Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
The existing history playback is to switch the data source of the OPS (i.e. Operator Service System, operator station) to a history library, set a specified history time range, and play back the data in a certain page in the specified history time period according to the history change. There is a problem that playback data is not comprehensive at present. For this reason, the present application provides a data replay scheme capable of comprehensively playing back historical data
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application discloses a data replay method, which is applied to an operator station OPS of a DCS (Distributed Control System) distributed control system, and includes:
step S11: the target point item value is added to the history store.
In a specific embodiment, the present embodiment may set the target point item value as a default value, and add the set target point item value to the history repository, and/or modify the attribute of the target point item corresponding to the target point item value to enter the history repository, so as to add the target point item value to the history repository.
Specifically, the data information in the OPS running display page refers to values of different items corresponding to various different types of points in the database, when the data is played back, the different item values of the different points are read from the history database, if the attribute of one item of one type of point is not recorded in the history database, the item information of the point does not exist in the history database, and the item value of the point cannot be played back when the data is played back. However, some "dynamic characteristics" in the OPS running display page need to use item information of points which are not in the history base during data playback, for example, "filling characteristics" in "dynamic characteristics", taking an example of configuring one AM type point, calculating filling information in filling characteristics needs to use a ratio of the value of an AV item of the current AM type point to the upper and lower limits of the measuring range of the point, that is, MU and MD items of the point, so as to calculate the filling information. The AV item of the point can read the value in the history base during playback, but the MU and MD item of the point are not in the history base, so that the MU and MD item of the point cannot be read during data playback, and the calculation of the filling information cannot be completed. Aiming at the characteristics, the invention adopts default values and modified class structure files to increase the point item values required during playback to the historic base for the point item values which cannot be read in the historic base so as to improve the data integrity during data playback. Since the upper and lower limits of the range of the point are typically relatively fixed values, default values of 0-100 may be used. But for point items that have no fixed values, the class structure file needs to be modified. The modification class structure file refers to modifying the attribute of a certain type of point item into a history library, such as modifying the attribute of both the MU and the MD of the AM type into the history library, so that the values of the MU and the MD of the AM type point item can be recorded in the history library, and the value of the point item at the history moment can be correctly read during data playback.
It should be noted that many of the data in the field operating environment may be presented in the form of "dots" for computing. For example, the gas flow in a certain pipeline can be represented by an AM (analog intermediate point) type point, and the current gas flow in the pipeline can be represented by an AV (analog value) term of the point. The flow rate of the gas in the pipeline can only be in a range, the lowest value of the range is expressed by MD (lower range limit) term, and the highest value of the range is expressed by MU (upper range limit) term.
Step S12: and acquiring a data playback instruction and data playback configuration information sent by the user terminal through a data playback configuration interface.
Step S13: and controlling the data playback configuration interface to send the data playback configuration information to a current OPS operation display page through the data playback instruction, so that the OPS operation display page utilizes the data playback configuration information to configure data playback and switches a data source of the data playback configuration information into the history library to perform data playback.
In a specific embodiment, a user performs setting of data playback and issuing of a command through a data playback configuration interface databack.mgp related function button, and after receiving a user instruction and data playback configuration information, a data playback configuration page sends a data playback related message to a current OPS operation display page in a message distribution mode. When the OPS operation display Page receives the playback starting message, an interface Page_SetHistyryMode is called to switch the data source into a history library, and playback configuration is carried out by utilizing the interface and the acquired data playback configuration information.
Page_SetHistory Mode interface definition:
STDMETHODIMP CMACSDBCom Page_SetHistolyMode (BSTR docna-me, VARIANT_BOOL bHis, DATE dTime), the specific meaning of each parameter is shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002403234700000061
And, the embodiment stores the data playback configuration information into a preset global variable through a data playback configuration interface, so that when the OPS operation display page is switched, the switched OPS operation display page reads the data playback configuration information from the preset global variable, and then configures the data playback of the page by using the read data playback configuration information. The data playback configuration information may include information such as playback time, playback interval time, etc., for example, the data playback configuration information is stored in defined global variables:
Public g_lTime As Single
Public g_lNormal As Long
Public g_lDataBack_Sec As Single
Public g_strNowPlayTime As Single
in the playback process, when the user switches the OPS operation display page and opens the OPS operation display page, the newly opened page reads the defined global variable to set the data playback information of the page.
For example, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a specific data replay flow chart disclosed in the present application, where a user issues a data replay instruction and data replay configuration information through a data replay configuration interface datamgp, and notifies a currently opened OPS running display Page, that is, a currently opened base map Page, to perform a data replay operation, and the currently opened OPS running display Page calls a MACSDBCom interface page_sethistorymode, and switches a data source to obtain data from a history base. OPS may also be referred to as operator online.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a design diagram of a data playback configuration interface according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a specific OPS operation display page disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, that is, a base chart of an open OPS operation, where a client area in the figure may display a flow chart or a system page configured by a user, such as a trend, an alarm page, etc., and the page displayed in the client area is the OPS operation display page, that is, the base chart of the open OPS operation.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a timing chart of starting playback of data according to an embodiment of the present application. And sending a playback starting message to the OPS current playback base map Page, namely the OPS operation display Page, initializing playback state time variable information by the OPS current playback base map Page, calculating current playback time by using a periodic refreshing function period, calling an interface Page_SetHistyryMode to be set as a history mode, inputting the playback time, and calling an interface ReadFromHDB to read data from a history library.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a timing diagram of a pause in playback of data disclosed in the present application. The OPS data playback configuration interface databack.map sets the global variable g_lPause to 1, and the periodic refresh function pauses time calculation, so that the time parameter of the interface Page_SetHistory yMode is always unchanged for the pause time.
In addition, in this embodiment, when the data playback configuration interface obtains a data playback stop instruction sent by the user terminal, a data playback stop message is sent to an OPS running display page that is currently performing data playback, so that the OPS running display page switches a data source to a real-time library, so as to stop data playback.
For example, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a timing chart of stopping playback of data disclosed in the present application. And sending a playback stopping message to the OPS current playback base map Page, namely the OPS operation display Page, and calculating the pause time of the refreshing function, wherein the OPS current playback base map Page calls an interface Page_SetHistolyMode to be set in a real-time mode, and calls an interface ReadFromHDB to read data from a real-time library.
As can be seen, in the embodiment of the present application, the destination entry value is added to the history repository, the data playback instruction and the data playback configuration information sent by the user terminal are obtained through the data playback configuration interface, and then the data playback configuration interface is controlled by the data playback instruction to send the data playback configuration information to the current OPS operation display page, so that the OPS operation display page configures data playback by using the data playback configuration information and switches the data source thereof to the history repository, so as to perform data playback. In this way, the target point item value is added to the history base first, and when data is played back, the OPS operation display page switches the data source of the OPS operation display page to the history base, so that comprehensive history data can be obtained, and the history data is played back comprehensively.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application discloses a specific data replay method, which is applied to an operator station OPS of a distributed control system, including:
step S21: the target point item value is added to the history store.
Step S22: and acquiring a data playback instruction and data playback configuration information sent by the user terminal through a data playback configuration interface.
Step S23: and controlling the data playback configuration interface to send the data playback configuration information to a current OPS operation display page through the data playback instruction, so that the OPS operation display page utilizes the data playback configuration information to configure data playback and switches a data source of the data playback configuration information into the history library to perform data playback.
Step S24: and in the process of playing data on the current OPS running display page, acquiring playback speed adjustment information issued by the user terminal through the data playback configuration interface, and then sending the playback speed adjustment information to the current OPS running display page through the data playback configuration interface so that the current OPS running display page can adjust the data playback speed according to the playback speed adjustment information.
In a specific embodiment, fast forward, fast reverse, etc. may be performed on the data playback, and the adjustment of the data playback speed is performed by time setting, specifically by a playback interval time set at the time of playback, that is, the playback speed adjustment information includes the playback interval time. The playback interval time is set to the data source in real time by OPS operation display pages, and each page calculates the current playback time in real time in the period refreshing function MACGGRAPHOCUMENTONLINeTimer through the playback interval time set in the playback, and the calculation method comprises the following steps:
playback time = current playback time + playback interval time of playback setting, and the calculated playback time is set to the data source.
Referring to fig. 9a and 9b, fig. 9a and 9b are schematic diagrams of implementation functions of a playback speed setting according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a timing chart of adjusting playback speed of data playback according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. And sending playback speed adjustment information, namely playback interval time, to an OPS current playback base map Page, namely an OPS operation display Page, calculating the playback time by adding the current playback time to the newly set playback interval time through a period refreshing function period, then calling an interface Page_SetHistyryMode to transfer the calculated playback time, and calling an interface ReadFromHDB to read data from a history library.
It should be noted that the existing historical playback speed can only be set before playback is started, fast forward and fast backward of playback cannot be performed in the playback process, if the user wants to adjust the playback speed, the current playback must be ended, and playback is restarted after the playback speed is redesigned, so that the operation is very inconvenient, and the playback is required to be reset every time. According to the embodiment, the playback speed can be freely adjusted in the playback process, the current playback speed is changed in real time, and a user can conveniently, simply and rapidly observe needed historical data.
Step S25, judging whether the current OPS operation display page is in data playback or not when the write operation instruction is acquired; and if the current OPS running display page is in data playback, the corresponding writing operation is forbidden.
That is, in the process of data playback, only historical data can be checked, playback data cannot be modified, interaction characteristics related to writing operation are shielded and not executed during playback, judgment of whether data playback is being performed is added at an implementation function entrance of the interaction characteristics, if data playback is being performed, the implementation function of the interaction characteristics is returned directly, and subsequent operation is not executed.
Referring to fig. 11, an embodiment of the present application discloses a schematic implementation diagram of a data replay inhibition function.
It should be noted that, the existing data playback is only for the playback of the data information, and the operation of the historical time period cannot be played back, so that all interaction characteristics cannot be operated during the historical playback, and therefore the interaction characteristics of the 'switching base map' cannot be executed, and the switching of the page cannot be realized through the 'switching base map' characteristics during the playback. The base map can be switched and opened only through the main page menu, so that the use is inconvenient. In this embodiment, only the interaction characteristic related to the writing operation may be disabled, but the interaction characteristic related to the switching page is not disabled, so that the user can switch pages freely during data playback. In this way, in the base map picture of the client area, the user can realize the switching display of different base maps through the configuration interaction characteristic of 'switching base map'. For example, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a specific page switching disclosed in this embodiment, in fig. 12, one of the buttons on the left side of the base map is "numerical display symbol", and a "switch base map" feature is set on the button, so that when the button is clicked, the currently displayed base map page can be switched to a new base map screen "numerical display symbol" screen.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of a response function implementation of an OPS running display page according to an embodiment of the present application, where the response function implementation is that an OPS running display page receives a related playback message sent by a data playback configuration interface.

The target point item value adding module is specifically configured to set the target point item value as a default value, and add the set target point item value to the history base, or modify an attribute of a target point item corresponding to the target point item value to enter the history base, so as to add the target point item value to the history base.
And the data replay device further comprises a configuration information storage module, which is used for storing the data replay configuration information into a preset global variable through a data replay configuration interface, so that when an OPS operation display page is switched, the switched OPS operation display page reads the data replay configuration information from the preset global variable, and then the read data replay configuration information is utilized to configure the data replay of the page.
In addition, the data replay device further comprises a playback speed adjusting module, which is used for acquiring playback speed adjusting information issued by the user terminal through the data playback configuration interface in the process of playing data on the current OPS operation display page, and then sending the playback speed adjusting information to the current OPS operation display page through the data playback configuration interface, so that the current OPS operation display page can adjust the data playback speed according to the playback speed adjusting information.
