Abstract
The invention discloses a banknote box and financial self-service terminal equipment, wherein the banknote box comprises a box body, a banknote channel for storing banknotes is arranged in the box body, an interface for electrically connecting with a host of the financial self-service terminal equipment is arranged on the box body, the banknote box also comprises a sterilizing device, a microcontroller and a wireless communication receiving module which are arranged in the box body, and the microcontroller is connected with the interface so as to take electricity through the interface; the wireless communication receiving module is connected with the microcontroller and is used for receiving a control signal sent by a wireless communication transmitting module of the financial self-service terminal equipment and inputting the control signal to the microcontroller; the microcontroller is also connected with the disinfection device and used for controlling the disinfection device to be opened and closed according to the control signal input by the wireless communication receiving module. The invention can improve the disinfection effect and reduce the reconstruction cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of banking and financial transaction equipment, in particular to a banknote box and financial self-service terminal equipment which can be used for disinfecting banknotes.
Background
With the progress of science and technology, financial self-service terminal equipment is ubiquitous, and while financial self-service terminal equipment brings convenience to people, because bank notes (bank notes) in the equipment are used by users, a certain amount of bacteria and microorganisms can be attached to the bank notes, and the bank notes are contacted by the users in the process of using the bank notes, so that the possibility of cross infection exists. When the existing financial self-service terminal equipment is used for disinfecting bank notes, a disinfecting device is arranged in a channel between a bank note box and a bank note inlet and outlet, the stop time of the bank notes in the channel is very short, the bank notes cannot be sufficiently disinfected, and the disinfecting effect is poor.

the microcontroller is connected with the interface to get electricity through the interface;
the wireless communication receiving module is connected with the microcontroller and is used for receiving a control signal sent by a wireless communication transmitting module of the financial self-service terminal equipment and inputting the control signal to the microcontroller;
the microcontroller is also connected with the disinfection device and used for controlling the disinfection device to be opened and closed according to the control signal input by the wireless communication receiving module.
Preferably, the disinfection device is an ultraviolet disinfection device.
Preferably, degassing unit includes two ultraviolet LED lamp strips, two ultraviolet LED lamp strips set up respectively the both sides that the paper money was said, each ultraviolet LED lamp strip includes drive module, base plate and follows the length direction interval of base plate sets up many ultraviolet LED lamp pearls, drive module with microcontroller connects.

Preferably, the paper money box further comprises a paper money storage amount detection module, the paper money storage amount detection module is connected with the microcontroller and used for detecting the paper money storage amount in the box body, and the microcontroller is further used for starting and storing the number of the LED lamp beads matched with the paper money amount to disinfect the paper money according to the paper money storage amount detected by the paper money storage amount detection module and/or setting and storing the disinfection time matched with the paper money amount.

According to the banknote box and the financial self-service terminal equipment, the disinfection device is arranged in the box body of the banknote box to disinfect banknotes in the box body, the residence time of the banknotes in the banknote box is much longer than that in a channel between the banknote box and a banknote outlet of the financial self-service terminal equipment, so that the banknotes can be disinfected fully, the disinfection effect is strong, and the opening and closing of the disinfection device in the box body are controlled by performing wireless communication between the wireless communication receiving module in the box body and the wireless communication transmitting module outside the box body.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

the wireless communication receiving module 15 is connected with the microcontroller 14 and is used for receiving a control signal sent by a wireless communication transmitting module 22 of the financial self-service terminal device 2 and inputting the control signal to the microcontroller 14;
the microcontroller 14 is also connected to the disinfection device 13, and is configured to control the disinfection device 13 to open and close according to the control signal input by the wireless communication receiving module 15.
In this embodiment, the disinfection device 13 is an ultraviolet disinfection device, and adopts ultraviolet disinfection, so that the disinfection time for bacteria and viruses can be within several seconds to 1 minute, and the disinfection rate can reach 99% -99.9%, and the ultraviolet disinfection has the characteristics of wide spectrum and almost capability of killing all bacteria and viruses. In addition, uv disinfection does not use any chemicals in this way of sterilization, and therefore causes little or no contamination. In other embodiments, the sterilizing device 13 can also be another type of sterilizing device that can be implemented for banknotes, for example an ozone sterilizing device.
Specifically, degassing unit 13 includes two ultraviolet LED lamp strips 131, two ultraviolet LED lamp strips 131 set up respectively the both sides of paper money way 111, and each ultraviolet LED lamp strip 131 includes drive module 132, base plate 133 and follows the length direction interval of base plate 133 sets up many ultraviolet LED lamp pearls 134, drive module 132 with microcontroller 14 connects.
In this embodiment, the wireless communication receiving module 15 is an RFID (Radio frequency identification) receiving module. In other embodiments, the wireless communication receiving module 15 may also be another receiving module that can implement a wireless communication mode, for example, a 3G communication module, a 4G communication module, and the like.
The money box 1 further comprises a temperature measuring module 16 arranged in the box body 11, the temperature measuring module 16 is connected with the microcontroller 14 and used for monitoring the temperature inside the box body 11, and the microcontroller 14 is further used for displaying an alarm signal according to a detection result of the temperature measuring module 16 when the temperature is too high and sending the alarm signal to the host 21 of the financial self-service terminal device 2. The temperature measurement module 16 may be a thermal resistance sensor or a thermocouple sensor.
The money box 1 further comprises an illumination detection module 17, wherein the illumination detection module 17 is connected with the microcontroller 14 and is used for detecting the illumination intensity in the box body 11 before the sterilizing device 13 is started. The microcontroller 14 is also used for controlling the disinfection device 13 to be turned on and off according to the illumination intensity detected by the illumination detection module 17. If the detected illumination intensity is higher than the preset threshold value, it indicates that the box body 11 is not closed well, the disinfection device 13 cannot be started immediately, and only when the detected illumination intensity is not higher than the preset threshold value, the disinfection device 13 is started to prevent the ultraviolet light from leaking to cause damage.
The money box 1 further comprises a money storage amount detection module 18, the money storage amount detection module 18 is connected with the microcontroller 14 and used for detecting the money storage amount in the box body 11, and the microcontroller 14 is further used for starting the number of the LED lamp beads matched with the money storage amount according to the money storage amount detected by the money storage amount detection module 18 to sterilize the money and/or setting the sterilization time matched with the money storage amount. The banknote storage amount detection module 18 may employ an infrared sensor.
As shown in fig. 2, a financial self-service terminal device 2 according to an embodiment of the financial self-service terminal device 2 of the present invention includes a body 20 and a host 21 disposed in the body 20, the financial self-service terminal device 2 further includes a wireless communication transmitting module 22 and a banknote box 1 in the foregoing embodiment, the wireless communication transmitting module 22 and the banknote box 1 are both disposed in the body 20, the wireless communication transmitting module 22 is located outside the banknote box 1 and connected to the host 21, and the host 21 performs wireless communication with a wireless communication receiving module 15 in the banknote box 1 through the wireless communication transmitting module 22 to control the opening and closing of a sterilizing device 13 in a box body 11 of the banknote box 1.
In this embodiment, the wireless communication transmitting module 22 is an RFID transmitting module. In other embodiments, the wireless communication receiving module 15 may also be another receiving module that can implement a wireless communication mode, for example, a 3G communication module, a 4G communication module, and the like.

7. The banknote cassette of claim 6, wherein the microcontroller is further configured to control the disinfection device to be turned on and off according to the intensity of the illumination detected by the illumination detection module.

The banknote box according to claim 3, further comprising a banknote storage amount detection module, wherein the banknote storage amount detection module is connected with the microcontroller and is used for detecting the banknote storage amount in the box body, and the microcontroller is further used for starting the number of the LED lamp beads matched with the banknote storage amount to sterilize banknotes and/or setting the sterilization time matched with the banknote storage amount according to the banknote storage amount detected by the banknote storage amount detection module.
