The embodiment of the invention distributes the desktop of the medical equipment which is synchronously displayed in real time to one or more demanders needing to be shared by sharing the designed desktop system of the single medical equipment or the desktop systems of the multiple medical equipment in the remote center, thereby completing a new remote single-person or multi-person single-desktop or multi-desktop sharing maintenance mode.
The remote center of the embodiment of the invention realizes the sharing of the remote desktops through the multiple windows, realizes the sharing of the proprietary remote desktops through the independent windows, and realizes a flexible desktop sharing mode. Because the loss of the quality of the transmitted images is very little, and the shared equipment synchronous desktop can also realize the remote diagnosis of the image of the patient by a doctor, the medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system of the embodiment of the invention can also be applied to a professional patient remote consultation system.

The local area network between the medical equipment and the remote center is a wired network, and the authorized network channel is a second network channel established between the medical equipment and the remote center through a USB-to-LAN network line.
Specifically, fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a remote authorization method for a hardware dog required by fault diagnosis and maintenance tool software integrated in a medical device host system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, for mapping of a hardware dog required by fault diagnosis and maintenance tool software integrated in a medical device host system, a second network channel from USB to LAN needs to be added in a remote center, and then a virtual local area network (VPN) is matched with a USB port sharing software integrated in a client, so that the client and the medical device host system are in the same LAN, and then the hardware dog in the client is mapped into the medical device host system, so as to implement remote authorization of the hardware dog, and use the fault diagnosis and maintenance tool software integrated in the medical device host system.

In addition, when the fault diagnosis and repair tools of the medical equipment are stored in the remote center, the functions of the hardware diagnosis test tools of various medical equipment can be integrated and used in the remote center.
The professional complex precise medical equipment has a plurality of maintenance test tools and detection tools, and some of the maintenance test tools and the detection tools are also provided with special independent installation packages of hardware diagnosis test tools in a software system. The independent tools are classified and integrated into a remote center, and a test line is connected when needed and then remotely and quickly executed through the Internet, so that the possibility that maintenance experts remotely and quickly start equipment tools to diagnose and analyze various equipment faults and various medical equipment faults is solved.
The embodiment of the invention classifies and installs the tool software in the remote center in advance, identifies the diagnosis test port through the connected hardware interface, remotely operates the corresponding tool software in the remote center through the Internet to complete the diagnosis test function, and is convenient to use the fault diagnosis test tool required by various medical equipment.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the invention, the backup and recovery tools of the host systems of various medical equipment can be respectively integrated in the pre-installation environment of the host systems, can also be integrated in a remote center, can remotely select various storage modes through the Internet and can perform backup and recovery of the host systems of the medical equipment without disassembling the host systems of the medical equipment. The design can meet the requirements of simply, quickly, flexibly and conveniently executing backup and recovery of the medical equipment host system. Due to the specialty of the medical equipment host system, routine maintenance and repair can quickly and conveniently store the complete backup of the system during maintenance and detection, and can quickly restore the backup, thereby creating possibility for long-time stable and normal operation of the medical equipment host system and reducing the time for installing and debugging the professional system. And the functions are remotely executed through the Internet, so that the response speed can be greatly improved, and the downtime of more medical equipment is saved. The storage position of the backup document can be selected, for example, an internal hard disk directory of the local medical equipment, an external mobile hard disk of the local medical equipment, an internal storage disk of the remote center, an external mobile hard disk of the remote center and the like, and the backup document is very flexible and convenient. Except for an external mobile hard disk of local medical equipment, the three backup storage modes can also realize the quick execution of an internet remote mode without detaching the medical equipment. The various storage modes also enhance various flexible and convenient characteristics for the system. The characteristic of safe, convenient and quick response brought by remotely executing the non-dismantling backup of the Internet is different from the conventional on-site complex backup mode.
The construction method of the medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following specific implementation processes in more detail: firstly, an administrator password (Windows system platform is administeror, Linux system platform is root) and an IP address used by a host system of a medical device need to be obtained, and a remote center installed on a medical device site has access to the medical device and the internet according to design requirements. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a list of network boot startup menus according to an embodiment of the present invention, specifically, corresponding to the type of the host system of the medical device, the network boot menus 0 to 13 are PE systems with networks adapted to windows platform, the network boot menus 14 and 15 are LIVE systems with networks adapted to the regeneration dragon backup and recovery system, and the network boot menus 16 to 18 are LIVE systems with networks adapted to linux.
In this embodiment, the PE system is entered, the internet is connected after the loading is completed, and the desktop of the PE system can be entered from the client by the following three methods: firstly, directly logging in a PE desktop through a sunflower control A2; secondly, opening VNC services integrated in the PE system, and logging in a desktop of the PE system from a VNC client of a remote center; and thirdly, starting an internet remote desktop tool (such as sunflower remote software, ANYDESK and the like) integrated in the PE system, and logging in the desktop of the PE system through the internet remote desktop tool of the client. The following work is completed in the PE system: firstly, a backup recovery tool integrated in the PE system is used to perform a complete backup on the medical device host system (in order to completely recover the medical device host system when the medical device host system is in a faulty operation), then desktop synchronization tool software integrated in the PE system or other functional software integrated in a remote center (for example, hardware dog remote authorization mapping tool software) needs to be copied into a medical device host system directory (in order to find and install them after the medical device host system is restarted), then a registry tool integrated in the PE system is opened, and relevant registry information of the medical device host system is mounted, and then, relevant registry information of the medical equipment host system is modified to meet the requirements that the firewall can be closed and the remote desktop control (RDP) can be opened after the medical equipment host system is restarted. And after the completion, restarting the medical equipment host system, logging in from a remote desktop tool (RDP) in a remote center by using an administrator account, installing required desktop synchronization tool software and other functional software, and finally, shutting down and restarting the medical equipment to realize the opening of the desktop synchronization function of the medical equipment of the Windows platform. The purpose of the design is to completely bypass the management and control of the medical equipment host system software on the whole medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system, so that unskilled or non-professional personnel can open the desktop synchronization function, the operation difficulty is reduced, the remote execution can be realized, the efficiency is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
Since medical image equipment produced in the market is produced by different manufacturers respectively, the equipment types of each manufacturer are various, and each type of equipment adopts different computer technologies due to different ages, the equipment type situation faced by the equipment types is complex, in order to adapt to systems of different types of equipment on site, directory options of a PE system or a LIVE system which are suitable for a host system of the medical equipment are integrated in a PXE boot menu directory, the PE system or the LIVE system corresponding to the needed boot directory can be set remotely through the Internet, the medical equipment is started to enter the PE system or the LIVE system with the network function flexibly, and the setting can be changed manually on site of the medical equipment, and the PE system or the LIVE system which is suitable for the medical equipment is selected. The construction method of the medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system provided by the embodiment of the invention is a remote desktop connection method capable of being matched with all types of equipment, so that the adaptability is strong. The construction method of the medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the function of adapting to various types of medical image equipment.
EXAMPLE III
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for constructing a remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system for medical equipment, where a type of a host system of the medical equipment in the embodiment is a Linux system.

s330, the client determines a corresponding pre-installation environment from a network guide menu according to the type of the medical equipment host system, and controls the medical equipment to acquire the corresponding pre-installation environment from a remote center for loading, wherein the pre-installation environment is a LIVE system;
s340, the client controls the medical equipment to backup a medical equipment host system by using a backup recovery tool integrated in the LIVE system in a preinstalled environment, and modifies the setting parameters of the medical equipment host system so as to install a desktop synchronization tool by using an Xmanage tool when the medical equipment host system is restarted; the client controls the medical equipment to download a desktop synchronization tool adaptive to the host system of the medical equipment from the remote center;
s350, the client controls the medical equipment to restart, controls the medical equipment to install a desktop synchronization tool by using an Xmanage tool, and opens a desktop synchronization function of the medical equipment of the Linux platform, so that the medical equipment can synchronously share a desktop to the client through a remote center by means of the desktop synchronization tool, wherein the desktop synchronization tool is installed in both the remote center and the client;
and S360, the client acquires the permission of the medical equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance tool through the remote authorization of the hardware dog, so that the remote fault diagnosis and maintenance of the medical equipment by the client are realized.
The construction method of the medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following specific implementation processes in more detail: firstly, an administrator password (Windows system platform is administeror, Linux system platform is root) and an IP address used by a host system of a medical device need to be obtained, and a remote center installed on a medical device site has access to the medical device and the internet according to design requirements. Corresponding to the type of the host system of the medical equipment, the menus 0 to 13 are PE systems with networks adapting to windows platforms, the menus 14 and 15 are LIVE systems of a regeneration dragon backup recovery system, and the menus 16 to 18 are LIVE systems with networks adapting to linux.
In this embodiment, the LIVE system is entered, the internet is connected after the loading is completed, and the desktop of the LIVE system can be entered from the client through two ways: firstly, directly logging in a desktop of the LIVE system through a sunflower A2; secondly, under the condition that the LIVE system is integrated with an open desktop synchronization function, a VNC client of a remote center logs in a desktop of the LIVE system. The following work is done in the desktop of LIVE system: firstly, a medical equipment host system is completely backed up by using backup recovery tool software integrated in a LIVE system (unsupported system types can be executed in a regeneration dragon backup recovery LIVE system in a menu option in advance), then desktop synchronization software adapted to the medical equipment host system is downloaded by a login browser, relevant files of the medical equipment host system are modified, the desktop synchronization tool is installed by using Xmanage tool software integrated in a remote center after the medical equipment host system is restarted or the desktop synchronization function integrated in the medical equipment host system is opened, and finally the medical equipment is restarted after shutdown, so that the desktop synchronization function opening of the medical equipment of the LINUX platform is realized.

Fig. 11 is a schematic functional diagram of a remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system for four medical devices according to an embodiment of the present invention, where functions implemented by a sunflower control a2 and a remote center are as shown in fig. 11, specifically, a client controls a medical device to obtain a preinstalled environment from the remote center through a sunflower control a2, and loads the preinstalled environment on the medical device; under a pre-installation environment, a client configures parameters for opening a desktop synchronization function in a medical equipment host system, and stores a desktop synchronization tool on the medical equipment host system; under the environment of a medical equipment host system, the client side is provided with the desktop synchronization tool, so that the remote center synchronously shares the desktop of the medical equipment to the client side, and the remote fault diagnosis and maintenance of the medical equipment by the client side are realized. The client obtains the authority of the medical equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance tool through the remote authorization of the hardware dog by means of the remote center.
The remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system for the medical equipment can be applied to the medical equipment, in particular to remote real-time maintenance and diagnosis of medical image equipment (large, medium and small medical image equipment comprising a computer system, such as CT, MRI, DSA, X-RAY, DR, PET-CT, SPET-CT, a linear accelerator, nuclear medical equipment, ultrasonic equipment, an electrocardiograph monitor and the like), and can realize desktop opening of the remote equipment and real-time presentation of an interface of the medical equipment for a client through a remote center when the remote real-time maintenance and diagnosis system is remotely connected to various medical equipment comprising a general computer system (due to factors such as data confidentiality and the like, the equipment cannot be directly connected to the Internet). The medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems of time and distance by remotely connecting to a remote center through the Internet, and can realize the requirements of non-dismantling backup of a medical equipment host system, remote authorization of hardware dogs, open sharing of a medical equipment desktop and the like by using various field equipment types and aiming at integration of hardware test tools of different equipment.

The medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system can realize the function that a client is remotely connected to medical equipment without an internet connection function and can watch and control a host system and an interface of the medical equipment in real time, adopts an indirect desktop presentation mode on the realization of the function, opens one or more windows remotely connected with the client in a remote center, and watches and controls the interface of the equipment through desktop synchronization tools of the window desktops, so that the design ensures that a network system of hospital equipment is not changed, the requirement of showing the interface of the equipment in real time is met, and the safety requirement of the network is also met. Specifically, the client sees one or more system windows distributed by the remote center, the part of the window desktops log in the remote center and adopt mature internet remote desktop software (such as the sunflower remote of ORAY), and each window desktop is provided with a real-time desktop synchronization tool (VNC) which is directly connected to equipment through a local area network, and by using the real-time desktop synchronization tool, the system interfaces of the medical equipment host and various functions of control equipment can be synchronously watched in real time, so that the internet remote real-time maintenance and repair equipment is realized.
The medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system and the construction method thereof of the embodiment of the invention can simultaneously support a plurality of medical equipment in the same network segment to realize the functions.
The multiplexing capability of the construction method of the medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system provided by the embodiment of the invention can simplify the complexity of the medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system with larger layout, reduce the installation and debugging time of the medical equipment remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system, reduce the capital investment and the like.

after the medical equipment loads a pre-installation environment, the client controls the medical equipment to configure parameters for opening a desktop synchronization function in the pre-installation environment, and controls the medical equipment to acquire a desktop synchronization tool from a remote center for storage;
the client controls the medical equipment to install the desktop synchronization tool in the environment of the medical equipment host system, so that the medical equipment can synchronously share a desktop to the client through a remote center by means of the desktop synchronization tool, wherein the desktop synchronization tool is installed in the remote center and the client, and remote fault diagnosis and maintenance of the medical equipment by the client are achieved.

11. The method of claim 9, wherein obtaining authorization for a medical device troubleshooting and maintenance tool via hardware dog remote authorization while the medical device troubleshooting and maintenance tool is stored on the remote center comprises:
installing VPN software and USB port sharing software in both the remote center and the client;
and inserting the hardware dog into the USB port of the client, so that the hardware dog is mapped on the remote center, and the client can obtain the functions of the medical equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance tool on the remote center, thereby realizing the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the medical equipment.
12. A medical device remote fault diagnosis and maintenance system, comprising:
a medical device;
a remote center communicatively coupled to the medical device and configured to provide a pre-installation environment;
the client is remotely connected with the medical equipment through gateway equipment and is in communication connection with the remote center; the client is used for realizing remote fault diagnosis and maintenance of the medical equipment through the remote center according to the method of any one of claims 1 to 11.
