Abstract
The invention discloses a system for rapidly realizing financial accounting and management, which comprises a data entry module, a data association base table, a database, a data analysis processing module and a data classification module, wherein the data entry module is used for recording data; the data input module transmits data to a database through a data association table, the database transmits data information to a data analysis processing module, and the data information processing module transmits the processed and analyzed information to a data classification module; the data classification module comprises a business processing module and a financial processing module; the invention aims to provide a system for rapidly realizing financial accounting and management, which is rapid to realize, simple and convenient to process, diverse in functionality, high in safety and strong in reliability and is suitable for being widely popularized.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the system for rapidly implementing financial accounting and management comprises a data entry module 1, a data association table 2, a database 3, a data analysis processing module 4 and a data classification module 5; the data entry module 1 is used for entering a data source; the data association base table 2 is used for performing data association on the data source to generate a data association base table; the database 3 is used for creating a database based on the database relation table; the data analysis processing module 4 is used for analyzing and processing data; the data classification module 5 is used for classifying the data according to the data properties and corresponding to the corresponding accounting subjects;
the data input module 1 transmits data to the database 3 through the data association table 2, the database 3 transmits data information to the data analysis processing module 4, and the data information processing module 4 transmits the processed and analyzed information to the data classification module 5;
the data classification module 5 comprises a business processing module 51 and a financial processing module 52; the business processing module 51 is used for corresponding to the corresponding accounting subjects according to the business processing data properties; the financial processing module 52 is configured to correspond to a corresponding accounting subject according to the property of the financial processing data.

Referring to fig. 4, the difference from the above embodiment is that the finance processing module 52 of the present invention includes a finance management module 521; the financial management module 521 is used for generating a corresponding financial management report according to the financial data processing.
In this embodiment, the financial processing module 52 generates decision information, which can be understood by the administrator and meets the internal management requirements of the company, through the data analysis processing module 4, for example: financial condition tables, business profit and loss tables, cash balance tables, project management, profit centers, and the like.
In this embodiment, the financial processing module 52 further includes an accounting management module 522, and the accounting management module 522 is configured to generate a corresponding accounting report according to the accounting data processing.
