In one embodiment, the distress terminal 1 provided in the present embodiment may include a plurality of memories a201 (referred to as a storage unit A2 for short), and the storage unit A2 may include, for example, a Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or a cache memory and/or a Read Only Memory (ROM), and so on.
In one embodiment, the distress terminal 1 further includes a bus connecting different components (e.g., the processor a101 and the memory a201, the touch display A3, the audio receiving module a7, the camera A8, etc.).
In one embodiment, the distress terminal 1 in this embodiment may further include a communication interface (for example, an I/O interface a4), which may be used for communicating with an external device, for example, the image capturing apparatus A8 may be externally connected via the communication interface.
In an embodiment, the distress terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may further include a communication device a 5.
The distress terminal 1 provided by the second embodiment of the present invention includes a memory a101 and a processor a201, and the processor a101 is configured to execute a computer program a6 stored in the memory a201 to implement the steps of the distress method described in the first embodiment, so that the distress terminal 1 provided by this embodiment can switch to a stealth operating mode after determining that a user has a distress requirement according to received voice data, and automatically establish a connection with a rescue terminal in a stealth manner, and send a distress request and distress site information acquired in real time to the rescue terminal, so that the user at the rescue terminal can quickly perform a targeted rescue action according to the distress request and the distress site information acquired in real time. Therefore, the help-seeking terminal 1 provided by the invention can automatically perform help-seeking operation in a secret working mode when the help-seeking requirement of the user is acquired according to voice data, and send help-seeking site information to a rescue terminal in real time, so that help-seeking to the outside in a secret manner is realized, and the personal safety of the user is further ensured.
The second embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program a6, and when being executed by the processor a101, the computer program a6 implements the steps of the distress method according to the first embodiment of the present invention, such as the steps S11 to S13 shown in fig. 1.
In an embodiment, the computer readable storage medium provided by the embodiment may include any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, a recording medium, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, flash memory, and the like.
When the computer program a6 stored in the computer-readable storage medium provided by the second embodiment of the present invention is executed by the processor a101, it is possible to automatically perform a distress operation in a confidential mode when it is acquired that a user has a distress requirement according to voice data, and send distress site information to a rescue terminal in real time, so as to realize a rescue operation to the outside in a confidential manner, thereby ensuring personal safety of the user.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modification, equivalent replacement or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A help-seeking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving voice data in real time;
acquiring voice features in the voice data, switching to a secret working mode when the voice features are matched with the help-seeking features, automatically establishing connection with a rescue end, and then automatically sending a help-seeking request to the rescue end through a background, wherein the matching of the voice features and the help-seeking features comprises that voice contents contain help-seeking awakening words;
and acquiring and sending distress site information to the rescue terminal in real time, wherein the distress site information comprises at least one of site sound data, site image information and user position information.
2. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the voice feature in the voice data, switching to a covert operating mode when the voice feature is matched with the feature for help, automatically establishing a connection with a rescue terminal, and then automatically sending a request for help to the rescue terminal through a background comprises:
judging whether the voice data comprises voice data of an associated user or not through a voiceprint recognition technology;
if the voice data comprises the voice data of the associated user, switching to the secret working mode when the voice feature in the voice data of the associated user is obtained and the voice feature is matched with a help seeking feature, automatically establishing connection with the rescue terminal, and then automatically sending the help seeking request to the rescue terminal through a background;
and if the voice data does not comprise the voice data of the associated user, returning to the step of receiving the voice data in real time.
3. A distress method according to claim 1, wherein the rescue terminal is a rescue server;
after the step of acquiring and sending the information of the help-seeking site to the rescue terminal in real time, the method comprises the following steps:
and after receiving the information of the help-seeking site, the rescue server sends the help-seeking information comprising the information of the help-seeking site to a rescue terminal when the information of the help-seeking site comprises safety threat information.
4. A method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining and sending information of a rescue scene to the rescue terminal in real time comprises:
after the user position information and the field sound number are obtained in real time, the distress site information is generated and sent to the rescue server;
and the rescue server acquires the scene image information sent by the camera device corresponding to the user position information according to the user position information included in the distress scene information.
5. A distress method according to claim 1, applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal;
the step of acquiring and sending the information of the distress site to the rescue terminal in real time comprises the following steps:
automatically sending an audio receiving control command through a background so as to automatically start a vehicle-mounted audio device and/or a self audio device and close an audio display function of the vehicle-mounted audio device and/or the self audio device;
automatically sending an image acquisition command to a vehicle-mounted camera device through a background so as to automatically start the vehicle-mounted camera device;
automatically sending a position acquisition command to a positioning device through a background so as to automatically start the positioning device;
and receiving the scene image information sent by the vehicle-mounted camera device, the scene sound data sent by the vehicle-mounted audio device and the user position information sent by the positioning device to generate the distress scene information.
6. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining and sending information of a rescue scene to the rescue terminal in real time comprises:
when safety threat information exists in the distress site information, vehicle fault control information is sent to a vehicle body control module so that the vehicle body control module can perform corresponding control, and the vehicle fault control information comprises at least one of flameout control information, vehicle door unlocking control information, vehicle window control information, smoke control information and partition wall control information.
7. A distress method according to claim 1, applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal;
after the step of acquiring and sending the information of the help-seeking site to the rescue terminal in real time, the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring driver image information sent by a vehicle-mounted camera device;
when the driver image information is acquired through a portrait recognition technology and does not accord with preset vehicle owner image information, acquiring the relative distance between the user position information and a safety place;
and when the relative distance is smaller than a distance threshold value, generating flameout control information to control the vehicle to automatically flameout.
8. A distress method according to claim 1, applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal;
the step of acquiring and sending the information of the distress site to the rescue terminal in real time comprises the following steps:
acquiring user characteristic information acquired by a wearable sensing device in real time, wherein the user characteristic information comprises sign data information of a user and/or action information of the user;
and when the user characteristic information does not accord with the preset characteristic information, sending medical care arrangement information to the rescue terminal.
9. The help-seeking terminal is characterized by comprising a memory and a processor;
the processor is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory to implement the steps of the distress method of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the distress method according to any one of claims 1-8.
