from the front support 1 and the back support 2 are respectively arranged at different positions, when the bed support height is less than or equal to 20cm, the bottom of the metal hanging piece 3 is flush with the bottom of the bed support, when the bed support height is greater than 20cm, the metal hanging piece 3 is positioned at the upper and lower middle positions of the bed support, and when the bed support is subjected to compression molding, the firmness between the formed bed support and the metal hanging piece 3 is enhanced by pre-embedding the internal thread metal piece 10 in the mold; the bed holds in the palm in the use, need use the bed foot to support the bed as the supporter to certain height, in order to guarantee the fastness of bed foot and bed support, need set up bolt 9 in the mould, with the screw of the internal and external screw thread of embedded a scaling-off in bed foot department, the wholeness of screw thread and foaming polyolefin can be guaranteed in the shaping this moment to its fastness has been guaranteed.

A bed support produced by using a foamed polyolefin material is characterized by mainly comprising: the bed support comprises a front support and a rear support, wherein the front support and the rear support are connected by hanging pieces, oblique lining reinforcing ribs are arranged at the lower side and four corners of a bed support panel, the reinforcing ribs are in a cross shape or an oblique lining shape, and inward extending reinforcing modules are arranged at the peripheral positions of the four corners of the bed support; and a chamfer angle is arranged at the tail of the rear support bed.
2. The bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front support and the rear support are connected by using two or more metal hanging pieces, the hanging pieces are arranged at different positions according to the heights of the bed supports with different sizes, when the height of the bed support is less than or equal to 20cm, the bottom of the hanging piece is flush with the bottom of the bed support, and when the height is greater than 20cm, the hanging piece is positioned at the vertically central position of the bed support.
3. The bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcing ribs are of a structure with thick ends and thin middle, and the reinforcing ribs and the bed support panel are of an integrally molded structure.
4. A bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcing module is a rectangular parallelepiped of 6 to 8cm and is of an integral structure with the bed support.
5. A bed support made of foamed polyolefin material according to claim 1, wherein said front support and said rear support are formed by compression molding of foamed polyolefin material.
6. The bed support produced by using the foamed polyolefin material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front support and the rear support are provided with bolts in reinforcing modules at four corners of the mold during compression molding, and internally-threaded metal pieces are embedded in the mold.
