As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device comprises a supporting base 1, an installation box 2 and a supporting rod 9, wherein as shown in fig. 4, a cylindrical pit 5 for placing the supporting base 1 is dug on a foundation 4, as shown in fig. 3, the supporting base 1 is placed in the cylindrical pit 5, as shown in fig. 2, the upper side of the outer edge end of the supporting base 1 is fixed by concrete 3, the lower end of the supporting rod 9 is installed on the supporting base 1, as shown in fig. 5, the installation box 2 for installing electronic equipment is installed at the upper end of the supporting rod 9, and a plurality of circles of signal transmission lines for buffering are wound in the installation box 2; as shown in fig. 6, an annular sliding groove 47 is formed in the support base 1, the trigger ring 16 is slidably mounted in the annular sliding groove 47, a sliding gap is formed between the outer annular surface of the trigger ring 16 and the inner groove surface of the annular sliding groove 47, and eight second plate springs 17 are uniformly distributed between the trigger ring 16 and the annular sliding groove 47 in the circumferential direction; a universal joint 25 is arranged on the inner annular surface of the trigger ring 16, and the support rod 9 is arranged on the trigger ring 16 through the universal joint 25; a limiting mechanism 48 for limiting the mutual movement of the supporting rod 9 and the universal joint inner ring 29 is arranged between the lower side of the supporting rod 9 and the universal joint inner ring 29; the supporting base 1 is provided with a limiting circular plate which is positioned at the lower side of the universal joint 25 and plays a role in adjusting the swinging of the universal joint 25 and the limiting mechanism 48, and the supporting base 1 is provided with a triggering mechanism 49 for triggering the limiting circular plate to move downwards; in a normal state, the universal joint 25 is limited by a limiting circular plate to swing, the limiting circular plate limits the movement of the limiting mechanism relative to the inner ring of the universal joint, and the supporting rod 9 is vertically arranged; the supporting rod drives the trigger ring 16 to horizontally move under the action of impact force, the limit of downward movement of the limit circular plate 10 is relieved through adjusting the trigger mechanism 49, meanwhile, the trigger mechanism 49 drives the limit circular plate to move away from the universal joint 25 and the limit mechanism 48, then the supporting rod 9 is separated from the inner ring 29 of the universal joint under the action of the impact force, and meanwhile, the universal joint 25 swings along with the supporting rod 9 so that the supporting rod 9 can be smoothly separated from the base.
As shown in fig. 7, the supporting base 1 includes a fixing ring 6, a mounting cylinder 7, a limiting circular plate 10, a triggering mechanism 49, a limiting mechanism 48, a universal joint 25, a triggering circular ring 16, a first plate spring 15, a second plate spring 17, a first mounting groove 18, a gear ring groove 19, a first guide groove 20, a second mounting groove 21, a second guide groove 22, a third mounting groove 23, a sixth guide groove 45, a relief hole 46, and an annular sliding groove 47, wherein as shown in fig. 9, the inner side of the mounting cylinder 7 is provided with a cylindrical third mounting groove 23, the upper side of the third mounting groove 23 is provided with a circular relief hole 46 communicated with the outside, as shown in fig. 10, the inner circular surface of the upper end of the third mounting groove 23 is provided with the annular sliding groove 47, the inner circular surface of the third mounting groove 23 is provided with eight second guide grooves 22 uniformly in the circumferential direction, one end of the eight second guide grooves 22 close to the outer edge surface of the mounting cylinder 7 is provided with the first guide groove 20 communicated with, one end of each of the eight first guide grooves 20 close to the outer edge surface of the mounting cylinder 7 is provided with a second mounting groove 21, the side surfaces of the eight second guide grooves 22 in the same direction are provided with a first mounting groove 18, as shown in fig. 11, the inner side of the mounting cylinder 7 is provided with a toothed ring groove 19, the toothed ring groove 19 is communicated with the eight first mounting grooves 18, the inner circular surface of the lower end of the third mounting groove 23 is circumferentially and uniformly provided with eight sixth guide grooves 45, the eight sixth guide grooves 45 are communicated with the corresponding eight first guide grooves 20, as shown in fig. 5, the outer circular surface of the lower end of the mounting cylinder 7 is provided with a fixing ring 6; the mounting column 7 is arranged in a cylindrical pit 5 dug on the foundation 4; concrete 3 is added on the upper side of the fixing ring 6, and the mounting cylinder 7 is fixed with the foundation 4 through the concrete 3; as shown in fig. 7, the trigger mechanism 49 is mounted inside the mounting cylinder 7 through the first mounting groove 18, the toothed ring groove 19, the first guide groove 20, the second mounting groove 21, the second guide groove 22, the third mounting groove 23, and the sixth guide groove 45 opened on the mounting cylinder 7; as shown in fig. 8 and 18, the limiting circular plate 10 is installed on the upper side of the trigger mechanism 49 and is located in the third installation groove 23 opened on the installation column 7, and the limiting circular plate 10 is matched with the trigger mechanism 49; as shown in fig. 8, eight first plate springs 15 are circumferentially and uniformly mounted between the lower side surface of the limiting circular plate 10 and the lower end surface of the third mounting groove 23 formed in the mounting cylinder 7; as shown in fig. 7, the trigger ring 16 is mounted inside the mounting cylinder 7 through an annular slide groove 47 formed in the mounting cylinder 7, and the trigger ring 16 is engaged with a trigger mechanism 49; as shown in fig. 8, eight second plate springs 17 are uniformly arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the trigger ring 16 and the inner circumferential surface of the annular sliding groove 47 formed on the mounting cylinder 7 in the circumferential direction; as shown in fig. 12, the universal joint 25 is mounted inside the trigger ring 16; the inner gimbal ring 29 has an annular groove 31 thereon; the supporting rod 9 is installed on the universal joint 25, a limiting mechanism 48 is installed between the supporting rod 9 and the universal joint 25, and the limiting mechanism 48 is matched with the third guide groove 32, the fourth guide groove 33 and the fifth guide groove 34 which are formed in the supporting rod 9.
As shown in fig. 19, the triggering mechanism 49 includes a toothed ring 14, a first gear 26, a triggering rod 11, a gear shaft 40, a driving rod 43, a telescopic rod 13, and a return spring 24, wherein the triggering rod 11 is composed of a guiding plate 41 and a driving block 42, the driving block 42 is vertically fixed at one end of the guiding plate 41, and one side of the guiding plate 41 has teeth; as shown in fig. 12, eight trigger rods 11 are respectively mounted on the mounting cylinder 7 through the corresponding guide plates 41 in cooperation with the eight second guide slots 22 formed in the mounting cylinder 7, and the driving blocks 42 of the eight trigger rods 11 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the eight first guide slots 20 formed in the mounting cylinder 7; one ends of the eight guide plates 41, which are not provided with the driving blocks 42, are matched with the limiting circular plate 10; eight driving blocks 42 are in contact fit with the trigger ring 16; one end of each of the eight driving blocks 42, which is opposite to the guide plate 41, is provided with a telescopic rod 13, one end of each telescopic rod 13 is fixedly arranged on the corresponding driving block 42, and the other end of each telescopic rod 13 is fixedly arranged on the end surface of each of the eight second mounting grooves 21 formed in the mounting cylinder 7; the outer circular surfaces of the eight telescopic rods 13 are respectively provided with a return spring 24; eight gear shafts 40 are respectively arranged in eight first installation grooves 18 formed in the installation cylinder 7, eight first gears 26 are respectively arranged on the eight gear shafts 40, and the eight first gears 26 are respectively correspondingly meshed with teeth on eight guide plates 41; the toothed ring 14 is mounted in a toothed ring groove 19 formed in the mounting cylinder 7, and the toothed ring 14 is meshed with eight first gears 26; as shown in fig. 20, the driving rod 43 is composed of a trigger triangle block 38, a connecting plate 39 and a fixing rod 44, the trigger triangle block 38 and the fixing rod 44 are respectively installed at both ends of the connecting plate 39; as shown in fig. 12, eight driving rods 43 are respectively and uniformly circumferentially mounted on the lower side of the limiting circular plate 10 through corresponding fixing rods 44, eight connecting plates 39 are respectively matched with eight sixth guide grooves 45 formed on the mounting cylinder 7, and the inclined surface of the trigger triangular block 38 is matched with the trigger rod 11; the eight driving rods 43 can slide only up and down by the corresponding sixth guide grooves 45.
As shown in fig. 17, the limiting mechanism includes a trigger post 8, a latch 30, a guiding square plate 35, a trigger spring 36, and a driving spring 37, wherein as shown in fig. 16, the lower end of the support rod 9 is provided with a third guide groove 32, three fifth guide grooves 34 are uniformly formed on the inner circumferential surface of the third guide groove 32, and the upper sides of the three fifth guide grooves 34 are respectively provided with a fourth guide groove 33; the lower end of the trigger column 8 is provided with a conical surface, the trigger column 8 is arranged on the support rod 9 through the matching with a third guide groove 32 formed in the support rod 9, a driving spring 37 is arranged between the upper end of the trigger column 8 and the third guide groove 32, and the lower end of the trigger column 8 is in contact matching with a limiting circular plate; the lower side of one end of the fixture block 30 is provided with an inclined plane, and the inclined plane has the function of ensuring that the three fixture blocks cannot interfere with the trigger column in the upward recovery process of the trigger column; a guide square plate 35 is installed on the upper side of the other end of the fixture block 30, as shown in fig. 14, the three fixture blocks 30 are installed on the support rod 9 through the cooperation of the corresponding guide square plate 35 and the three fourth guide grooves 33 formed on the support rod 9, and a trigger spring 36 is installed between the end surfaces of the three guide square plates 35 and the corresponding fourth guide grooves 33; one end of each fixture block 30 with the inclined plane is in contact fit with the support rod 9; the other ends of the three blocks 30 are engaged with an annular groove 31 formed in the inner gimbal ring 29.
Under the normal state, one end of each of the three locking blocks 30 is located in the annular groove 31 formed in the inner ring 29 of the universal joint, the lower end of the trigger post 8 is in close contact with the upper end surface of the limiting circular plate 10, the tips of the eight trigger triangular blocks 38 respectively penetrate through the corresponding sixth guide grooves 45 to be located in the corresponding first guide grooves 20, and the ends of the eight guide plates 41, on which the driving blocks 42 are not installed, are located on the lower side of the limiting circular plate 10.
The drive spring 37 is a compression spring; the trigger spring 36 is an extension spring; the return spring 24 is a compression spring.
The two ends of the telescopic rod 13 are fixedly mounted on the corresponding driving block 42 and the second mounting groove 21 respectively in a welding manner.
The two universal joint rotating shafts 27 arranged on the universal joint outer ring 28 are arranged on the triggering circular ring 16 through bearings; two joint shafts 27 mounted on a joint inner ring 29 are mounted on a joint outer ring 28 by bearings.
The eight second plate springs 17 are alternatively eight compression springs; an alternative to eight first leaf springs 15 is eight compression springs.
The first gear 26 is mounted on the gear shaft 40 through a bearing.
As shown in fig. 15, the universal joint 25 includes a universal joint rotating shaft 27, a universal joint outer ring 28, a universal joint inner ring 29, and an annular groove 31, wherein two universal joint rotating shafts 27 are uniformly installed on the outer circumferential surface of the universal joint outer ring 28 in the circumferential direction, the universal joint outer ring 28 is installed inside the trigger ring 16 through the two universal joint rotating shafts 27, and the two universal joint rotating shafts 27 are in running fit with the trigger ring 16; an annular groove 31 is formed in the inner circular surface of the universal joint inner ring 29, two universal joint rotating shafts 27 are uniformly arranged on the outer circular surface of the universal joint inner ring 29 in the circumferential direction, the universal joint inner ring 29 is arranged on the inner side of the universal joint outer ring 28 through the two universal joint rotating shafts 27, and the two universal joint rotating shafts 27 are in rotating fit with the universal joint outer ring 28; the axes of the two rotating shafts arranged on the inner universal joint ring 29 and the axes of the two rotating shafts arranged on the outer universal joint ring 28 are on the same plane and are vertical to each other; as shown in fig. 13, the lower end of the support rod 9 is nested inside the gimbal inner ring 29.
An elastic baffle plate 12 is arranged between the avoidance hole 46 on the mounting column 7 and the support rod 9.

the beneficial effects of the design of the invention are as follows: in a normal state, the mounting box 2 ensures that the support rod 9 and the mounting box 2 can keep a stable state without being impacted by the trigger mechanism 49, the limiting circular plate, the universal joint 25 and the limiting mechanism 48, and the mounting box 2 is not different from the common mounting box 2, but when the mounting box 2 is impacted by the impact, the common mounting box 2 can be damaged by the impact, and a signal transmission line in the mounting box 2 is broken; when the installation box 2 designed by the invention is impacted, the installation box 2 and the support rod 9 can horizontally move in the impacting direction; the supporting rod 9 drives the triggering circular ring 16 to move horizontally under the action of impact force, and then the limiting circular plate moves downwards through the triggering mechanism 49 and is far away from the universal joint 25 and the limiting mechanism 48, so that the supporting rod 9 is separated from the inner ring 29 of the universal joint under the action of the impact force, the mounting box 2 is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the mounting box 2 directly bears large impact force, the mounting box 2 is protected, and meanwhile, the mounting box 2 can be prevented from moving all the time under the drive of an impact object to break a signal transmission line in the mounting box 2; and meanwhile, the universal joint 25 swings along with the supporting rod 9, so that the supporting rod 9 is smoothly separated from the base.
In the invention, under a normal state, one ends of eight trigger rods 11 are positioned at the lower side of the limiting circular plate to support and limit the limiting circular plate; the trigger ring 16 is positioned in the middle of the upper side of the limiting circular plate, and the mounting cylinder 7 plays a role in fixing the trigger ring 16 through the annular sliding groove 47; the universal joint 25 is positioned at the inner side of the trigger ring 16 and at the upper side of the limiting circular plate, the universal joint 25 is limited by the limiting circular plate to swing, and a limiting mechanism 48 arranged between the universal joint 25 and the support rod 9 is limited by the limiting circular plate to move with the inner ring 29 of the universal joint; the supporting rod 9 and the inner gimbal ring 29 cannot be separated under the action of the limiting mechanism 48; for the limiting mechanism 48, the lower end of the trigger column 8 is tightly contacted with the upper end of a limiting circular plate, and the limiting circular plate has a limiting effect on the trigger column 8 and prevents the trigger column 8 from moving downwards under the action of the pressure of the driving spring 37; one end of each of the three blocks 30 contacts with the trigger post 8, the corresponding trigger spring 36 keeps the blocks 30 tightly attached to the trigger post 8, the other end of each of the three blocks 30 is located in the annular groove 31 formed in the inner ring 29 of the universal joint, and the inner ring 29 of the universal joint and the support rod 9 are in a static state in the vertical direction through the three blocks 30.
