The method comprises the following steps: responding to an account application request of a current user, and acquiring attribute information of the current user; acquiring target recommendation information corresponding to the current user and an account application table corresponding to the target recommendation information according to the attribute information of the current user and a historical user classification label corresponding to a historical user; acquiring user information which is submitted by the current user and corresponds to the account application form, and forming an account application form according to the account application form and the user information; and sending the account application form to a target service provider in the target recommendation information to obtain an application result fed back by the target service provider. Background
With the revolution and rapid development of computer technology, the life style of people is greatly changed, and with the development of various application programs and the appearance of intelligent electronic equipment, people can buy products of the heart instrument, complete work tasks, apply for accounts, pay various fees and the like without going out of home.
Taking account application as an example, such as applying for a savings card, a credit card, etc., it has been necessary for a user to go to a bank outlet with a certificate for transaction or for a worker to go to a bank outlet for collecting information, but with the development of computer technology and the development of artificial intelligence technology, the user can apply for opening an account online. At present, when a user applies for a deposit card and a credit card, the user fills in data form items no matter on line or off line, and then submits the filled data forms to a corresponding bank to wait for the bank to examine and approve, but the process and the result of filling in the data forms by the user lack monitoring, analysis and optimization, and the filling experience, the application efficiency and the passing rate of a card applying user are difficult to guarantee.

In the technical solutions provided by some embodiments of the present disclosure, first, attribute information of a current user is obtained when an account application request of the current user is responded; then, acquiring target recommendation information and a corresponding account application form according to the attribute information of the current user and the historical user classification labels of the historical users; and then forming an account application form according to the user information and the account application form submitted by the current user, and sending the account application form to a target service provider in the target recommendation information to obtain an application result fed back by the target service provider. It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, service recommendation platforms, and service provisioning platforms in fig. 1 are merely illustrative. Any number of terminal devices, networks, service recommendation platforms and service providing platforms may be provided according to actual needs. The service recommendation platform and the service providing platform may be specifically servers, and further may be a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, or the like.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user logs in the service recommendation platform 103 through the terminal device 101, and submits an account application request to the service recommendation platform 103 through the network 102. In view of the problems in the related art, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide an account application method, where the account may be an account with an entity identifier, such as a credit card, a savings card, or the like, or may also be a virtual account, which is only an authority, such as an account of a certain website, an electronic bank account, or the like, and the following takes an online application of a credit card as an example to set forth implementation details of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure in detail:

In step S303, a historical user classification tag corresponding to the target historical user is obtained, and the target recommendation information and the account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information are determined according to the historical user classification tag corresponding to the target historical user.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, after the target historical user is determined, the historical user classification tag corresponding to the target historical user may be obtained, and then the target recommendation information corresponding to the current user and the account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information are determined according to the historical user classification tag. When the target recommendation information is determined according to the historical user classification tag, a target personalized service scheme and a target service provider can be determined according to the historical user classification tag corresponding to the target historical user, the target recommendation information can be formed according to the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider, and meanwhile, an account application form provided by the target service provider is used as an account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information. The target personalized service scheme may include a personalized service scheme provided by the service recommendation platform, for example, a service scheme related to life, shopping, traveling, and the like, and specifically, for example, an XX-dollar voucher of a certain takeout company, an 8-dollar discount coupon of a YY market gold-decorated counter, a 10-dollar return of 200 dollars after transacting a credit card, and the like; the system can also comprise a personalized service scheme provided by the service providing platform, such as a service scheme related to life, shopping, traveling, repayment and the like, and specifically, for example, the system can enjoy 9 yuan car washing after transacting the A bank credit card, consume 5 discount at the B restaurant once per month, prolong the billing period to two months and the like. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, whether the personalized service schemes provided by the service recommendation platform or the personalized service schemes provided by the service providing platform are classified according to categories and set in a selectable state, the current user may select one or more personalized service schemes according to actual needs, the personalized service schemes may be selected in a matching manner, further, the selectable number of each category of personalized service schemes may be set, and in addition, the service recommendation platform may recommend the personalized service scheme corresponding to the current user according to the social attribute and/or the financial attribute of the current user, that is, different users may correspond to different options of the personalized service schemes.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, when determining a target historical user according to the similarity and the similarity threshold, a plurality of target historical users may be determined, so that when determining a personalized service scheme and a service provider according to the historical user category label of the target historical user, a plurality of personalized service schemes and a plurality of service providers are obtained. The target personalized service scheme and the target service provider are determined from the plurality of personalized service schemes and the plurality of service providers, the plurality of personalized service schemes and the plurality of service providers can be specifically sent to the terminal equipment for being selected by the current user, and after the personalized service scheme and the service provider selected by the current user are received, the personalized service scheme and the service provider can be used as the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a target personalized service scheme and a target service provider may be determined from a plurality of personalized service schemes and a plurality of service providers according to an application passing rate, and specifically, after a plurality of target historical users are determined, a historical user classification tag corresponding to each target historical user and historical recommendation information corresponding to each historical user classification tag may be obtained, where the historical recommendation information includes a historical personalized service scheme and a historical service provider; then, the application passing rates of the historical service providers of each historical user can be compared, the historical service provider with the highest application passing rate is used as a target service provider, and the corresponding historical personalized service scheme is used as a target personalized service scheme. For example, there are three target historical users, the corresponding classification tags of the historical users are tag 1, tag 2 and tag 3, and the corresponding historical service providers include bank a and bank B, where the application passing rate of the bank a for the target historical user having tag 3 is the highest, so that when service provider recommendation is performed according to the historical user tags, the bank B can be used as the target service provider, and the personalized service scheme corresponding to the target service provider can be used as the target personalized service scheme. It should be noted that this method is only one way to determine the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider, and will increase the application passing rate of the current user to some extent, but does not exclude that other recommended service providers and personalized service schemes can also increase the application passing rate of the current user.
In step S230, user information corresponding to the account application form submitted by the current user is acquired, and an account application form is formed according to the account application form and the user information.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, after the target recommendation information and the account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information are obtained, after a confirmation application request sent by the terminal device is received, the account application form may be sent to a display screen of the terminal device for displaying, the current user may fill in personal information according to a form item in the account application form, and after the service recommendation platform receives the user information sent by the terminal device, the account application form may be formed according to the account application form and the user information.
In step S240, the account request form is sent to the target service provider in the target recommendation information, so as to obtain the application result fed back by the target service provider.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, after the account request form is formed, the account request form may be sent to a target service providing platform, that is, a target service provider in the target recommendation information, and then wait for receiving an application result fed back by the target service provider. And after receiving the application result fed back by the target service provider, sending the application result to the terminal equipment to inform the current user.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, before obtaining target recommendation information for a current user and an account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information according to attribute information of the current user and a historical user classification tag corresponding to a historical user, the historical user classification tag needs to be obtained according to information when the historical user fills in the account application form. Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a process of obtaining a historical user category label, and as shown in fig. 4, in step S401, attribute information of each form item and form attributes of an account application form when a historical user fills in the account application form are obtained, and a form data label is obtained according to the attribute information and the form attributes of each form item; in step S402, data-related classification is performed on the values corresponding to the respective form items and the form data tags, a user profile corresponding to the historical user is determined based on the classification result, and the user profile is taken as the historical user classification tag.
In step S401, the form data tag includes a form attribute, an input attribute, a time attribute, and a completion attribute, where the input attribute, the time attribute, and the completion attribute are attribute information of each form item, and specifically, the form attribute is a service provider, such as a bank a and a bank B, to which an account application form of a history user belongs; the input attribute is a user operation mode corresponding to a single item of the table, such as click input, keyboard input, handwriting input and the like, and the input attribute can have multiple states; the time attribute is the time required by filling in a form single item, timing is started when a current user clicks the form single item, and the timing is finished when the form single item clicks a next form single item or an account application form is submitted, so that the time attribute of the form single item can be determined, and the attribute also has multiple states; the completion degree attribute is a filling percentage of the account application form when the historical user leaves the form single item, for example, the account application form includes 20 form single items, and if one form single item is completed, the completion degree corresponds to 5% of completion degree, and then when 10 form single items are filled, the completion degree attribute is 50%.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the form data tag may further include form filling time, and the process of obtaining the form data tag specifically includes: responding to a trigger operation of a historical user entering an account application form filling page, acquiring form attributes and marking starting time; responding to the trigger operation of the historical user on each form item, and acquiring an input attribute, a time attribute and a completion degree attribute corresponding to each form item; and responding to the triggering operation of the historical user for leaving the account application form filling page, acquiring the form completion degree attribute and the end time, and determining the form filling time based on the start time and the end time. The form completion degree attribute is the completion degree attribute corresponding to the last form single item filled by the historical user.
In step S402, data association classification is performed on the values and data tags corresponding to the form items, and a user portrait of a historical user is determined based on a classification result, specifically, the values and the form data tags corresponding to the form items may be classified according to a submission status type corresponding to an account application form to obtain classification information; then, the user portrait of the historical user can be constructed according to the classification information. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a flow of determining a user portrait of a historical user, where, as shown in fig. 5, a form data tag 501 includes a form attribute, an input attribute, a time attribute, and a completion attribute, the submission status types of the account application form are divided into two types, i.e., a submission success type and a submission failure type, values corresponding to form items and form data tags are classified according to the submission status types, and classification information 502 can be obtained, as shown in the drawing, corresponding to each submission status type, the values corresponding to the form data tag and the form item are respectively corresponding to a corresponding form item category, e.g., the form item is an owned vehicle, and the values corresponding to the form data tag and a specific form item of the form item are listed as a row; the table entry category is a contact phone, and the table data tag corresponding to the table entry category and the value of the specific table entry are listed as a row; the table item category is a self-owned housing, and the table data label corresponding to the table item category and the value of the specific table item are listed as a row; the table entry category is the age, and the table data tag and the value of the particular table entry corresponding to the table entry category are listed as a row. After the classification information is obtained, a historical user classification label 503 may be constructed based on the classification information, and if a table item category in the account application table is a vehicle owned by the user, and a corresponding value is yes, the user portrait of the historical user is classified as a vehicle owned user; if the historical user is relatively simple to write in a form single item related to personal privacy or the corresponding value is empty when filling in an account application form, the user portrait classification of the historical user can be marked as personal information sensitive; of course, the user images of the historical users can be marked into other categories according to the filling content and the completion degree of the account application form, such as time-sensitive users, room-less users and the like.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the account application form is submitted for a plurality of reasons, for example, the filling is not in compliance with the specification, the user has no too much time or no will to fill one by one and exits in the middle, and so on, so that it can be clearly found out from the classification information which is submitted for a failure that the filling will be weaker for which form items by the user, and similarly, the filling difficulty of the current user can be obtained from the classification information which is submitted for a success, specifically, the time attribute and the completion attribute corresponding to each form item can be respectively compared with the time threshold and the completion threshold, the target form item, which is the filling difficulty when the current user fills the account application form, can be determined according to the comparison result, the target account application form is further determined according to the target form item, and the form attributes of the target account application form, the target form and the target account application form are sent to the form maintainer, the form maintainer can modify the target account application form, so that the usability of the form can be improved by optimizing the account application form.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the current user fills in the account application form, the service recommendation platform may also acquire attribute information of each form item in the account application form and form attributes of the account application form, and obtain a current form data tag according to the attribute information and the form attributes of each form item; then, carrying out data association classification on the values corresponding to the single items of each table and the data labels of the current table, and determining the user classification labels corresponding to the current users according to the classification results; and finally, updating the historical user classification labels according to the user classification labels corresponding to the current users. Further, the service provider recommendation can be made to the next user according to the updated historical user category label.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the functions of the service recommendation platform include recommendation of a service provider, formation and transmission of an account application form, formation of a historical user classification tag, and reception and transmission of an application result, and the service recommendation platform may be divided into at least two parts according to its functions, and fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of the service recommendation platform, and as shown in fig. 6, the service recommendation platform includes a recommendation system 601 and a credit card system 602.
Based on the structure of the service recommendation platform described in fig. 6, fig. 7 shows an interaction flowchart of online credit card recommendation, as shown in fig. 7, in step S701, a current user sends a credit card application request to a recommendation system 702 through a terminal device 701; in step S702, the recommendation system 702 obtains attribute information of the current user in response to the credit card application request; in step S703, comparing the attribute information of the current user with the attribute information of the historical user to obtain a target historical user, and obtaining a historical user classification tag corresponding to the target historical user; in step S704, recommending a personalized service scheme and a service provider corresponding to the historical user category label to the current user; in step S705, the current user selects a target personalized service plan and a target service provider from the recommended personalized service plans and service providers; in step S706, after receiving the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider, the credit card system 703 determines a credit card application form corresponding to the target service provider; in step S707, the credit card application form is transmitted to the terminal device; in step S708, receiving user information fed back by the current user through the terminal device; in step S709, the credit card system 703 collects attribute information and form attributes of each form item when the current user fills in the credit card application form, performs data association classification according to the value, attribute information, and form attribute corresponding to the form item, and determines a user classification label of the current user based on the classification result; in step S710, the user classification label of the current user is fed back to the recommendation system 702 to update the historical user classification label; in step S711, a form item corresponding to the difficulty point in filling the credit card application form by the current user is obtained and sent to the form maintainer for optimization; in step S712, a credit card application form is formed according to the credit card application form and the user information; in step S713, the credit card application form is sent to the service providing platform 704; in step S714, an application result fed back by the service providing platform 704 is received; in step S715, the application result is transmitted to the terminal device 701 of the current user.
In step S705, the personalized service plan includes a credit card interest and a credit card surface, and the current user may select a desired interest and a favorite card surface from the recommended credit card interest and credit card surface as the target personalized service plan.
In step S709, the credit card system collects the form attributes and the attribute information of each form item, and performs analysis based on the collected information to obtain the classification label of the current user, and in step S710, sends the classification label of the current user to the recommendation system. Fig. 8 shows an interaction flowchart for obtaining the category label of the current user, and as shown in fig. 8, in step S801, the current user inputs user information through the terminal device 701; the user information corresponds to categories of form items on the credit card application form, such as name, gender, address, contact number, and the like. In step S802, the credit card system 703 collects attributes of the form and attribute information of each form item while receiving the user information; the attribute information of each table entry includes an input attribute, a time attribute, and a completion attribute, and the specific meaning of each attribute information is as described in the above embodiments and is not described herein again. When the attribute information of the individual items of each table is collected and analyzed, if the user classification label of the current user can be determined, the determined user classification label of the current user is sent to the recommendation system 702, and if the user classification label of the current user cannot be determined according to the individual item information, the determined user classification label of the current user is sent to the recommendation system 702 after the user classification label of the current user is determined according to all the information. In step S803, the credit card system 703, upon receiving the trigger operation of the form submitted by the current user, transmits a credit card application form formed from the user information of the current user and the credit card application form to the service providing platform 704. In step S804, after the service providing platform 704 finishes the audit, the application result is fed back to the credit card system 703. In step S805, the credit card system 703 feeds back the application result to the terminal device 701 of the current user.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving an application result fed back by a service providing platform, the user classification tag of the current user and the application result may be stored correspondingly, and when recommending the next user, the recommendation may be performed according to the historical user classification tag and the application result, so as to improve the application efficiency and the passing rate. The recommendation process specifically includes, after a target historical user is determined according to attribute information of a next user and a historical user classification tag, first obtaining the historical user classification tag corresponding to the target historical user and a corresponding application result, then selecting the application result with the maximum passing rate from the obtained application results, and finally obtaining a service provider corresponding to the application result with the maximum passing rate for recommendation.
The account application method in the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to any scene where a user can obtain corresponding rights and interests only by applying for an account, for example, the online credit card application in the embodiment, and can also be applied to other scenes, for example, the online savings card application, the friend-making platform member application, the airline member application, and the like.
The account application method in the embodiment of the disclosure can determine target recommendation information and an account application form corresponding to a current user according to attribute information of the current user and a historical user classification label of a historical user; and after receiving user information input when the current user fills in the account application form, forming an account application form according to the user information and the account application form, and sending the account application form to a service provider to obtain an application result. Meanwhile, when the current user fills in the account application form, form attributes and attribute information of each form item can be collected, analysis is carried out according to the collected information to determine a user classification label of the current user and a form item to be optimized in the account application form, then a historical user classification label is updated according to the user classification label of the current user to serve as a basis for recommending a subsequent user, and the form item to be optimized is sent to a form maintainer to optimize the account application form in time. According to the account application method, on one hand, the user classification label can be determined according to the information acquired when the user fills in the form, the user classification label is input to supplement the user classification of the account application form, and the recommendation dimensionality supplement of a recommendation system is performed by combining the application result, so that the recommendation result of the user is more accurate, and the auditing efficiency of the user and the incoming rate of a service provider are improved; on the other hand, when the user fills in the account application form, the filling difficulty in the account application form can be effectively found, the filling experience is optimized, and the filling integrity and the submission success conversion rate of the user are improved.
Embodiments of the disclosed apparatus are described below, which may be used to perform the account application method in the above embodiments of the present disclosure. For details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present disclosure, refer to the embodiments of the account application method of the present disclosure.
FIG. 9 schematically illustrates a block diagram of an account application apparatus according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The account application apparatus may be a computer program (including program code) running on the electronic device, for example, the account application apparatus is an application software; the apparatus may be used to perform the corresponding steps in the methods provided by the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 9, an account application apparatus 900 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a first obtaining module 901, a second obtaining module 902, an application form forming module 903 and an application result receiving module 904.
The first obtaining module 901 is configured to obtain attribute information of a current user in response to an account application request of the current user; a second obtaining module 902, configured to obtain, according to the attribute information of the current user and a historical user classification tag corresponding to a historical user, target recommendation information corresponding to the current user and an account application table corresponding to the target recommendation information; a request form forming module 903, configured to obtain user information corresponding to the account application form submitted by the current user, and form an account request form according to the account application form and the user information; an application result receiving module 904, configured to send the account application form to the target service provider in the target recommendation information, so as to obtain an application result fed back by the target service provider.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the historical users is plural; the second obtaining module 902 includes: a matching unit, configured to match the attribute information of the current user with the attribute information of each historical user, so as to obtain a similarity between the current user and each historical user; the comparison unit is used for comparing the similarity with a similarity threshold, determining target similarity according to a comparison result, and taking the historical user corresponding to the target similarity as a target historical user; and the table determining unit is used for acquiring the historical user classification label corresponding to the target historical user and determining the target recommendation information and the account application table corresponding to the target recommendation information according to the historical user classification label corresponding to the target historical user.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the table determination unit includes: the information determining unit is used for determining a target personalized service scheme and a target service provider according to the historical user classification label corresponding to the target historical user; and the information forming unit is used for forming the target recommendation information according to the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider, and taking an account application form corresponding to the target service provider as an account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the information determining unit is configured to: determining a plurality of personalized service schemes and a plurality of service providers according to the historical user classification labels corresponding to the target historical users; and acquiring a personalized service and a service provider selected by the current user from the plurality of personalized service schemes and the plurality of service providers as the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the target historical users is plural; the information determination unit is configured to: acquiring historical user classification labels corresponding to the target historical users and historical recommendation information corresponding to the historical user classification labels, wherein the historical recommendation information comprises historical personalized service schemes and historical service providers; and acquiring the application passing rate of each historical service provider, taking the historical service provider with the highest application passing rate as the target service provider, and taking the historical personalized service scheme corresponding to the historical service provider with the highest application passing rate as the target personalized service scheme.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the account application form includes a plurality of form items; the account application device further comprises: a third obtaining module, configured to obtain attribute information of each form item and form attributes of the account application form when the historical user fills in the account application form, and obtain a form data tag according to the attribute information of each form item and the form attributes; and the association classification module is used for performing data association classification on the values corresponding to the form items and the form data labels, determining user portrait classification corresponding to the historical user based on a classification result, and classifying the user portrait as the historical user classification label.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the form data tag includes a form attribute, an input attribute, a time attribute, and a completion attribute, where the form attribute is a service provider corresponding to an account application form of the historical user, the input attribute is a user operation mode corresponding to the form item, the time attribute is a time required for filling in the form item, and the completion attribute is a filling percentage of the account application form when the historical user leaves the form item.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the third obtaining module is configured to: responding to a trigger operation of the historical user entering the account application form filling page, acquiring form attributes and marking starting time; responding to the trigger operation of the historical user on each form item, and acquiring an input attribute, a time attribute and a completion degree attribute corresponding to each form item; and responding to the trigger operation of the historical user for leaving the account application form filling page, acquiring form completion degree attributes and ending time, and determining form filling time based on the starting time and the ending time.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, the association classification module is configured to: classifying values corresponding to the form items and the form data labels according to the submission state types corresponding to the account application forms to acquire classification information; and constructing user portrait classification of the historical user according to the classification information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the account application apparatus 900 is further configured to: comparing the time attribute and the completion degree attribute corresponding to each form item with a time threshold and a completion degree threshold respectively, and determining a target form item according to a comparison result; and determining a target account application form according to the target form single item, and sending the target account application form, the target form single item and the form attribute corresponding to the target account application form to a form maintainer so that the form maintainer modifies the target account application form.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the account application apparatus 900 is further configured to: when user information corresponding to the account application form, which is submitted by the current user, is acquired, acquiring attribute information of each form item in the account application form and form attributes of the account application form, and acquiring a current form data tag according to the attribute information of each form item and the form attributes; performing data association classification on the values corresponding to the form items and the current form data labels, and determining user classification labels corresponding to the current users according to classification results; and updating the historical user classification label according to the user classification label corresponding to the current user.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the attribute information of the current user is a financial attribute and/or a social attribute determined according to the user information of the current user.
FIG. 10 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of a computer system suitable for use in implementing an electronic device of an embodiment of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer system 1000 of the electronic device shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 10, the computer system 1000 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1001 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read-Only Memory (ROM) 1002 or a program loaded from a storage portion 1008 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1003, and implements the image labeling method described in the above-described embodiments. In the RAM 1003, various programs and data necessary for system operation are also stored. The CPU 1001, ROM 1002, and RAM 1003 are connected to each other via a bus 1004. An Input/Output (I/O) interface 1005 is also connected to the bus 1004.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1005: an input section 1006 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1007 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and a speaker; a storage portion 1008 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1009 including a network interface card such as a LAN (Local area network) card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1009 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1010 is also connected to the I/O interface 1005 as necessary. A removable medium 1011 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1010 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1008 as necessary.
In particular, the processes described below with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication part 1009 and/or installed from the removable medium 1011. When the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1001, various functions defined in the system of the present disclosure are executed. By way of example, the computer program can be deployed to be executed on one computing device or on multiple computing devices at one site or distributed across multiple sites and interconnected by a communication network, which can comprise a block chain system.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a touch terminal, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (15)

1. An account application method, comprising:
responding to an account application request of a current user, and acquiring attribute information of the current user;
acquiring target recommendation information corresponding to the current user and an account application table corresponding to the target recommendation information according to the attribute information of the current user and a historical user classification label corresponding to a historical user;
acquiring user information which is submitted by the current user and corresponds to the account application form, and forming an account application form according to the account application form and the user information;
and sending the account application form to a target service provider in the target recommendation information to obtain an application result fed back by the target service provider.
2. The account application method according to claim 1, wherein the number of the historical users is plural;
the obtaining of the target recommendation information corresponding to the current user and the account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information according to the attribute information of the current user and the classification label of the historical user corresponding to the historical user includes:
matching the attribute information of the current user with the attribute information of each historical user to acquire the similarity between the current user and each historical user;
comparing the similarity with a similarity threshold, determining target similarity according to a comparison result, and taking the historical user corresponding to the target similarity as a target historical user;
and obtaining a historical user classification label corresponding to the target historical user, and determining the target recommendation information and an account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information according to the historical user classification label corresponding to the target historical user.
3. The account application method of claim 2, wherein the determining the target recommendation information and the account application table corresponding to the target recommendation information according to the historical user classification label corresponding to the target historical user comprises:
determining a target personalized service scheme and a target service provider according to the historical user classification label corresponding to the target historical user;
and forming the target recommendation information according to the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider, and taking an account application form corresponding to the target service provider as an account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information.
4. The account application method of claim 3, wherein determining the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider according to the historical user category label corresponding to the target historical user comprises:
determining a plurality of personalized service schemes and a plurality of service providers according to the historical user classification labels corresponding to the target historical users;
and acquiring a personalized service and a service provider selected by the current user from the plurality of personalized service schemes and the plurality of service providers as the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider.
5. The account application method of claim 3, wherein the number of the target historical users is plural;
the determining of the target personalized service scheme and the target service provider according to the historical user classification label corresponding to the target historical user comprises the following steps:
acquiring historical user classification labels corresponding to the target historical users and historical recommendation information corresponding to the historical user classification labels, wherein the historical recommendation information comprises historical personalized service schemes and historical service providers;
and acquiring the application passing rate of each historical service provider, taking the historical service provider with the highest application passing rate as the target service provider, and taking the historical personalized service scheme corresponding to the historical service provider with the highest application passing rate as the target personalized service scheme.
6. The account application method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the account application form comprises a plurality of form items;
before obtaining target recommendation information corresponding to the current user and an account application table corresponding to the target recommendation information according to the attribute information of the current user and a historical user classification label corresponding to a historical user, the method further includes:
acquiring attribute information of each form item and form attributes of the account application form when the historical user fills in the account application form, and acquiring a form data label according to the attribute information of each form item and the form attributes;
and performing data association classification on the values corresponding to the form items and the form data labels, determining user portrait classification corresponding to the historical user based on classification results, and classifying the user portrait as the historical user classification label.
7. The account application method of claim 6, wherein the form data tag comprises a form attribute, an input attribute, a time attribute and a completion attribute, wherein the form attribute is a service provider corresponding to the account application form of the historical user, the input attribute is a user operation mode corresponding to the form item, the time attribute is time required for filling the form item, and the completion attribute is filling percentage of the account application form when the historical user leaves the form item.
8. The account application method of claim 7, wherein the obtaining attribute information of each form item and form attributes of the account application form when the historical user fills in the account application form, and obtaining a form data tag according to the attribute information of each form item and the form attributes comprise:
responding to a trigger operation of the historical user entering the account application form filling page, acquiring form attributes and marking starting time;
responding to the trigger operation of the historical user on each form item, and acquiring an input attribute, a time attribute and a completion degree attribute corresponding to each form item;
and responding to the trigger operation of the historical user for leaving the account application form filling page, acquiring form completion degree attributes and ending time, and determining form filling time based on the starting time and the ending time.
9. The account application method of claim 6, wherein the performing data association classification on the values corresponding to the form items and the form data tags and determining the user portrait classification of the historical user based on the classification result comprises:
classifying values corresponding to the form items and the form data labels according to the submission state types corresponding to the account application forms to acquire classification information;
and constructing user portrait classification of the historical user according to the classification information.
10. The account application method of claim 6, the method further comprising:
comparing the time attribute and the completion degree attribute corresponding to each form item with a time threshold and a completion degree threshold respectively, and determining a target form item according to a comparison result;
and determining a target account application form according to the target form single item, and sending the target account application form, the target form single item and the form attribute corresponding to the target account application form to a form maintainer so that the form maintainer modifies the target account application form.
11. The account application method of claim 1, the method further comprising:
when user information corresponding to the account application form, which is submitted by the current user, is acquired, acquiring attribute information of each form item in the account application form and form attributes of the account application form, and acquiring a current form data tag according to the attribute information of each form item and the form attributes;
performing data association classification on the values corresponding to the form items and the current form data labels, and determining user classification labels corresponding to the current users according to classification results;
and updating the historical user classification label according to the user classification label corresponding to the current user.
12. The account application method of claim 2, wherein the attribute information of the current user is financial attributes and/or social attributes determined according to the user information of the current user.
13. An account application apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for responding to an account application request of a current user and acquiring attribute information of the current user;
the second obtaining module is used for obtaining target recommendation information corresponding to the current user and an account application form corresponding to the target recommendation information according to the attribute information of the current user and the historical user classification labels corresponding to the historical users;
the application form forming module is used for acquiring the user information which is submitted by the current user and corresponds to the account application form, and forming an account application form according to the account application form and the user information;
and the application result receiving module is used for sending the account application form to the target service provider in the target recommendation information so as to obtain the application result fed back by the target service provider.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the account application method of any one of claims 1 to 12.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the account application method of any one of claims 1 to 12.
