a quick release cover 34, one side of which has a third pivot portion 341, and the quick release cover 34 is further provided with a second through slot 342 and a plurality of second positioning holes 343, the second through slot 342 is inserted by the front protrusion 323 of the quick release hook 32 (as shown in fig. 3), and the quick release cover 34 is fixed to the plurality of first positioning holes 313 of the quick release seat 31 through a plurality of first locking components 344 (such as a plurality of screws or rivets) (as shown in fig. 1) via the plurality of second positioning holes 343;
