Abstract
本发明涉及一种高渗非均质砂岩储层转向酸化方法,该方法通过依次向地层中注入预处理液A、转向剂B、解堵液C、向井筒中注入顶替液D,再关井30‑150min后开井生产,其根据重量百分比,预处理液A由3‑15%无机解堵剂、0.5‑2%缓蚀剂、0.5‑2%离子稳定剂及0.5‑2%互溶剂组成;转向剂B由0.05‑0.1%阳离子聚合物、0.05‑5%桥接剂、0.05‑1%pH调节剂及0.05‑0.5%缓蚀剂组成;解堵液C由5‑20%硅质处理剂、0.5‑2%缓蚀剂、0.5‑2%离子稳定剂及0.5‑2%互溶剂组成;顶替液D为清水或1‑3%氯化铵溶液。该方法原理可靠,操作简便,可以提高酸液在储层均匀布酸效果、对高渗层实现有效体系封堵以及施工后自动解除,实现低成本、低伤害、非均质砂岩储层的有效基质酸化,同时施工完成后无需反排,简化了生产流程。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油开采工程增产改造中的高渗非均质砂岩储层解堵技术,特别 是涉及高渗非均质砂岩储层转向酸化解堵方法,属于采油增产改造的技术领域。
背景技术
随着世界经济的飞速增长,世界对与石化能源的需求量与日俱增,目前全世 界90%的运输能量需要依靠石油获取。石油是最重要的运输驱动能源,因为其能 量密度高、运输方便。除此,石油还是许多化工产品的原料,因而是目前全球最 重要的商品之一。
由于缺乏保护和人类过分开采,全球石油资源储量已越来越少,因此随着世 界能源供应日趋紧张,开发新的油田、或者提高现有油藏的原油采收率,一直以 来都是石油开发的技术焦点。油气储层的均质性是相对的,非均质性是绝对的。 而储层的非均质是制约采收率的关键因素,油气开采过程中低渗区域的油气难以 被开采、注水过程中水难以进入低渗区域等等。
酸化是目前应用最多、且最常规的增产、增注改造措施,目标是采取一定的 技术手段将酸液注入地层提高储层近井地带的渗透率。由于储层的非均质,如果 采用常规酸化工艺对储层进行酸化改造时,酸液会在高渗层大孔道及裂缝中形成 “指进”现象,无法使低渗层段及小孔道得到有效改造。同时会加重储层的非均 质性,导致酸化失败。因此为了提高酸化效果,一直以来暂堵转向技术都是酸化 改造措施的技术焦点。
目前用于常规酸化的暂堵转向技术主要有两种:机械转向和化学剂转向。机 械转向主要是采用封隔器工具对层间或者射孔段间距较大的井进行选择性分流 酸化,使大部分存在纵向非均质性的储层得到有效改善,但同时存在很大局限, 一方面常规酸化过程中由于地层非均质性较强容易引起酸液在高渗层大孔道及 裂缝中“指进”,难以实现层内、缝内转向,另一方面对于层间或射孔段间距离 较小的井无法采用工具封隔酸化,第三方面起下封隔器工艺繁琐施工成本高。化 学转向相比机械转向施工简便、同时具有广泛的适应性,可有效实现层内、缝内 转向而被广泛应用。
化学转向技术是将转向剂配制成流体或者悬浮分散液注入地层,进入地层后 对已注入储层实现有效封堵,转向剂通常是单独注入或者随酸液一起注入。目前 用于化学转向的材料主要有三大类,一是固相颗粒型转向分流剂进行转向酸化, 主要包括苯甲酸及其衍生物和酚醛树脂及其衍生物,这两类化学材料的优点主要 是施工后可溶于水或油实现自行解除,但在施工中也存在局限,固相颗粒一进入 井筒就容易在井壁形成固相饼状而不能进入高渗孔达到理想的暂堵转向效果,同 时固相颗粒在注入以及返排过程中容易引起设备及电潜泵的损伤。二是采用纤维 丝转向剂进行转向酸化,主要包括聚乙烯纤维丝、尼龙纤维丝和纤维素纤维丝等, 这类化学剂一般不单独使用,主要通过分散在聚合物溶液中对碳酸盐岩储层大的 裂缝和溶洞进行封堵。三是采用增粘型转向分流剂进行转向酸化,主要包括聚合 物增粘剂和粘弹性表面活性剂,因其注入方便,这类暂堵转向材料是目前用于转 向酸化的主流材料,但在应用中也暴露出一些不足之处,聚合物残留严重,为了 避免聚合物带来的伤害,相关科研工作者发明了粘弹性表面活性剂转向剂,粘弹 性表面活性剂相对于聚合物具有低伤害、清洁的作用,但同时也有其自身的不足 之处,小分子的表面活性剂需要高浓度的加量而导致高成本的作业,同时小分子 构架的胶束结构封堵能力较高分子网络结构差。
为了解决油田现有针对非均质砂岩储层所采用的转向酸化技术不足,改善非 均质砂岩储层酸化效果差的问题,研究低成本、高封堵、清洁的转向酸化新技术, 已是当务之急。为了有效、低成本、低伤害地实现非均质砂岩储层转向酸化技术, 本发明提出了一种转向酸化方法,该方法向地层注入容易,封堵能力强,是一种 低伤害、低成本、环保的转向酸化措施。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种转向酸化方法,该方法原理可靠,操作简便,可 以提高酸液在储层均匀布酸效果、对高渗层实现有效体系封堵以及施工后自动解 除,实现低成本、低伤害、非均质砂岩储层的有效基质酸化,克服了现有技术的 缺陷和不足。
为达到以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种转向酸化方法,依次包括以下步骤:
1)向地层注入预处理液A剂,目的有助于转向剂能有效注入高渗透层。预 处理液用量为1-10m3每米井段(处理层段),所述预处理液A剂由以下组分按重 量百分比组成:3-15%无机解堵剂+0.5-2%缓蚀剂+0.5-2%离子稳定剂+0.5-2%互溶 剂,其余为水;
2)向地层注入转向剂B剂,目的在高渗层形成有效暂堵。使后续解堵液均 匀分布于各层位,或使解堵液大量有效作用于低渗储层。B剂用量为设计解堵半 径用量体积的1-2倍,所述转向剂B剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:0.05-0.1% 阳离子聚合物+0.05-5%桥接剂+0.05-1%pH调节剂+0.05-0.5%缓蚀剂,其余为水;
3)向地层注入解堵液C剂,C剂用量为设计解堵半径用量体积的2-3倍,所 述解堵剂C剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:5-20%硅质处理剂+0.5-2%缓蚀剂 +0.5-2%离子稳定剂+0.5-2%互溶剂,其余为水;
4)向井筒注入顶替液D剂,将井筒中的解堵液C剂顶入储层深部,所述顶 替液D剂为清水或1-3wt%NH4Cl溶液,顶替液用量为1.5-3倍油管体积;
5)关井30-150min后,开井生产。
本发明中,重复2)和3),即交替注入B剂、C剂,B剂、C剂单次交替注 入量为设计解堵半径用量体积的0.2-1倍,交替次数以设计量全部注入完为止。
所述无机解堵剂主要是溶解近井附近的钙、镁、铁等无机垢,用以保护C剂, 降低C剂作用时产生的二次、三次伤害。优选为HCl、醋酸、甲酸、乙二酸、氯 化铵、甲醛、羟基乙叉二膦酸HEDP的一种或多种。
所述缓蚀剂是为了减少注入过程中化学剂对油套管的腐蚀伤害。优选为硫醇、 聚乙二醇醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二乙烯三胺、六亚甲基四胺、 丁炔乙醇、丁炔二醇、油酸咪唑啉、4-甲基吡啶、4-乙烯基吡啶的一种或多种。
所述离子稳定剂是为了防止金属离子在解堵过程中、以及后续生产中形成金 属沉淀而产生二次或三次伤害。优选为乙二胺四乙酸二钠EDTA、谷氨酸二乙酸 四钠GLDA、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸HEDP、羟乙基乙二胺三乙 酸(HEDTA)、氨基三甲叉膦酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸氨、二 羟乙基甘氨酸(DEG)、氨基三乙酸(NTA)、柠檬酸、柠檬酸铵、柠檬酸钠、水杨羟 肟酸、羟基乙酸、酒石酸(TA)、酒石酸钠、葡萄糖酸(GA)、葡萄糖酸钠、三聚磷 酸钠、磷酸三钠、六偏磷酸钠、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙 烯酸、水解聚马来酸酐、富马酸的一种或多种。
所述互溶剂是为了协助解堵过程中解堵液能有效接触被溶解、分散物,提高 解堵作业效果。优选为水杨酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、对甲苯磺酸甲酯、戊醚、 乙二醇单丁醚、丙酮、环己酮、氮酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、 聚乙二醇、丙三醇的一种或多种。
所述阳离子聚合物主要用于维护体系的稳定性,构架转向剂的基础网络。优 选为阳离子胍胶、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子纤维素、阳离子淀粉的一种或多种。
所述桥接剂是形成转向剂凝胶的主要结构,具有清洁、低成本的特点,与阳 离子聚合物自组装形成响应超分子凝胶。优选为聚丙二酸、聚乙二酸、己二酸、 丙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸 钠、十六烷基磺酸钠、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸、油酸的一 种或多种。其中聚丙二酸由聚丙二醇制备,将聚丙二醇、NaOH、氯乙酸钠按一 定比例加入烧瓶中(聚丙二醇:氯乙酸钠:NaOH(摩尔比)=1:2:2),在70℃、 微负压、搅拌下反应5小时制得。
所述pH调节剂是用于调节阳离子聚合物和阴离子表面活性剂构架网络的响 应作用。优选为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、碳酸氢钠、醋酸钠的一种或多 种。
所述硅质处理剂是用提高低渗层渗透率的有效解堵剂。优选为HCl、醋酸、 甲酸、乙二酸、氯化铵、甲醛、羟基乙叉二膦酸HEDP、柠檬酸、氟化氢、氟硼 酸、氟化铵、氟硼酸胺、氟化氢胺的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
转向措施是提高酸化效果的有效支撑,关于这方面研究与发明也一直未间断, 但现有的技术措施在应用中有着各自的局限。与机械转向技术比较,本发明操作 简便,且可以实现层间非均质的分流转向酸化;与固相离子转向技术比较,本发 明提供的技术更方便注入;与常规高分子聚合物相比较,本发明提供的转向技术 对储层伤害极低,没有金属交联造成的残渣伤害;与粘弹性表面活性剂转向技术 相比较,该转向体系极大的降低了化学剂的用量,而降低了转向体系的成本。同 时该转向体系是通过低浓度高分子与小分子桥接剂自组装形成的凝胶体系,二者 之间的协同作用使凝胶的稳定性优于粘弹性表面活性剂凝胶体系。总体而言该技 术相比现有常规化学转向技术具有低成本、低伤害的优点,同时施工完成后不用 返排、直接进行生产、简化了生产流程。
具体实施方式
下面根据实例进一步说明本发明,以便于本技术领域的技术人员理解本发 明。但应该清楚,本发明不限于具体实施方式的范围,对本技术领域的普通技术 人员来讲,只要各种变化在所附的权利要求限定和确定的本发明的精神和范围 内,均在保护之列。
备注:所有实施例中所配制作业试剂密度接近1,在工程操作中为了便于操 作,试剂密度按1计算。
实施例1:
以P油田M-1井工程改造为实施对象,实施转向酸化工艺措施进行改造。 M-1井为一口油井,改造井段为1218-1296米,地层孔隙度为5.1%-39%,平均 孔隙度为28%,地层渗透率为119-2300md,该储层为强非均质储层,设计解堵 半径为2米,解堵半径体积容量为274.3m3。油管内径62mm,油管内体积是3.94m3。 储层改造前先配置施工所需作业液体,预处理液A1剂,转向剂B1剂,解堵液 C1剂,顶替液D1剂。
A1剂:3%HCl+9%醋酸+3%HEDP+0.3%硫醇+0.6%油酸咪唑啉+0.1%丁炔乙 醇+0.5%EDTA+0.5%GLDA+0.5%柠檬酸+1%乙二醇单丁醚,其余为水。
每100g剂:
35%HCl加入8.6g,9g醋酸,3g HEDP,0.3g硫醇,0.6g油酸咪唑啉,0.1g 丁炔乙醇,0.5g EDTA,0.5g GLDA,0.5g柠檬酸,1g乙二醇单丁醚,75.9g水。
B1剂:0.05%阳离子胍胶+2%聚丙二酸+2%月桂酸+0.3%氢氧化钠+0.3%碳酸氢钠+0.1%硫醇+0.1%油酸咪唑啉,其余为水。
每100g剂:
0.05g阳离子胍胶,2g聚丙二酸,2g月桂酸,0.3g氢氧化钠,0.3g碳酸氢 钠,0.1g硫醇,0.1g油酸咪唑啉,95.2g水。
C1剂:3%HCl+6%醋酸+3%HEDP+3%氟化铵+0.3%硫醇+0.6%油酸咪唑啉 +0.1%丁炔乙醇+0.5%EDTA+0.5%GLDA+0.5%柠檬酸+1%乙二醇单丁醚,其余为 水。
每100g剂:
35%HCl加入8.6g,6g醋酸,3g HEDP,3g氟化铵,0.3g硫醇,0.6g油酸咪 唑啉,0.1g丁炔乙醇,0.5g EDTA,0.5g GLDA,0.5g柠檬酸,1g乙二醇单丁醚, 75.9g水。
D1剂:1.5%NH4Cl,其余为水。
每100g剂:1.5g NH4Cl,98.5g水。
施工作业程序
步骤一:向地层注入预处理液A1剂,A1剂用量为3m3每米井段,A1剂用 量总量为234m3,A1用量约为234000Kg。
步骤二、三:向地层注入转向剂B1剂、解堵液C1剂。B1剂注入量为设计 解堵半径用量的1.2倍,B1剂用量为329.16m3,质量约为329160Kg。C1剂注入 量为设计解堵半径用量的2.4倍,C1剂用量为658.32m3,质量约为658320Kg。 B1剂、C1剂单次交替注入量分别为设计解堵半径用量体积的0.4、0.8倍。施工 过程即为B1剂109720Kg-C1剂219440Kg-B1剂109720Kg-C1剂219440Kg-B1 剂109720Kg-C1剂219440Kg。
步骤四:注入顶替液2倍油管体积D1剂,D1总量约为7880Kg。
步骤五:关井100min后,开井生产。
M-1井施工前日产液26m3,含水89%。改造后日产液98m3,含水76%。在 施工作业过程中,注入转向剂前后注入排量12m3/min,油压升高16MPa。最后 一段顶替液注入排量12m3/min,油压升高值为5.1MPa。通过实施例1的现场施 工验证说明本发明所提供的转向酸化方法在石油开采工程作业中有显著效果。
实施例2:
以P油田M-2井工程改造为实施对象,实施转向酸化工艺措施进行改造。M-2井为一口油井,改造井段为1145-1275米,地层孔隙度度为7.1%-41.9%,平 均孔隙度为29%,,地层渗透率为210-2250md,该储层为强非均质储层,设计解 堵半径为1.5米,解堵半径体积容量为266.4m3。油管内径62mm,计算得油管 内体积是3.85m3。储层改造前先配置施工所需作业液体,预处理液A2剂,转向 剂B2剂,解堵液C2剂,顶替液D2剂。
A2剂:3%HCl+3%乙二酸+3%氯化铵+3%甲醛+0.3%油酸咪唑啉+0.2%二乙 烯三胺+0.2%十二烷基磺酸钠+0.5%HEDP+0.5%柠檬酸铵+0.5%羟基乙酸+0.5% 乙二醇单丁醚+0.5%氮酮+0.5%水杨酸甲酯,其余为水。
每100g剂:
35%HCl加入8.6g,3g乙二酸,3g氯化铵,3g甲醛,0.3g油酸咪唑啉,0.2g 二乙烯三胺,0.2g十二烷基磺酸钠,0.5g HEDP,0.5g柠檬酸铵,0.5g羟基乙酸, 0.5g乙二醇单丁醚,0.5g氮酮,0.5g水杨酸甲酯,78.7g水。
B2剂:
0.05%阳离子胍胶+0.03%阳离子聚丙烯酰胺+1%聚丙二酸+0.5%己二酸+1%油酸+1%十六烷基磺酸钠+0.5%碳酸钠+0.3%氢氧化钠+0.2%油酸咪唑啉,其余为 水。
每100g剂:
0.05g阳离子胍胶,0.03g阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,1g聚丙二酸,0.5g己二酸,1g 油酸,1g十六烷基磺酸钠,0.5g碳酸钠,0.3g氢氧化钠,0.2g油酸咪唑啉,95.4g 水。
C2剂:
3%HCl+3%乙二酸+0.5%氟化氢+0.5%氟硼酸+2%氟化铵+3%氯化铵+3%甲 醛+0.3%油酸咪唑啉+0.2%二乙烯三胺+0.2%十二烷基磺酸钠+0.5%HEDP+0.5% 柠檬酸铵+0.5%羟基乙酸+0.5%乙二醇单丁醚+0.5%氮酮+0.5%水杨酸甲酯,其余 为水。
每100g剂:
35%HCl加入8.6g,3g乙二酸,40%氟化氢加入1.25g,40%氟硼酸加入1.25g, 2g氟化铵,3g氯化铵,3g甲醛,0.3g油酸咪唑啉,0.2g二乙烯三胺,0.2g十二 烷基磺酸钠,0.5gHEDP,0.5g柠檬酸铵,0.5g羟基乙酸,0.5g乙二醇单丁醚,0.5g氮酮,0.5g水杨酸甲酯,74.2g水。
D2剂:2%NH4Cl,其余为水。
每100g剂:2g NH4Cl,98g水。
施工作业程序
步骤一:向地层注入预处理液A2剂,A2剂用量为2m3每米井段,A2剂用 量总量为260m3,A2用量约为260000Kg。
步骤二、三:向地层注入转向剂B2剂、解堵液C2剂。B2剂注入量为设计 解堵半径用量的1倍,B2剂用量为266.4m3,质量约为266400Kg。C2剂注入量 为设计解堵半径用量的2倍,C2剂用量为532.8m3,质量约为532800Kg。B2剂、 C2剂单次交替注入量分别为设计解堵半径用量体积的0.25、0.5倍。
施工过程即为B2剂66600Kg-C2剂133200Kg-B2剂66600Kg-C2剂 133200Kg-B2剂66600Kg-C2剂133200Kg-B2剂66600Kg-C2剂133200Kg。
步骤四:注入顶替液3倍油管体积D2剂,D2总量约为11550Kg。
步骤五:关井90min后,开井生产。
M-2井施工前日产液20m3,含水92%。改造后日产液110m3,含水84%。在 施工作业过程中,注入转向剂前后注入排量11.5m3/min,油压升高13.1MPa。最 后一段顶替液注入排量11.5m3/min,油压升高值为5.7MPa。通过实施例2的现 场施工验证说明本发明所提供的转向酸化方法在石油开采工程作业中有显著效 果。
实施例3:
以P油田M-3井工程改造为实施对象,实施转向酸化工艺措施进行改造。 M-3井为一口水井,改造井段为1255-1280米,地层孔隙度度为20.5%-39%,平 均孔隙度为28%,,地层渗透率为1230-1980md,该储层为非均质储层,设计解 堵半径为4米,解堵半径体积容量为351.68m3。油管内径62mm,计算得油管内 体积是3.88m3。储层改造前先配置施工所需作业液体,预处理液A3剂,转向剂 B3剂,解堵液C3剂,顶替液D3剂。
A3剂:3%乙二酸+3%醋酸+4%氯化铵+4%甲醛+0.5%油酸咪唑啉+0.1%聚乙 二醇醚+0.3%二乙烯三胺+0.5%HEDP+0.5%乙二胺四乙酸二钠EDTA+0.1%聚丙 烯酸+0.5%柠檬酸+0.5%水杨酸甲酯+0.5%氮酮+0.5%乙二醇单丁醚+0.1%聚乙二 醇,其余为水。
每100g剂:3g乙二酸,3g醋酸,4g氯化铵,4g甲醛,0.5g油酸咪唑啉, 0.1g聚乙二醇醚,0.3g二乙烯三胺,0.5g HEDP,0.5g EDTA,0.1g聚丙烯酸, 0.5g柠檬酸,0.5g水杨酸甲酯,0.5g氮酮,0.5g乙二醇单丁醚,0.1g聚乙二醇, 81.9g水。
B3剂:0.05%阳离子纤维素+0.05%阳离子胍胶+1%聚乙二酸+2%聚丙二酸+1%月桂酸+0.3%氢氧化钠+0.5%碳酸钠+0.2%油酸咪唑啉,其余为水。
每100g剂:0.05g阳离子纤维素,0.05g阳离子胍胶,1g聚乙二酸,2g聚丙 二酸,1g月桂酸,0.3g氢氧化钠,0.5g碳酸钠,0.2g油酸咪唑啉,94.9g水。
C3剂:3%乙二酸+3%醋酸+4%氯化铵+4%甲醛+2%氟硼酸+1%氟化氢胺+1% 氟化铵+0.5%油酸咪唑啉+0.1%聚乙二醇醚+0.3%二乙烯三胺+0.5%HEDP+0.5% 乙二胺四乙酸二钠EDTA+0.1%聚丙烯酸+0.5%柠檬酸+0.5%水杨酸甲酯+0.5%氮 酮+0.5%乙二醇单丁醚+0.1%聚乙二醇,其余为水。
每100g剂:3g乙二酸,3g醋酸,4g氯化铵,4g甲醛,40%氟硼酸加入5g, 1g氟化氢胺,1g氟化铵,0.5g油酸咪唑啉,0.1g聚乙二醇醚,0.3g二乙烯三胺, 0.5g HEDP,0.5g乙二胺四乙酸二钠EDTA,0.1g聚丙烯酸,0.5g柠檬酸,0.5g 水杨酸甲酯,0.5g氮酮,0.5g乙二醇单丁醚,0.1g聚乙二醇,其余为水。
D3剂:3%NH4Cl,其余为水。
每100g剂:3g NH4Cl,97g水。
施工作业程序
步骤一:向地层注入预处理液A3剂,A3剂用量为8m3每米井段,A3剂用 量总量为200m3,A3用量约为200000Kg。
步骤二、三:向地层注入转向剂B3剂、解堵液C3剂。B2剂注入量为设计 解堵半径用量的1倍,B3剂用量为351.68m3,质量约为351680Kg。C3剂注入量 为设计解堵半径用量的2倍,C3剂用量为703.36m3,质量约为703360Kg。B3剂、 C3剂单次交替注入量分别为设计解堵半径用量体积的0.25、0.5倍。
施工过程即为B3剂87920Kg-C3剂175840Kg-B3剂87920Kg-C3剂 175840Kg-B3剂87920Kg-C3剂175840Kg-B3剂87920Kg-C3剂175840Kg。
步骤四:注入顶替液1.2倍油管体积D3剂,D3总量约为4656Kg。
步骤五:关井45min后,开井生产。
M-3井施工前日注水18m3,注入压力为29MPa。改造后日注水30m3,注入压 力为12MPa。在施工作业过程中,注入转向剂前后注入排量6.9m3/min,油压升 高7.3MPa。最后一段顶替液注入排量6.9m3/min,油压升高值为6.5MPa。通过 实施例3的现场施工验证说明本发明所提供的转向酸化方法在石油开采工程作 业中有显著效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种高渗非均质砂岩储层转向酸化方法,依次包括以下步骤:
1)向地层注入预处理液A剂,预处理液A剂用量为1-10m3每米井段,所述预处理液A剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:3-15%无机解堵剂+0.5-2%缓蚀剂+0.5-2%离子稳定剂+0.5-2%互溶剂,其余为水;
所述无机解堵剂为HCl、醋酸、甲酸、乙二酸、氯化铵、甲醛、羟基乙叉二膦酸的一种或多种;
2)向地层注入转向剂B剂,转向剂B剂用量为设计解堵半径用量体积的1-2倍,所述转向剂B剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:0.05-0.1%阳离子聚合物+0.05-5%桥接剂+0.05-1%pH调节剂+0.05-0.5%缓蚀剂,其余为水;所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、碳酸氢钠、醋酸钠的一种或多种;
所述阳离子聚合物为阳离子胍胶、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子纤维素、阳离子淀粉的一种或多种;
所述桥接剂为聚丙二酸、聚乙二酸、己二酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基磺酸钠、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸、油酸的一种或多种;
3)向地层注入解堵液C剂,解堵液C剂用量为设计解堵半径用量体积的2-3倍,所述解堵液C剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:5-20%硅质处理剂+0.5-2%缓蚀剂+0.5-2%离子稳定剂+0.5-2%互溶剂,其余为水;所述硅质处理剂为HCl、醋酸、甲酸、乙二酸、氯化铵、甲醛、羟基乙叉二膦酸、柠檬酸、氟化氢、氟硼酸、氟化铵、氟硼酸胺、氟化氢胺的一种或多种;
4)重复步骤2)和3),即交替注入转向剂B剂、解堵液C剂,转向剂B剂、解堵液C剂单次交替注入量为设计解堵半径用量体积的0.2-1倍,交替次数以设计量全部注入完为止;
5)向井筒注入顶替液D剂,顶替液D剂用量为1.5-3倍油管体积,所述顶替液D剂为清水或1-3wt%NH4Cl溶液;
6)关井30-150min后,开井生产。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高渗非均质砂岩储层转向酸化方法,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为硫醇、聚乙二醇醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二乙烯三胺、六亚甲基四胺、丁炔乙醇、丁炔二醇、油酸咪唑啉、4-甲基吡啶、4-乙烯基吡啶的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高渗非均质砂岩储层转向酸化方法,其特征在于:所述离子稳定剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸、氨基三甲叉膦酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠、二羟乙基甘氨酸、氨基三乙酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸铵、柠檬酸钠、水杨羟肟酸、羟基乙酸、酒石酸、酒石酸钠、葡萄糖酸、葡萄糖酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸三钠、六偏磷酸钠、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、水解聚马来酸酐、富马酸的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高渗非均质砂岩储层转向酸化方法,其特征在于:所述互溶剂为水杨酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、对甲苯磺酸甲酯、戊醚、乙二醇单丁醚、丙酮、环己酮、氮酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、聚乙二醇、丙三醇的一种或多种。
