4. A news issue and management system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the news management backend includes an administrator interface, a general user interface and a verification module;
the verification module is used for judging whether the category of the login user is a non-administrator user or an administrator user, if the category of the login user is the administrator user, the login user jumps to enter an administrator interface, and if the category of the login user is not the administrator user, the login user jumps to enter a common user interface.
