Abstract
The invention discloses a method for checking vertical medicine tanks, which does not need to structurally modify batch medicine supplementing devices of automatic medicine dispensing machines in the prior art, and only needs to paste four two-dimensional code marks on the batch medicine supplementing devices, and paste medicine tank numbers below each vertical medicine tank; the front part of the vertical medicine groove area of the batch medicine supplementing device is provided with the camera, so that the structure is simple, and the operation steps are simple.

Background
At present, a batch medicine supplementing device of an automatic medicine dispensing machine sold in the market adopts vertical medicine grooves to store medicine boxes, the batch medicine supplementing device of the automatic medicine dispensing machine comprises a plurality of vertical medicine grooves which are sequentially arranged from left to right, the accurate number of the medicine boxes in each vertical medicine groove is required to be obtained, a mode of adding a laser ranging sensor at the top end of the medicine groove or a mode of adding a weight sensor at the bottom of the medicine groove can be adopted, but the problem of complex structure and control system exists.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a vertical medicine tank checking method, which adopts a mode of installing a fixed or movable camera in front of a vertical medicine tank device to acquire images of a medicine area for checking, has a simple structure and simple operation steps.

s1, pasting four two-dimensional code identifiers on a batch medicine supplementing device of an automatic medicine dispensing machine, wherein the four two-dimensional code identifiers are located at the upper left, the upper right, the lower left and the lower right of the batch medicine supplementing device in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the batch medicine supplementing device comprises a plurality of vertical medicine tanks which are sequentially arranged from left to right, and medicine tank numbers are stuck below each vertical medicine tank; a camera is arranged in front of a vertical medicine groove area of the batch medicine supplementing device;
s2, an operator measures the total height of each vertical medicine slot and stores the total height in a database of a computer processing system, the operator sets the medicine box variety placed in each vertical medicine slot, and the database of the computer processing system records the medicine slot number, the medicine name and the medicine box thickness corresponding to each vertical medicine slot;
s3, supplementing medicines in the vertical medicine tank by an operator, and leaving the vertical medicine tank area;
s4, detecting the picture state of the vertical medicine slot area by the camera, and starting the checking flow after the picture is dynamically changed;
s5, the cameras acquire integral photos of the batch medicine supplementing devices, the integral photos of the batch medicine supplementing devices comprise four two-dimensional code identifiers on the batch medicine supplementing devices, and the cameras transmit the integral photos of the batch medicine supplementing devices to the computer processing system through a network;
s6, the computer processing system positions and corrects the integral photos of the batch medicine supplementing device according to the four two-dimensional code identifiers in the integral photos of the batch medicine supplementing device;
s7, the computer processing system positions and intercepts each vertical medicine slot area picture according to the medicine slot number and carries out the following processing:
the computer processing system carries out binarization processing on each vertical medicine slot region picture, and the region where the medicine box is positioned in each vertical medicine slot region picture is black and is set to be a black region; calculating the total height of the picture in each vertical medicine slot area and the height of the black area; and calculating the corresponding number of medicine boxes in each vertical medicine slot according to the following formula:

s7, the computer processing system positions and intercepts each vertical medicine slot area picture 40 according to the medicine slot number and performs the following processing:

The software V1.0 for identifying the medicine pictures can finish checking the number of medicine boxes in the vertical medicine slots, drive the camera 30 to shoot the whole pictures of the batch medicine supplementing devices, locate the whole pictures of the batch medicine supplementing devices, identify the content and the coordinates of two-dimension code marks, confirm the coordinates of the medicine slots (namely the medicine slot numbers) according to the two-dimension code marks and the coordinates, cut single vertical medicine slot area pictures according to the medicine slot numbers, sequentially binarize each vertical medicine slot area picture, calculate the total height H (unit is pixel) and the black area height H (unit is pixel) of each vertical medicine slot area picture 40, and calculate the medicine slot inventory capacity according to the medicine box height and the total height of the medicine slots.
In summary, the method for checking the vertical medicine tank of the invention adopts a mode of installing a fixed or movable camera in front of the vertical medicine tank device to acquire images of the medicine area for checking, and has simple structure and simple operation steps.

s2, an operator measures the total height of each vertical medicine slot and stores the total height in a database of a computer processing system, the operator sets the medicine box variety placed in each vertical medicine slot, and the database of the computer processing system records the medicine slot number, the medicine name and the medicine box thickness corresponding to each vertical medicine slot;
