Abstract
The invention provides a wireless medicine and food monitoring label and a use method thereof, wherein the monitoring label comprises a management platform, an MCU (microprogrammed control unit), a flexible battery connected with the MCU, a RTC (real time clock) setting device, an RFID (radio frequency identification) radio frequency identifier, an LED (light emitting diode) display lamp, a temperature sensor and a light sensor, wherein the MCU, the flexible battery, the RTC, the RFID, the LED display lamp, the temperature sensor and the light sensor are arranged on a label body, a recording module and a reading module are arranged in the RFID, the recording module and the identifying module are respectively connected with an EPPROM memory and the management platform, and a display module connected with the EPPROM memory is arranged in. According to the invention, the intelligent terminal which is used in cooperation is used for generating a table to visually identify defects, quality problems and the like of products in the process of leaving factories to terminal customers, the quality can be judged through the visual LED lamp, and poor-quality medicine and food can be prevented from flowing into the hands of the customers.

Background
With the rapid development of the RFID technology, the RFID technology has been applied to the medical industry in many cities, many hospitals use handheld terminals to make rounds of wards and see medical records, and most importantly, the RFID technology and the handheld terminal products play a great role in the aspects of drug anti-counterfeiting, tracking, supply chain management, and the like. As with tracing of food and other supply chains, RFID technology is also used in drug management, so that the drug can be traced in real time in each link from delivery to sale, and meanwhile, relevant data is recorded and uploaded in real time by using a terminal product, and then the safety of the drug is ensured to a great extent. After all, the medicine is a special article, and no few suppliers on the market have bad motivation, and the main function of most medicines is to cure and save people. Therefore, there is a violent risk in the medicine, and in order to avoid such illegal actions, a new tracing is urgently needed for control.
The application of the RFID technology in drug management requires that all drugs are provided with RFID electronic tags when the drugs leave a factory, and then read-write terminals are equipped for related circulation departments. Therefore, the specific flow direction, the system benefit and the characteristics of the medicine can be known in real time:
1. the supervision level can be effectively improved;
2. the industrial energy level can be effectively promoted;
3. can prevent the false making and selling to the utmost extent, and improve the accident handling capacity;
4. tracking of the medication supply process;
5. an effective anti-counterfeiting function;
6. medicine storage management;
therefore, improvements in the prior art are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a wireless medical food monitoring tag and a method for using the same, which can monitor the temperature and the light irradiation intensity of each time segment in the whole process of medicine transportation.
In order to achieve the above and other related purposes, the invention provides a wireless medicine and food monitoring label, which comprises a management platform, an MCU (microprogrammed control unit), a flexible battery connected with the MCU, a RTC (real time clock) setter, an RFID (radio frequency identification) device, an LED (light-emitting diode) display lamp, a temperature sensor and an optical sensor, wherein the flexible battery, the RTC setter, the RFID device, the LED display lamp, the temperature sensor and the optical sensor connected with the MCU are arranged on a label body, the RFID device is internally provided with a recording module and a reading module, the recording module and the identifying module are respectively connected with an EPPROM (programmable read flash) memory and the management platform in the MCU, the LED display lamp is internally provided with a PROM (programmable read.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the label body is fixed on the medicine or the medicine package through an adhesive.
The invention also provides a use method of the wireless medicine and food monitoring tag, which comprises the following steps:
s1: when the medicine leaves a factory, writing production information through the RFID, and calibrating the time of the electronic tag through the RTC clock setter;
s2: the MCU micro control unit records the external environment through a temperature sensor and a light sensor and records the temperature change and the light change in each time period to an EPPROM memory in the MCU by combining the accurate time;
s3: a seller can read out the internal data of the electronic tag through the RFID, and then the internal data is matched with reading software in the management platform to automatically generate a data table, so that the storage temperature and the light intensity of the product in each time period after leaving the factory are displayed, and the quality of the product is distinguished;
s4: the temperature and light data displayed by the LED display lamp can be directly used for confirming whether the product is exposed to temperature deviation or not, so that the safety of the product is judged.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, when the product is in each link, each link needs to read all information of the product through the RFID, and perform a confirmation operation, and store the confirmation information in the EPPROM memory.
As mentioned above, the wireless medicine and food monitoring tag and the use method thereof have the following beneficial effects:
according to the product, all information of the product is read out through the intelligent terminal in a wireless mode, the label comprises a temperature and light sensor, the temperature and light sensor is combined with data records of temperature and light in all time periods after delivery, a table is generated after the data records are read out through the intelligent terminal used in a matched mode, defects, quality problems and the like in the process that the product is delivered to a terminal client are visually identified, the quality can be judged through the visual LED lamp, and poor-quality or overdue medicine and food are prevented from flowing into the hands of the client; once the medicine leaves the factory, if the label terminal is used, a client cannot take off the label at will, and if the label terminal is taken off, the label terminal stops working, so that the client can distinguish the product with confidence.

Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a wireless medicine and food monitoring tag, which includes a management platform, an MCU micro control unit 1, a flexible battery 2 connected to the MCU micro control unit 1, a RTC clock setter 3, a RFID 4, an LED display lamp 5, a temperature sensor 6 and a light sensor 7, wherein the whole electronic tag is powered by the flexible battery 2, the working power of the whole tag is low, one flexible battery 2 can work for 5 years, the MCU micro control unit 1, the flexible battery 2 connected to the MCU micro control unit 1, the RTC clock setter 3, the RFID 4, the LED display lamp 5, the temperature sensor 6 and the light sensor 7 are disposed on a tag body, the tag body is fixed to a medicine or a medicine package by an adhesive, an entry module and a reading module are disposed in the RFID 4, and the entry module and the identification module are respectively connected to an EPPROM in the MCU micro control unit 1, The management platform is connected, a display module is arranged in the LED display lamp 5, and the display module is connected with the EPPROM memory.
In specific use, firstly, an electronic device with a temperature sensor 6, a light sensor 7, timing and storage functions and a flexible battery 2 is integrated to be used as an electronic tag, the electronic tag is attached to the outer package of medicines or other products when leaving a factory, and if the electronic tag is torn or removed midway, the electronic tag automatically fails and does not work, so that complete safety monitoring is achieved; when the electronic tag leaves a factory, information such as production date, unique identification code, manufacturer information, product name, factory date, batch and the like is written in through RFID, and meanwhile, the time of the electronic tag is calibrated, so that accurate time printing can be carried out inside the electronic tag, the MCU records the external environment through the temperature sensor 6 and the light sensor 7, and records the temperature change and the light change in each time period into an EPPROM memory inside the MCU by combining the accurate time set by the RTC clock setter 3, so that the subsequent reading is facilitated;
when the electronic tag reaches a seller along with a product, the seller can read out the internal data of the electronic tag through the RFID, and a data table is automatically generated by matching with reading software in a management platform, so that the storage temperature and the light intensity of the product in each time period after the product leaves a factory can be visually represented. The product has the longest time at high temperature, the longest time at low temperature or the exposure time under strong light, if the EPPROM memory is marked, the quality of the product can be visually distinguished, thus the defective products can flow into the hands of customers, and the quality problems of medicine and food, such as a series of medicine failures, food expiration, and the like, can be avoided.
Alternatively, the customer may directly confirm through the LED display 5 whether the pharmaceutical product is exposed to adverse temperature conditions, and once the product is received, the recipient may have immediate, visual confirmation that the product passed or failed and whether it was exposed to a temperature excursion, which may be indicative of whether the effectiveness and safety of the pharmaceutical product has been compromised.
When a product is in each logistics link, all information of the product is read out through the RFID in each link, confirmation is carried out (confirmed information is written in through the RFID), a specific position is reserved in the EEPROM memory of the MCU to store confirmation information (a name of a person is confirmed, the time of confirmation and the like), and therefore people in the next link can observe and obtain the confirmation information conveniently.
According to the first embodiment of the invention, all information of a product is read out through an intelligent terminal in a wireless mode, a label comprises a temperature sensor 6 and a light sensor 7, the temperature and light data in all time periods after delivery are recorded, a table is generated after the data is read out through the intelligent terminal used in cooperation, defects, quality problems and the like in the process of delivering the product to a terminal client are visually identified, the quality can be judged through a visual LED lamp, and poor-quality or overdue medicine and food are prevented from flowing into the hands of the client; once the medicine leaves the factory, if the label terminal is used, a client cannot take off the label at will, and if the label terminal is taken off, the label terminal stops working, so that the client can distinguish the product with confidence.
The second embodiment of the invention provides a use method of a wireless medicine and food monitoring tag, and the second embodiment is the method of the first embodiment and comprises the following steps:
s1: when the medicine leaves a factory, the RFID radio frequency identifier 4 writes production information, and the RTC clock setter 3 calibrates the time of the electronic tag;

s3: a seller can read out the internal data of the electronic tag through the RFID 4, and then the internal data is matched with reading software in the management platform to automatically generate a data table and display the storage temperature and the light intensity of the product in each time period after leaving the factory, so that the quality of the product can be distinguished;
s4: the temperature and light data displayed by the LED display lamp 5 can also be directly used for confirming whether the product is exposed to temperature deviation or not, so that the safety of the product is judged.
In addition, in step S3, when the product is in each logistics link, each link needs to read out all information of the product through the RFID 4, and perform a confirmation operation, and store the confirmation information in the EPPROM memory.
