Abstract

The invention discloses a campus intelligent response system and method based on WeChat OpenID. The system comprises: the intelligent mobile terminal (1) is used for inputting questions and displaying answers by campus users; the WeChat platform (2) is used for authenticating the identity of the campus user, uploading the problem of the campus user with successful identity authentication to the micro service platform (3), and downloading the answer from the micro service platform (3) to the intelligent mobile terminal (1); and the micro service platform (3) is used for searching answers of the questions in the mixed cloud (4), the public cloud (6) and the private cloud (5). The service mode of replacing traditional manual customer service with intelligent customer service combines the management service of schools with the mobile terminal and the mobile social network, can provide ubiquitous service, greatly improves the quality and the service duration of the service, reduces the repeatability and the transactional work of various managers, improves the management level, and has good application prospect.
2. The safety is high, the knowledge is wide, the pertinence is strong: according to the open platform authentication of the WeChat platform, Auth2.0 safety authentication is realized through the OpenID provided by the WeChat platform and then through the open platform of the WeChat platform, and the open platform authentication method is mainstream at present and is relatively mature in technical safety; the answer knowledge base can be a public cloud, a private cloud or a private cloud to increase the range of the knowledge base; after the identity problem of the campus user is solved, the campus user point-to-point service can be provided, and meanwhile personalized service can also be provided.

The cloud identity identification method and the cloud identity identification system fully utilize various network environments in real life, fully utilize OpenID of the WeChat platform to determine a cloud identity for a campus user through Auth2.0 authentication, and simultaneously utilize the micro service platform to call API to realize that the resources of the mixed cloud, the public cloud and the private cloud are mutually communicated to form a response of resource integration.
