Description

Liquid container
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a liquid storage container, and more particularly, to a liquid storage container for storing and transporting flowable contents in the fields of industrial chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic raw materials.
Background
Conventionally, in the fields of industrial chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic materials, liquid containers that are disposed inside an exterior container made of aluminum, plastic, steel, stainless steel, fiberboard, or the like and that contain a fluid content have been used for storage and transportation (for example, JP2013-144561 a).
Such a liquid container can be reused only by taking out a used liquid container from the outer container and placing a new liquid container in the outer container, and therefore has an advantage that the trouble of cleaning is omitted as compared with a case where, for example, an outer container made of plastic, steel or the like is directly filled with a flowable content without using a liquid container.
A flat container having a bag body and a spout attached to the bag body is known as a liquid container. Such a liquid container is first compactly folded and inserted into the outer container through the opening of the outer container. Then, the liquid container is inflated in the outer container, and is disposed in the outer container so that the outer shape of the liquid container follows the inner surface of the outer container.
When a large-capacity container is used as the outer container in which the liquid container is disposed, for example, an outer container having a capacity of about 1000l is used, and the outer container has a hexahedral box shape such as a container. In this case, a hexahedral box-shaped liquid container that can expand in accordance with the shape of the inner surface of the box-shaped outer container has been studied.
On the other hand, the bag body has a first base material portion and a second base material portion joined to each other, and the spout is joined to one end edge of the bag body. When such a liquid storage container is filled with a large volume of contents, a large load may be applied to a joint portion between the first base material portion and the second base material portion in the vicinity of the spout, and the bag main body may be broken from this portion.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Here, fig. 1 to 24 are diagrams showing an embodiment of the present invention.
< present embodiment >
As shown in fig. 1 to 6A and 6B, the liquid container 1 includes: a hexahedral box-shaped bag body 3 having at least a first base material portion 2A and a second base material portion 2B joined to each other; and an outlet 40 attached to the bag main body 3. Here, fig. 2 to 4 are views showing a state before the bag main body is inflated.
Wherein the bag body 3 joins the upper edge 3a and the bottom edge 3B of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B to each other. In the illustrated example, the spout 40 is attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. In this case, the outlet 40 has: an outlet body 41 having an outlet flange 42; and a spout mounting portion 50 connected to a lower portion of the spout body 41 and joined to the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 (see fig. 4). However, the shape of the bag body 3 in a plan view is not limited to the illustrated example, and various shapes can be adopted. The spout 40 may be attached to an edge of the bag main body 3 other than the upper edge 3 a.
The details of the structure of the box-shaped bag body 3 will be described later.
In the present specification, "upper part", "upper edge", "bottom" and "bottom" refer to "upper part", "upper edge", "bottom" and "bottom" in the case where the liquid storage container 1 is disposed so that the spout 40 faces upward. The term "both sides" means both sides in the width direction perpendicular to a straight line connecting the upper portion and the bottom portion of the bag body 3 and passing through the spout 40.
However, at the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, the spout mounting portion 50 of the spout 40 is joined to the first and second substrate portions 2A and 2B, and in the region other than the spout mounting portion 50 in the upper edge 3a, the first substrate portion 2A is directly joined to the second substrate portion 2B. By joining the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 in this manner, an upper edge joint portion 10a described later is formed.
At the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, in a region other than the spout mounting portion 50, a portion where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are directly joined is a portion to which a load is applied when the bag main body 3 is filled with the content. In particular, a greater load is applied to the portion 90 (see fig. 4) where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are joined, in the vicinity of both ends of the spout mounting portion 50.
More strictly speaking, a large load is applied to the portions of the bag main body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 when the bag main body 3 is filled with the contents. That is, a large load is applied to the portion of the first base material portion 2A that faces the boundary 91A (see fig. 4) between the both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the second base material portion 2B when the bag body 3 is filled with the contents. Similarly, a large load is applied to the portion of the second base material portion 2B that faces the boundary 91B (see fig. 3) between the both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the first base material portion 2A when the bag body 3 is filled with the contents.
Here, the two ends of the spout mounting portion 50 refer to the two ends of the spout mounting portion 50 along the upper edge 3 a. In other words, the two ends of the spout mounting portion 50 refer to the two ends of the spout mounting portion 50 in the width direction of the liquid storage container 1, which is the lateral direction on the paper of fig. 3 and 4.
In addition, at the spout mounting portion 50, the spout mounting portion 50 is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the spout mounting portion 50 between the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B to be joined. Therefore, the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are locally liquefied by heating and are moved to the inside of the bag main body 3, thereby forming the synthetic resin protrusion 92.
When the bag body 3 is filled with the contents, a large load is applied to the vicinity of both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 as described above, and it is also conceivable that the first base material portion 2A or the second base material portion 2B is damaged from the protrusion 92.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the protector 20 is provided so as to cover the bag main body 3. The region of the bag body 3 covered with the protector 20 is given rigidity by the protector 20 and is not easily deformed. This effectively prevents the bag body 3 from being deformed, and particularly, from being broken or damaged due to the bag body 3 repeatedly moving relative to the spout attachment portion 50 at a fixed position.
In the present embodiment, the protector 20 covers at least the portions of the bag body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50. In other words, the protector 20 covers at least the portions of the first base material portion 2A that are opposed to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91A of the second base material portion 2B, and the portions of the second base material portion 2B that are opposed to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91B of the first base material portion 2A. The illustrated protector 20 also covers the portions 90 of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B near both ends of the spout mounting portion 50, which are joined together.
In the portions of the bag body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50, further, in the portions 90 of the bag body 3 where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are joined in the vicinity of both ends of the spout attaching portion 50, the bag body 3 is easily moved relative to the spout attaching portion 50. For example, the bag body 3 is easily swung relative to the spout mounting portion 50 about an axis formed by both ends of the spout mounting portion 50. Due to such movement of the bag main body 3 with respect to the spout mounting portion 50, the bag main body 3 is easily broken at that portion. In particular, since the bag main body 3 repeats the operation at a predetermined position with respect to the spout mounting portion 50, the bag main body 3 is particularly likely to be damaged at the position or in the vicinity thereof.
To cope with this problem, in the present embodiment, the portions of the bag body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50, and further, the portions 90 of the bag body 3 where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B in the vicinity of both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 are joined are covered with the protector 20. By covering the bag main body 3 with the protector 20, the portion of the bag main body 3 that is easily movable with respect to the spout mounting portion 50 can be effectively prevented from moving with respect to the spout mounting portion 50. Therefore, according to the protection device 20, breakage such as rupture of the bag main body 3 can be effectively prevented.
That is, with this protection device 20, even if a large load is applied to the portions of the bag main body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50, more specifically, to the portions 90 of the bag main body 3 in the vicinity of both ends of the spout attaching portion 50, this portion of the bag main body 3 can be effectively protected, and the bag main body 3 can be effectively prevented from being broken from this portion 90.
In particular, in the example shown in fig. 3, the protector 20 covers the region of the bag main body 3 along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, which is adjacent to both ends of the spout attachment portion 50. That is, the protector 20 covers a region including a portion of the first base material portion 2A facing both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91A of the second base material portion 2B along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. Similarly, the protector 20 covers a region including a portion of the second base material portion 2B along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, the portion being opposed to the both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91B of the first base material portion 2A. In other words, the area covered by the protector 20 encloses the portions of the first base material portion 2A opposed to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91A of the second base material portion 2B along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. In addition, the region covered by the protector 20 encloses the portions of the second base material portion 2B that are opposed to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91B of the first base material portion 2A along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3.
Here, the region along the portion of the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 that faces the boundaries 91A, 91B of the under-wrap base material portions 2A, 2B refers to a region having a length along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, and refers to a region including the boundary 91A or the boundary 91B inside except for the end portion along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. That is, the protector 20 covers not only the portions of the base material portions 2A, 2B that are opposed to the boundaries 91A, 91B but also the portions on both sides of the portions along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3.
According to the protector 20, the portion of the bag main body 3 which is likely to be broken can be effectively prevented from moving relative to the spout attaching portion 50, and thus the breakage of the bag main body 3 can be more effectively prevented.
In addition, the protector 20 shown in fig. 3 covers the regions of the portions of the inner bag main body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 in the direction perpendicular to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. Here, the direction perpendicular to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 is a vertical direction which is a direction in which the upper portion and the lower portion of the bag main body 3 of the liquid storage container 1 are connected and pass through the spout 40. That is, the protector 20 covers a region enclosing, in the vertical direction, portions of the first base material portion 2A that face the boundaries 91A of the spout mounting portion 50 and the second base material portion 2B at both ends. Similarly, the protector 20 covers a region enclosing, in the vertical direction, portions of the second base material portion 2B that face the both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91B of the first base material portion 2A. In other words, the area covered by the protector 20 includes the portions of the first base material portion 2A opposed to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91A of the second base material portion 2B in the up-down direction. In addition, the region covered by the protector 20 vertically encloses the portions of the second base material portion 2B that are opposed to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the boundary 91B of the first base material portion 2A.
Here, the region of the portion of the upper and lower bag base material portions 2A and 2B that faces the boundaries 91A and 91B means a region having a length in the upper and lower directions, and means a region including the boundary 91A or the boundary 91B inside except for the end portions in the upper and lower directions. That is, the protector 20 can cover the entire length of the base material portions 2A and 2B at the portions facing the boundaries 91A and 91B, and can also cover the portions located on both sides in the vertical direction of the portions.
According to the protector 20, the portion of the bag main body 3 which is likely to be broken can be effectively prevented from moving relative to the spout attaching portion 50, and thus the breakage of the bag main body 3 can be more effectively prevented.
In addition, the protector 20 may cover a region that encloses the joint portion of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B in a direction perpendicular to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 in at least a part of the region along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. As described above, the protector 20 covers the portions 90 where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are joined in the vicinity of both ends of the spout mounting portion. Preferably, the protector 20 covers the area of the portion 90 including the vicinity of both ends in the vertical direction. That is, the protector 20 preferably covers the portions near both ends of the spout mounting portion over the entire length of the portions 90 near both ends in the vertical direction. According to the protector 20, the portion of the bag main body 3 which is likely to be broken can be effectively prevented from moving relative to the spout attaching portion 50, and thus the breakage of the bag main body 3 can be more effectively prevented.
The positions where the bag body 3 is most likely to be deformed in the vertical direction are the lower edge in the vertical direction of the joint portion between the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B, and the lower edge in the vertical direction of the joint portion between the first base material portion 2A or the second base material portion 2B and the spout mounting portion 50. The bag body 3 is likely to swing relative to the spout mounting portion 50 about the lower edge, and is likely to be damaged along the lower edge, such as by cracking.
From this point of view, it is effective that the protector 20 covers at least an end portion 91Ae of the first base member 2A on a side (the inner side of the bag main body 3, the side of the bag main body 3 where the liquid is contained) away from the spout main body 41 in the direction perpendicular to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, of a portion opposed to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 and the boundary 91A of the second base member 2B. Similarly, it is effective that the protector 20 covers at least an end portion 91Be of the second base material portion 2B on a side (an inner side of the bag body 3, a side of the bag body 3 where the liquid is accommodated) away from the spout body 41 in a direction perpendicular to the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 at a portion opposed to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 and the boundary 91B of the first base material portion 2A. In addition, it is preferable that the protector 20 covers at least an edge portion 90e of a joined portion of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B on a side (an inner side of the bag main body 3, a side of a portion of the bag main body 3 where the liquid is accommodated) away from the spout main body 41 in a direction perpendicular to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 in at least a part of a region along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. In addition, it is preferable that the protector 20 covers at least an edge 93 of a joint portion between the base members 2A and 2B and the spout attaching portion 50 on a side (an inner side of the bag main body 3, a side of the bag main body 3 where the liquid is accommodated) away from the spout main body 41 in a direction perpendicular to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 in at least a part of a region along the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3.
Such a protector 20 is made of polyacetal or polyethylene, for example.
Next, the protection device 20 will be described in detail with reference to an example of the protection device 20 shown in fig. 3, 5A, and 5B. The protection device 20 shown in fig. 3, 5A, and 5B has a pair of protectors 21A, 21B that can be coupled to each other, and the pair of protectors 21A, 21B have the same structure.
Each of the protectors 21A, 21B has a protector body 22 covering portions near both ends of the spout mounting portion 50, and a bifurcated portion 23 bifurcated from the protector body 22. The crotch portion 23 includes a first arm portion 23A and a second arm portion 23B extending from the protector main body 22. The first arm portion 23A and the second arm portion 23B extend from the end of the protector main body 22. The first arm portion 23A and the second arm portion 23B are separated from each other as they are separated from the protector main body 22.
The distal end portion of the bifurcated portion 23 of the protector 21A and the distal end portion of the bifurcated portion 23 of the protector 21B are connected to each other, and the spout mounting portion 50 is covered from the outside by the bifurcated portion 23 of the protector 21A and the bifurcated portion 23 of the protector 21B. In other words, the spout mounting portion 50 is surrounded by the branch portion 23 of the protector 21A and the branch portion 23 of the protector 21B.
In addition, an engagement protrusion 23a and an engagement groove 23b are provided along the vertical direction at the front end of the branch portion 23 of one of the protectors 21A.
Further, an engagement protrusion 23a and an engagement groove 23B are provided along the vertical direction at the front end of the branch portion 23 of the other protector 21B.
In addition, the protector main body 22 of each protector 21A, 21B has a receiving groove 25 into which the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 enters.
As described above, the bag main body 3 has a hexahedral box shape, and the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 extends so as to pass through the center of the upper surface 35 of the bag main body 3.
When the protector 20 is attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3, the protectors 21A, 21B are attached from above the bag body 3 toward the upper edge 3 a. In this case, the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 is inserted into the receiving grooves 25 of the protectors 21A, 21B, and then the bifurcated portions 23 of the protectors 21A, 21B are brought close to each other, so that the engaging protrusion 23a provided on the bifurcated portion 23 of one protector 21A is engaged with the engaging groove 23B provided on the bifurcated portion 23 of the other protector 21B.
The protector 20 can be formed by joining one of the protectors 21A and the other protector 21B in this manner.
As shown in fig. 3, by attaching the protector 20, which is configured by connecting the pair of protectors 21A, 21B to each other, to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, the portion 90 can be effectively protected by the protector 20 even if a large load is applied to the portion 90 in the vicinity of both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 in particular.
As will be described later, since the liquid container 1 is inserted into the outer container 5 through the opening 5a (see fig. 23), the liquid container 1 is less likely to be inserted into the outer container 5 when the protector 20 reaches the both ends 3e of the upper edge 3 a. Therefore, it is preferable that the protector 20 does not reach both end portions 3e of the upper edge 3a, and in this way, the protector 20 is easily inserted into the outer container 5 after being attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. Further, since the protector 20 having the receiving groove 25 into which the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 enters enables the protectors 21A, 21B to be attached from above the bag main body 3 toward the upper edge 3a, the protector 20 may be attached through the opening 5a of the outer container 5 after the liquid container 1 is inserted into the outer container 5.
However, as shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the protectors 21A, 21B further have a positioning portion 24 connected to at least one of the protector main body 22 and the crotch portion 23. The positioning portion 24 positions the protectors 21A, 21B at a predetermined position with respect to the spout 40 by contacting the spout 40. In the illustrated example, the positioning portion 24 is formed as a plate-like portion 24a extending from the protector main body 22.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a reduced-diameter portion 41a is formed at the lower end portion of the spout body 41 of the spout 40, in other words, at the connection portion of the spout body 41 to the spout attachment portion 50. As shown in fig. 4, the plate-like portion 24a is inserted into the narrowed portion 41A of the spout 40, so that one of the protecting members 21A is positioned with respect to the spout 40. Likewise, the plate-shaped portion 24a is inserted into the narrowed portion 41a of the spout 40, so that the other protector 21B is positioned with respect to the spout 40. The pair of protection members 21A, 21B are positioned with respect to the spout 40, and thus the pair of protection members 21A, 21B are also positioned with respect to each other.
In the illustrated example, the plate-like portion 24a includes a main surface 24b in surface contact with the spout 40 and an end surface 24c in surface contact with the spout 40. The end surface 24c is a surface that is not parallel to the main surface 24 b. In particular, in the illustrated example, the end face 24c is a plane perpendicular to the main face 24 b. The main surface 24b is formed as the upper surface of the plate-like portion 24 a. The main surface 24b is in surface contact with a lower surface of a bottom portion 43, which will be described later, of the spout body 41 from below in the vertical direction. The end surface 24c contacts the narrowed portion 41a from the lateral direction. The end surface 24c is in contact with the spout main body 41, so that the relative positions of the protectors 21A, 21B with respect to the spout 40 in the width direction (the direction along the upper edge 3a) can be positioned.
On the other hand, the main surface 24B is in contact with the spout body 41, so that the relative positions of the protectors 21A, 21B in the vertical direction with respect to the spout 40 can be positioned. When the pair of base members 2A and 2B are separated from each other due to, for example, swelling inside the bag body 3, a force is applied to the protectors 21A and 21B which vertically store the lower edges of the connecting portions of the pair of base members 2A and 2B in the storage grooves 25 so as to be lifted upward from the bag body 3. However, the main surface 24B contacts the spout body 41 from below, and the protectors 21A and 21B can be restricted from moving upward relative to the bag body 3. This can maintain the relative position of the protector 20 with respect to the bag body 3, and the bag body 3 can be appropriately protected by the protector 20.
In the illustrated example, the plate-shaped portion 24a of the positioning portion 24 is connected to the first arm portion 23A and the second arm portion 23B of the bifurcated portion 23, respectively. That is, the first arm portion 23A and the second arm portion 23B are connected by the plate-shaped portion 24 a. Thus, the first arm portion 23A and the second arm portion 23B of the slender and easily deformable branch portion 23 are reinforced by the plate-shaped portion 24a to suppress deformation. The deformation of the first arm portion 23A and the second arm portion 23B of the crotch portion 23 is suppressed, and the protectors 21A, 21B are maintained at predetermined positions with respect to the bag main body 3. This enables the bag body 3 to be appropriately protected by the protector 20. That is, the plate-shaped portion 24a of the positioning portion 24 functions not only as a positioning portion of the protectors 21A, 21B but also as a reinforcing portion of the protectors 21A, 21B.
In the illustrated example, the plate-shaped portion 24a of the positioning portion 24 is connected not only to the first arm portion 23A and the second arm portion 23B of the branch portion 23 but also to the protector main body 22. Such a positioning portion 24 can more effectively prevent deformation of the crotch portion 23.
As clearly shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the illustrated protectors 21A and 21B have a flange portion 23e protruding in a direction not parallel to the vertical direction, typically, in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction, at a portion of the protector body 22 and the branch portion 23 which is a lower edge in the vertical direction. When the bag body 3 is inflated, the pair of base members 2A and 2B operate so as to be separated from each other. At this time, the base members 2A and 2B contact the lower edges of the protector body 22 and the crotch portion 23 in the vertical direction, and force is applied to the lower edges. The flange portion 23e reinforces the lower edges of the protector main body 22 and the branch portion 23, to which the force from the base portions 2A and 2B tends to be applied. The flange portion 23e can effectively suppress deformation of the protectors 21A, 21B, and the protectors 21A, 21B can be stably fixed to the bag body 3, so that the bag body 3 can be stably protected by the protectors 21A, 21B.
Similarly, as clearly shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the illustrated protectors 21A, 21B have flange portions 23f protruding in a direction not parallel to the width direction, typically, in a direction perpendicular to the width direction at the end portions in the width direction of the protector body 22. When the interior of the bag body 3 expands, the base material portions 2A and 2B contact the widthwise ends of the protector body 22, and force is applied to the ends. The flange portion 23f reinforces the end portion of the protector main body 22 to which the force from the base portions 2A and 2B tends to be applied. The flange portion 23f can effectively suppress deformation of the protectors 21A, 21B, and can stably fix the protectors 21A, 21B to the bag body 3, so that the bag body 3 can be stably protected by the protectors 21A, 21B.
The protectors 21A and 21B described above are merely examples, and various modifications and the like can be implemented. Fig. 5C and 5D show another example of the protection device 20 as a modification.
In the example shown in fig. 5C and 5D, a rounded portion 23g is formed at a portion of the protector main body 22 and the crotch portion 23 which is a lower edge in the vertical direction. Similarly, a rounded portion 23h is formed at an end portion of the protector main body 22 in the width direction. As described above, when the base material portions 2A and 2B are separated from each other due to the internal expansion of the bag body 3, the base material portions 2A and 2B abut on the positions where the rounded portions 23g and 23h are provided. Therefore, the rounded portion 23g and the rounded portion 23h can be provided to effectively prevent the bag main body 3 from being damaged.
In addition, in the example shown in fig. 5C and 5D, the protection device 20 has one of the protection members 21A and the other protection member 21B. Each protector 21A, 21B has a protector body 22 and a branch portion 23 including a first arm portion 23A and a second arm portion 23B extending from the protector body 22. The first arm portion 23A has an engagement groove 23b, an engagement projection 23A, and a restriction recess (restriction cutout portion) 23d along the vertical direction at the tip end portion thereof. The second arm portion 23B has a regulating protrusion 23c, an engaging groove 23B, and an engaging protrusion 23a at its tip end portion in the vertical direction. That is, unlike the protectors 21A, 21B shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the bifurcated portions 23 of the protectors 21A, 21B shown in fig. 5A and 5B further have the restricting projections 23c and the restricting recesses 23 d.
In the protector 20 shown in fig. 5C and 5D, when the distal end portion of the bifurcated portion 23 of one protector 21A is coupled to the distal end portion of the bifurcated portion 23 of the other protector 21B, the engagement protrusion 23A engages with the engagement groove 23B, and the restriction protrusion 23C of the second arm portion 23B is positioned in the restriction recess 23D of the first arm portion 23A. The restriction protrusion 23c of the second arm portion 23B located in the restriction recess 23d vertically overlaps the first arm portion 23A, and the first arm portion 23A can be restricted from moving in the vertical direction to one side with respect to the second arm portion 23B beyond the restriction protrusion 23 c. Further, since each of the protectors 21A, 21B has the first arm portion 23A and the second arm portion 23B, the pair of protectors 21A, 21B is restricted from moving to both sides in the vertical direction.
In the protection device 20 shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the pair of protectors 21A, 21B are coupled by the engagement protrusion 23a and the engagement groove 23B, and the pair of protectors 21A, 21B can be restricted from moving relatively in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction. In the protection device 20 shown in fig. 5C and 5D, the pair of protectors 21A and 21B can be further restricted from moving relative to each other in the vertical direction by using the restricting projection 23C and the restricting recess 23D. According to the protector 20 shown in fig. 5C and 5D, the protector 20 can be further effectively prevented from moving relative to the bag main body 3, and the bag main body 3 can be more stably protected by the protector 20.
< construction of bag body 3 >
Next, the structure of the bag body 3 of the liquid container 1 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 8 to 9. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first base material portion 2A, the second base material portion 2B, and the flange portion 2C are prepared, in which the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are first overlapped. Next, a pair of folded edge portions 2C having folded-in portions 2C1 folded in two are inserted between the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B from both sides, and joined portions 10 are formed by joining, thereby producing the bag main body 3. The liquid container 1 further includes the bag body 3 and a spout 40, and the spout 40 is disposed on the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3 and is thermally welded between the first base 2A and the second base 2B.
Here, the "first substrate portion 2A" and the "second substrate portion 2B" may be formed of separate films and may be superposed on each other to form the bag body 3, or a single film may be folded to form a bag body having the first substrate portion 2A and the second substrate portion 2B.
The first substrate portion 2A and the second substrate portion 2B are made of the same material, and have, for example, a 3-layer structure of outer layer/intermediate layer/inner layer arranged in this order from the outside to the inside. Wherein the outer layer has a layer structure of extended nylon (thickness 15 μm)/polyethylene (thickness 25 μm)/polyethylene (thickness 70 μm).
The intermediate layer was made of polyethylene (thickness: 60 μm), and the inner layer was made of polyethylene (thickness: 60 μm).
As described above, the liquid container 1 includes the bag main body 3 and the spout 40, and the spout 40 is disposed at the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 and thermally welded between the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B, in this case, first, the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are overlapped, and then, the peripheral edge portion including the upper edge 3a except for the mounting region of the spout 40 is joined at a heating temperature of, for example, about 175 ℃.
Next, the spout 40 is disposed in the mounting region of the spout 40 at the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, and the spout mounting portion 50 of the spout 40 is bonded to the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B at a heating temperature of about 150 ℃ (first stage bonding). In this first stage bonding, the spout mounting portion 50 is bonded to the first substrate portion 2A and the second substrate portion 2B, and the first substrate portion 2A and the second substrate portion 2B are bonded to each other at portions 90 near both ends of the spout mounting portion 50.
Next, the spout mounting portion 50 of the spout 40 is bonded to the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B at a heating temperature of about 160 ℃ (second-stage bonding).
In this way, the spout mounting portion 50 of the spout 40 is bonded to the first substrate portion 2A and the second substrate portion 2B by a two-stage bonding process including low-temperature bonding (heating to about 150 ℃) and high-temperature bonding (heating to about 160 ℃), and thus the portions 90 near both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 can be reduced from being softened due to excessive heating or having a reduced strength.
In this case, the bag body 3 has an upper edge 3a, a bottom edge 3b, and side edges 3c, and has a rectangular shape when viewed from the side of the first base material portion 2A (see fig. 8).
The joint portion 10 includes an upper edge joint portion 10a formed by joining the opened upper portion 3A of the bag main body 3 and a bottom edge joint portion 10B formed by joining the opened bottom portion 3B of the bag main body 3. The first base material portion 2A is joined to the pair of flange portions 2C to form a side edge joint portion 10C, and the second base material portion 2B is also joined to the pair of flange portions 2C to form a side edge joint portion 10C. In the embodiment shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are described as being formed of separate films, and therefore the bottom portion 3B of the bag main body 3 is open, but in the case of manufacturing the bag main body 3 having the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B by folding one film, the bottom edge joint portion 10B may be formed by joining the folded portion without opening the bottom portion 3B of the bag main body 3.
The upper edge joint 10a includes an upper edge main body joint 10a1 that joins the first base material part 2A and the second base material part 2B, and an upper edge flange part joint 10a2 that joins the first base material part 2A and the flange part 2C and the second base material part 2B and the flange part 2C.
The bottom edge joint 10B includes a bottom edge main body joint 10B1 that joins the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B, and a bottom edge folded portion joint 10B2 that joins the first base material portion 2A and the folded portion 2C and the second base material portion 2B and the folded portion 2C.
In this manner, the liquid container 1 formed in a folded-edge shape is configured by the bag main body 3 and the spout 40 attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3.
The liquid storage container 1 formed in a folded-edge shape having such a structure is compactly folded as follows, and is inserted into an outer container 5 having a large hexahedral box shape (see fig. 23) from an opening 5a of the outer container 5, which will be described later.
Next, a folding manner of the liquid container 1 will be described with reference to fig. 10 to 19.
First, as shown in fig. 10, a liquid container 1 having a folded edge shape is prepared.
Next, as shown in fig. 11, a rectangular bottom surface 30 is formed on the bottom portion 3B of the bag body 3.
In this case, first, the bottom portion 3B of the bag main body 3 is lifted up, the first base material portion 2A side of the bottom portion 3B of the bag main body 3 is bent inward via the bending line 2A1, and similarly the second base material portion 2B side is bent inward via the bending line 2B 1. In this manner, a rectangular bottom surface 30 is formed on the bottom portion 3B of the bag body 3, and the bottom surface 30 includes the bottom edge joint portion 10B.
Next, the folded portion 2C is folded in a triangular shape on the back side of the rectangular bottom surface 30, thereby forming a triangular portion 2C3 in a triangular shape.
In fig. 11, the bottom surface 30 includes a first base material portion 2A and a second base material portion 2B, the first base material portion 2A being located on the upper side of the paper surface of the bottom edge joint portion 10B in the rectangular bottom surface 30, and the second base material portion 2B being located on the lower side of the paper surface of the bottom edge joint portion 10B in the rectangular bottom surface 30.
Further, an edge portion 2C2 of the folded portion 2C folded between the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B appears on the back side of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B constituting the bottom surface 30 of the bag main body (see fig. 11).
Next, as shown in fig. 12, a first fixing tape 31 is provided on the bottom surface 30 along the bottom edge joint portion 10B, the first fixing tape 31 being used to fix at least the bottom edge folded portion joint portions 10B2 between the first base material portion 2A and the folded portion 2C and between the second base material portion 2B and the folded portion 2C in the bottom edge joint portion 10B to each other. However, the first fastening tape 31 may extend along the bottom edge joint portion 10b from one end to the other end of the bottom edge joint portion 10b in the bottom surface 30.
By fixing the bottom edge folding part joint portion 10b2 using the first fixing band 31 in this manner, the rectangular shape of the rectangular bottom surface 30 can be reliably maintained.
Next, the bottom surface 30 and the pair of flanged portions 2C disposed on both sides of the bottom surface 30 are fixed by the third fixing tape 32, and the bottom surface 30 and the pair of flanged portions 2C disposed on both sides of the bottom surface 30 are firmly fixed. As described above, the folded portion 2C is folded in the back surface of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B constituting the bottom surface 30 to form the triangular portion 2C3, but when the liquid is filled into the bag main body 3 after the bag main body 3 of the liquid storage container 1 is inflated by fixing the bottom surface 30 and the pair of folded portions 2C disposed on both sides of the bottom surface 30 by the third fixing tape 32, the liquid does not enter the triangular portion 2C3 formed by folding in the folded portion 2C.
Next, the liquid container 1 is inverted so that the bottom surface 30 is positioned on the back side (see fig. 13).
Next, as shown in fig. 14, a rectangular upper surface 35 is formed on the upper portion 3A of the bag body 3.
In this case, first, the upper portion 3A of the bag main body 3 is lifted up, the first base material portion 2A side of the upper portion 3A of the bag main body 3 is bent inward via the bending line 2A2, and similarly the second base material portion 2B side is bent inward via the bending line 2B 2. In this way, a rectangular upper surface 35 is formed on the upper portion 3A of the bag main body 3, and the upper surface 35 includes the upper edge joining portion 10 a.
Next, the folded portion 2C is folded in a triangular shape on the back side of the rectangular upper surface 35, thereby forming a triangular portion 2C3 in a triangular shape.
In fig. 14, the upper surface 35 includes a first base material portion 2A and a second base material portion 2B, the first base material portion 2A being located on the upper side of the paper surface of the upper edge joint portion 10a in the rectangular upper surface 35, and the second base material portion 2B being located on the lower side of the paper surface of the upper edge joint portion 10a in the rectangular upper surface 35.
Further, on the back side of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B constituting the upper surface 35 of the bag main body, an edge portion 2C2 (see fig. 14) of the folded portion 2C folded between the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B appears.
Next, as shown in fig. 15, a second fixing tape 36 is provided on the upper surface 35 along the upper edge joint part 10a, the second fixing tape 36 being used to fix to each other at least the upper edge folding part joint parts 10a2 between the first base material part 2A and the folding part 2C and between the second base material part 2B and the folding part 2C in the upper edge joint part 10 a. However, the second fixing band 36 may extend along the upper edge joint 10a from one end to the other end of the upper edge joint 10a in the upper surface 35.
By fixing the upper edge folding part joint 10a2 using the second fixing band 36 in this manner, the rectangular shape of the rectangular upper surface 35 can be reliably maintained.
Next, the upper surface 35 and the pair of hem portions 2C disposed on both sides of the upper surface 35 are fixed by the fourth fixing tape 37, and the upper surface 35 and the pair of hem portions 2C disposed on both sides of the upper surface 35 are firmly fixed. As described above, the folded part 2C is folded between the first base material part 2A and the second base material part 2B constituting the upper surface 35 to form the triangular part 2C3, but when the liquid is filled into the bag main body 3 after the bag main body 3 of the liquid storage container 1 is inflated by fixing the upper surface 35 and the pair of folded parts 2C disposed on both sides of the upper surface 35 by the fourth fixing tape 37, the liquid does not enter the triangular part 2C3 formed by folding the folded part 2C.
By fixing the rectangular bottom surface 30 of the bag body 3 with the first fastening tape 31 and the third fastening tape 32 in this manner, the rectangular shape of the bottom surface 30 can be reliably maintained. Further, the rectangular upper surface 35 is fixed by the second fixing band 36 and the fourth fixing band 37, so that the rectangular shape of the upper surface 35 can be reliably maintained. The first fastening tape 31, the second fastening tape 36, the third fastening tape 32, and the fourth fastening tape 37 are not limited thereto, and instead of tapes, an adhesive or a bonding agent may be used.
Therefore, when the liquid container 1 is compactly folded and inserted into the exterior container 5 from the opening 5a of the hexahedral box-shaped exterior container 5 to inflate the liquid container 1 as described later, the outer shape of the liquid container 1 can be inflated along the inner surface of the hexahedral box-shaped exterior container 5 in accordance with the shape of the inner surface. The outer container 5 is not limited to a hexahedral box-shaped outer container, and a cylindrical box-shaped outer container having a polyhedron other than a hexahedron may be used.
Next, as shown in fig. 16, the liquid container 1 is folded in half with the upper edge joint portion 10a and the bottom edge joint portion 10b overlapping each other, and the upper edge joint portion 10a and the bottom edge joint portion 10b being fold lines.
Then, the liquid container 1 folded in two is folded in a bellows shape along the plurality of longitudinal folding lines 15 (see fig. 17 and 18). The liquid storage container 1 does not necessarily have to be folded in a bellows shape, but the liquid storage container 1 can be easily expanded in the outer container 5 when the liquid storage container 1 is inserted into the outer container 5 by folding the liquid storage container 1 in a bellows shape. In this case, when the liquid container 1 is folded along a center line in the width direction orthogonal to a straight line connecting the upper portion and the lower portion of the bag body 3 and passing through the spout 40, the liquid container is preferably folded in a bellows shape symmetrical in the left and right sides by the longitudinal folding lines 15. That is, as shown in fig. 18, the liquid storage container 1 can be more easily expanded in the outer container 5 when inserted into the outer container 5 by folding the liquid storage container so that the folding directions of the convex folding and the bending of the vertical folding lines 15 formed on both sides of the center line in the width direction orthogonal to the straight line connecting the upper portion and the lower portion of the bag body 3 and passing through the spout 40 are symmetrical in the same direction.
The longitudinal folding is not limited to the case of folding along the center line, and may be a non-bellows folding as long as the liquid container 1 can be inserted into the outer container 5 from the opening 5a of the outer container 5.
Next, as shown in fig. 19, the liquid container 1 folded in a bellows shape along the longitudinal folding line 15 is fixed by a plurality of, for example, two shape retaining portions 17 and 18 provided vertically so as to maintain the folded shape, and the shape is retained.
Both the shape retaining portions 17 and 18 are members for maintaining the folded shape of the liquid container 1, and when the liquid container 1 is inflated by supplying gas from the spout 40 into the liquid container 1 as described later, the shape retaining portions 17 and 18 are broken and detached from the liquid container 1. In this case, when gas is supplied into the liquid container 1 from the spout 40, the upper portion of the liquid container 1 first expands to break the upper shape retaining portion 17 and fall out of the liquid container 1, and then the gas is sent to the lower portion of the liquid container 1 to expand the lower portion, and the lower shape retaining portion 18 breaks and falls out of the liquid container 1. The shape retaining portions 17 and 18 may be formed of a rubber-like tape or an adhesive agent, considering a tape-like structure. Further, the tape may have a detachable structure or a breakable structure. The number of shape retaining portions 17 and 18 may be one, or two or more. In this manner, the box-shaped bag body 3 can be formed in the box-shaped outer container 5.
< construction of the spout >
Next, the spout 40 of the liquid container 1 will be described in detail. As shown in fig. 20, the spout 40 includes a spout mounting portion 50 thermally welded to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, and a spout main body 41 connected to the spout mounting portion 50 and protruding outward from the bag main body 3, and a spout flange 42 is provided at the upper end of the spout main body 41. In addition, the spout 40 is thermally welded between the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B at the spout mounting portion 50.
The spout mounting portion 50 of the spout 40 is formed in a cylindrical shape and has a through hole 45. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the spout mounting portion 50 is formed in a cylindrical shape having an outer shape in which a rhombus obtuse angle is rounded. That is, the dimension of the spout attachment portion 50 along the direction perpendicular to both the width direction and the vertical direction of the bag body 3 gradually decreases as it goes away from the center of the spout 40 and comes closer to both ends along the width direction of the bag body 3. In other words, the spout mounting portion 50 includes a central portion 51 having a cylindrical outer shape and thin portions 52 located on both sides of the central portion 51 in the width direction of the bag body 3. The branch portion 23 of the pair of protectors 21A, 21B shown in fig. 5A to 5D surrounds the outer shape 50 with a small gap. In addition, when the spout mounting portion 50 formed in a simple cylindrical shape is thermally welded between the base members 2A and 2B, a gap is formed between the two regions surrounded by the base members 2A and 2B and the end portion of the spout mounting portion 50, and a sealing failure is likely to occur. By providing the thin portion 52, it is possible to effectively prevent a gap from being formed in two regions surrounded by the base material portions 2A, 2B and the end portion of the spout mounting portion 50 against such a problem.
The spout body 41 of the spout 40 is formed of a cylindrical body having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and has a spout flange 42 at the upper end peripheral edge thereof. An opening 44 is formed in the bottom 43 of the spout body 41. Since ventilation can be ensured between the liquid container 1 and the outer container 5 described later through the opening 44, when the liquid container is used, gas can be sealed between the liquid container 1 and the outer container 5 through the opening 44 when the liquid content is extracted, and pressure can be applied from the outside of the liquid container 1, so that the liquid content in the liquid container 1 can be smoothly extracted.
The narrowed portion 41a is formed below the bottom portion 43. The main surface 24b of the positioning portion 24 of the protector 20 abuts against the back surface of the bottom portion 43.
The spout flange 42 of the spout 40 is attached to an opening 5a formed in the outer container 5 via a holder 80 described later, and the liquid container 1 is supported in the outer container 5. The holder 80 is not necessarily provided as long as the spout 40 can be directly attached to the opening 5 a.
The spout 40 is preferably manufactured by injection molding. The resin used for this is not particularly limited as long as it is a resin that can be injection molded, but in order to join the resins constituting the inner surfaces of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B of the bag body 3 by thermal welding, it is necessary to select the resin appropriately according to the resins constituting the inner surfaces of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B, and high-density polyethylene that has rigidity even at high temperatures and is less likely to embrittle at low temperatures is generally preferred.
< construction of holder >
As described above, the spout flange 42 of the spout 40 is attached to the opening 5a of the outer container 5 via the holder 80. The holder 80 is interposed between the opening 5a and the spout 40, and has a function of reliably attaching the spout 40 to the opening 5a even if the shape of the opening 5a of the outer container 5 is slightly larger than the outer shape of the spout flange 42.
The holder 80 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 21 and 22.
The holder 80 has an outer flange 81 engaging with the opening 5a of the outer container 5 and an inner flange 82 coupled to the outer flange 81 via a coupling step 83 and engaging with the spout flange 42 of the spout 40, and is formed in an open ring shape as a whole.
The spout 40 of the liquid container 1 is attached to the holder 80 configured as described above.
< method for assembling liquid Container >
The liquid container 1 is inserted into the outer container 5 through the opening 5a of the outer container 5. In this case, the outer container 5 is a large container made of metal or synthetic resin, has a hexahedral box shape, and has a large internal capacity of, for example, about 1000 l.
Next, the protector 20 is attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 in a state where the spout 40 of the liquid container 1 protrudes from the outside of the opening 5 a.
In this case, as described above, first, the protector main body 22 of the pair of protectors 21A, 21B of the protector approaches from above toward the upper edge 3a with respect to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, and the upper edge 3a enters the receiving groove 25 of the protector main body 22. Then, the branch portions 23, 23 of the pair of protectors 21A, 21B are connected to each other, and the spout mounting portion 50 is surrounded by the branch portions 23, 23. In this way, the protector 20 including the pair of protectors 21A, 21B can be attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3. The protector 20 may be attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 before the liquid container 1 is inserted into the outer container 5, and the liquid container 1 may be inserted into the outer container 5 after the attachment.
Next, the holder 80 is attached to the spout 40 of the liquid container 1 in a state where the spout 40 protrudes from the outside of the opening 5 a.
In the above embodiment, the example in which the holder 80 is attached to the spout 40 after the liquid container 1 is inserted into the outer container 5 is shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the liquid container 1 may be inserted into the outer container 5 after the holder 80 is attached to the spout 40. In addition, the retainer 80 need not be used.
Next, the spout and holder combination 80A having the spout 40 and the holder 80 is fitted to the opening portion 5a of the outer container 5. In this case, the outer flange 81 of the holder 80 engages with the opening 5a of the outer container 5.
< modification of protection device 20 >
Next, a modified example of the protection device 20 will be described with reference to fig. 6A.
In the above embodiment, the example in which the protector 20 has the pair of protectors 21A, 21B that can be coupled to each other is shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the pair of protectors 20, 20 that are separated from each other may be provided as shown in fig. 6A.
Each protector 20, 20 includes a receiving groove 25 into which the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 enters, and each protector 20, 20 is separated from each other without being connected. The protection devices 20 and 20 are coupled to the spout 40 via the coupling 25A. The protection devices 20 and 20 cover portions of the bag body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout mounting portion 50. Further, the protectors 20, 20 cover the portions 90 where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are joined in the vicinity of both ends of the spout mounting portion 50.
As described above, the portions of the bag body 3 adjacent to the both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the portions 90 near the both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 are portions to which a large load is applied at the time of filling the contents, but the portions 90 can be effectively protected by covering the portions 90 with the respective protection devices 20, 20. Further, since the protection devices 20 and 20 are coupled to the spout 40 via the coupling member 25A, even when the liquid storage container 1 is inserted into the outer container 5 and transported in a state in which the liquid storage container 1 is filled with a liquid, the protection devices 20 and 20 can be prevented from coming off the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 against vibration during transportation, and portions of the bag main body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout attachment portion 50 and portions 90 of the bag main body in the vicinity of both ends of the spout attachment portion 50 where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are joined can be effectively protected. In the above embodiment, the example in which the protection devices 20 and 20 are coupled to the spout 40 via the coupling 25A is shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the protection devices 20 and 20 may be coupled to the spout 40 integrally with the spout 40 without being coupled to each other via the coupling 25A.
In fig. 6A, the protectors 20, 20 attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 are positioned at the center of the upper edge 3a and do not reach both end portions 3e of the upper edge 3 a.
As shown in fig. 6B, a pair of protection devices 20 and 20 may be provided separately from each other. Each protector 20, 20 includes a receiving groove 25 into which the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 enters, and each protector 20, 20 is separated from each other without being connected. The protection devices 20 and 20 are not connected to the spout 40. Therefore, the respective protectors 20, 20 can be easily attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, and the portions of the bag main body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 and the portions 90 of the bag main body 3 near both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are joined can be effectively protected by the protectors 20, 20. Further, according to this embodiment, since the protection devices 20 and 20 can be attached only by approaching the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 from above toward the upper edge 3a, it is easy to attach the protection devices 20 and 20 through the opening 5a of the outer container 5 after inserting the liquid storage container 1 into the outer container 5.
As another embodiment of the embodiment shown in fig. 6B, as shown in fig. 6C and 6D, a portion of the bag body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 and a portion 90 of the bag body 3 in the vicinity of both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are joined may be covered with a pair of protection devices 20 and 20 separated from each other using a flexible resin such as cellophane or silicone rubber coated with an adhesive or an adhesive 95, rubber, or the like. Each of the protection devices 20 and 20 is configured to cover a portion of the bag main body 3 adjacent to both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 and a portion 90 where the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are joined, by extending from the first base material portion 2A to the second base material portion 2B while sandwiching the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 with the surface on which the adhesive or the adhesive 95 is applied facing the liquid storage container 1. The protection devices 20 and 20 can effectively protect the portions of the bag body 3 adjacent to the both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 and the portions 90 of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B near the both ends of the spout attaching portion 50.
As shown in fig. 7A, when the holder 80 is used for the box-shaped exterior container 5, two protection devices 20 and 20 separated from each other may be attached to the holder 80. According to this aspect, the protectors 20, 20 are coupled to the holder 80 via the coupling member 85, and the protectors 20, 20 can be attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 when the holder 80 is attached to the spout 40. According to the embodiment shown in fig. 7A, the portions of the bag main body 3 adjacent to the both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 and the portions 90 of the first base member portion 2A and the second base member portion 2B in the vicinity of the both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 can be effectively protected by the protection devices 20 and 20, and also, even when the liquid storage container 1 is inserted into the outer container 5 and transported in a state where the liquid storage container 1 is filled with the liquid, the protection devices 20 and 20 can be prevented from coming off the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3 against vibration during transportation, and the portions 90 in the vicinity of the both ends of the spout attaching portion 50 can be effectively protected. In the above embodiment, the example in which the protectors 20, 20 are coupled to the holder 80 by the coupling 85 is shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the protectors 20, 20 may be coupled to the holder 80 integrally with the holder 80 without the coupling 85.
In the above embodiment, the liquid container 1 has the folded bag main body 3, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the liquid container 1 may have the bag main body 3 in which the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B are overlapped and the upper edge 3a, the bottom edge 3B, and the side edge 3C are joined without providing the folded portion 2C as shown in fig. 7B. The first substrate portion 2A is joined to the upper edge 3a of the second substrate portion 2B to form an upper edge joint portion 10a, the first substrate portion 2A is joined to the bottom edge 3B of the second substrate portion 2B to form a bottom edge joint portion 10B, and the first substrate portion 2A is joined to the side edge 3c of the second substrate portion 2B to form a side edge joint portion 10 c. Further, the spout 40 is attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, and the protector 20 is attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3. The protector 20 covers the portions of the bag body 3 adjacent to the both ends of the spout mounting portion 50 and the portions 90 of the first base material portion 2A and the second base material portion 2B in the vicinity of the both ends of the spout mounting portion 50.
< example showing the effect of the protection device 20 >
Next, the operation and effect of the protection device 20 will be described using specific embodiments.
In this embodiment, a liquid container 1 having a bag body 3 having a transverse width of 400mm × a height of 200mm × a longitudinal width of 300mm and a spout 40 as shown in fig. 1 to 5B is prepared.
In this case, two liquid storage containers 1 are prepared, each of which has a protection device 20 attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag body 3.
Next, water is filled into the bag body 3 through the spout 40, and the spout 40 is sealed with a cap (not shown).
Thereafter, a fracture test is performed in which the spout 40 is sequentially rotated rightward and leftward with respect to the bag body 3, and the rotation is stopped when the bag body 3 fractures.
In this case, 17L of water is filled in each bag body 3.
The results of the fracture test are shown in fig. 24. As shown in fig. 24, in the two liquid containers 1 to which the protector 20 is attached, the bag main body 3 is broken (OK) until the spout 40 is rotated 500 times.
In the present embodiment, each liquid container 1 is formed with a projection 92 made of synthetic resin as a fracture starting point on the bag body 3.
On the other hand, three liquid storage containers 1 as comparative examples were prepared without the protection device 20 attached to the upper edge 3a of the bag main body 3, and a fracture test was performed for each liquid storage container 1.
In this case, 17L of water was filled in the bag body 3.
The results of the fracture test are shown in fig. 24. As shown in fig. 24, in the bag main body 3 having no projection 92 made of synthetic resin, the bag main body 3 is broken (OK) until the spout 40 is rotated 200 times. However, in the bag main body 3 having the synthetic resin protrusion 92, the bag main body 3 is broken (NG) when the spout 40 is rotated 100 times or 150 times.
