A test harness for a power transformer includes a harness body (1); the method is characterized in that: one end of the wire harness body (1) is movably and flexibly connected with a connecting chuck (2), and the other end of the wire harness body (1) is connected with a plug connector (3); one part of the wire harness body (1) is spirally wound in a spiral groove formed in the fixed wire harness tube (4), and the middle position of the wire harness body (1) is fixed on the fixed wire harness tube (4); the fixed wire harness tube (4) is made of insulating light fiber materials; a clamping wire harness pipe (5) is sleeved and clamped outside the fixed wire harness pipe (4), a spiral groove is formed in the clamping wire harness pipe (5), and the other wire harness body (1) is spirally wound on the clamping wire harness pipe (5); the connecting clamp (2) is inserted into one end of the fixed wire harness tube (4), and the connecting clamp (2) is positioned at the clamping part of the clamping wire harness tube (5); the plug connector (3) is clamped and installed at the other end of the fixed wire harness through the cavity rubber ring (6).

A test harness for a power transformer according to claim 1, characterised in that: an insulating rubber internal thread sleeve (7) is arranged at the end part of the wire harness body (1), and a soft metal conductive column (8) is arranged in the insulating rubber internal thread sleeve (7); the soft metal conductive column (8) is connected with an electric wire inside the wire harness body (1); a rubber soft threaded sleeve (9) is arranged at the end part of the handle of the connecting chuck (2), and a plug hole (91) is formed in the rubber soft threaded sleeve (9); the plug hole (91) is matched with the soft metal conductive column (8) in a plug way.

A test harness for a power transformer according to claim 2, characterised in that: the upper clamping block and the lower clamping block of the connecting chuck (2) are directly provided with an elastic metal layer (10), and a wrapping convex ball is arranged on the inner wall of the elastic metal layer (10).

A test harness for a power transformer according to claim 1, characterised in that: a guide groove (51) is formed in the outer circular surface of the clamping wire harness pipe (5), and a clamping groove (52) is formed in the end portion of the clamping wire harness pipe (5); the clamping groove (52) is positioned at the clamping connection part of the clamping wire harness pipe (5) and the fixed wire harness pipe (4).

A test harness for a power transformer according to claim 4, characterised in that: a rubber U-shaped mounting block (11) is mounted at the end part of the fixed wire harness pipe (4), a clamping opening of the rubber U-shaped mounting block (11) is obliquely and inwards arranged, and a wire harness body (1) is clamped and mounted in a clamping groove (52) of the rubber U-shaped mounting block (11); the U-shaped clamping block (12) is arranged on the inner wall of the end part of the clamping binding pipe (5), and the U-shaped clamping block (12) is extruded and sleeved on the outer wall of the rubber U-shaped mounting block (11).

A test harness for a power transformer according to claim 5, characterised in that: an expansion cavity (111) is formed in the rubber U-shaped mounting block (11), and the expansion cavity (111) is communicated with the cavity rubber ring (6) through an air duct (13); the inner wall of the rubber U-shaped mounting block (11) is provided with a corrugated protruding layer.
