The real-time statistical system for external wall panel production material according to claim 5, wherein the total weighing amount metering unit (7) calculates the weight of each production material contained in each production step and the total weight of the same production material in all production steps.
8. A real-time statistical method for the outer wall panel production material according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
step 100, moving the production material to a weighing platform, and selecting the name of the corresponding production material in the current production step in a display of the weighing platform;
200, automatically calculating the standard balance weight of other production materials in a single batch in each production step according to the proportion of all the production materials in each production step;
step 300, sending the production step, the name of the production material and the weight of the production material to an upper processor through a wireless communication unit;
step 400, the upper processor automatically counts the fractional amount of different production materials in each production step and the total amount of the same production material in all production steps.

The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein in step 100, the weighing platform is further provided with an image capturing unit, the image capturing unit is configured to capture an image of the production material weighed each time, and automatically match the image to obtain a name of the weighed production material, and compare the name of the production material matched by the image capturing unit with a name of the corresponding production material selected in the current production step in the display of the weighing platform to avoid selecting a wrong name of the production material.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein in step 400, after counting the total amount of each material produced corresponding to all production lots in each production step, the total amount of each material produced corresponding to all production lots in all production steps can be accumulated to obtain the total amount of each material consumed.
