Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of clothes treatment, and aims to solve the problems that the existing clothes treatment equipment with a washing function is poor in washing effect and very limited in clothes application range. For the purpose, the invention provides a clothes treatment device which comprises a clothes treatment barrel, a water supply valve, a throwing device and an atomization generator, wherein the throwing device comprises a water delivery channel, the water supply valve is connected with the atomization generator through the water delivery channel, an outlet of the atomization generator faces to an inner cavity of the clothes treatment barrel, and a water distribution structure is arranged on the water delivery channel and can be communicated with the atmosphere. The invention can improve the washing effect of the drum washing machine on clothes, improve the application range of the clothes, meet the use requirements of users and further improve the user experience.

Wherein, the diversion structure 5 can be a diversion port arranged on the water delivery channel 31, or a diversion pipe arranged on the water delivery channel 31, and the diversion of the water delivery channel 31 can be realized through the diversion port or the diversion pipe structure, of course, the diversion structure 5 can also be a blocking structure arranged on the water delivery channel 31, specifically, when the diversion structure 5 is the blocking structure, an opening is arranged on the water delivery channel 31, a block is arranged on the opening, the opening is closed through the block when the water supply valve 2 feeds water, when the water supply valve 2 is closed, the block is removed to communicate the opening with the atmosphere, thereby realizing that one part of water in the water delivery channel 31 is shunted from the opening and the other part is sprayed out through the outlet of the atomization generator 4. The atomization generator 4 can be an ultrasonic atomization generator, and can also be a compression atomization generator, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structure of the atomization generator 4 in practical application, as long as the atomization generator 4 can convert water in the water delivery channel 31 into atomized water drops when the water diversion structure 5 is communicated with the atmosphere so as to carry out atomized air washing on clothes.
It should be noted that, the water diversion structure 5 of the present invention can enable the atomization generator 4 to generate atomized water droplets smoothly, because when the water supply valve 2 is always opened, the atomization generator 4 is difficult to form atomized water droplets under the action of water pressure, so that the water supply valve 2 can be opened to store water in the water delivery channel 31, and then the water supply valve 2 is closed, at this time, the water in the water delivery channel 31 is sprayed to the clothes from the atomization generator 4 in the form of atomized water droplets by the principle of atmosphere communication, thereby ensuring that the atomization generator 4 can perform atomized air washing on the clothes.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the present invention, the water inlet end of the water delivery channel 31 may be connected to the water supply valve 2 disposed outside the dispensing device 3, and the water outlet end of the water delivery channel 31 is connected to the atomization generator 4, wherein the water outlet end of the water delivery channel 31 may be directly connected to the atomization generator 4 through a pipeline, and a water tank 7 (as shown in fig. 2) may be disposed between the water delivery channel 31 and the atomization generator 4, that is, the water outlet end of the water delivery channel 31 is connected to the water tank 7 through a pipeline, and the water tank 7 is connected to the atomization generator 4 through another pipeline, and the water tank 7 has a function of storing water. The person skilled in the art can flexibly set the connection mode of the water delivery channel 31 and the atomization generator 4 in practical application, and such adjustment and change of the connection mode do not limit the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
In one possible case, the water diversion structure 5 is a water diversion opening provided on the water delivery channel 31. The water diversion opening may be directly connected to the drum 1 through a communicating structure (e.g., a pipe) to perform a water filling operation for the drum 1, or the drum washing machine may further include other components requiring water/stored water, and then the water diversion opening may be connected to the component through a communicating structure (e.g., a pipe) to perform water filling for the component, and for example, the dispensing device 3 may further include a laundry treating agent dispensing box, and the water diversion opening may be disposed above the laundry treating agent dispensing box. The upper part of the clothes treating agent putting box can be an opening structure, the water diversion port is aligned with the opening structure, when the water supply valve 2 is opened, water enters the water delivery channel 31 and flows out from the water diversion port, enters the clothes treating agent putting box through the opening structure to realize the dilution of the clothes treating agent and finally flows into the roller 1, when the water supply valve 2 is closed, the atomization generator 4 is opened, and because the water diversion port is communicated with the atmosphere, part of water in the water delivery channel 31 flows into the clothes treating agent putting box through the water diversion port, the other part of water forms atomized water drops through the action of the atomization generator 4 to be sprayed onto clothes, and under the action of the atmosphere, if the atomization generator 4 is opened all the time, the water in the water delivery channel 31 can be fully emptied, so that the residual water is prevented from breeding bacteria. In this embodiment, the number of the water diversion openings may be one or multiple, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the number and distribution mode of the water diversion openings in practical application as long as the water diversion openings can realize water diversion and communicate with the atmosphere.
In another possible case, the water diversion structure 5 is a water diversion pipe provided on the water delivery channel 31. The water diversion pipe may be directly connected to the drum 1 through a communicating structure (e.g., a pipe) to perform a water filling operation for the drum 1, or the drum washing machine may further include other components requiring water/stored water, and then the water diversion pipe may be connected to the component through a communicating structure (e.g., a pipe) to perform a water filling operation for the component, and for example, the dispensing device 3 may further include a laundry treating agent dispensing box, and an outlet of the water diversion pipe may be disposed above or extend into the laundry treating agent dispensing box. When the outlet of the water diversion pipe is arranged above the clothes treating agent putting box, the upper part of the clothes treating agent putting box can be of an opening structure, the outlet of the water diversion pipe is aligned with the opening structure, when the outlet of the water diversion pipe extends into the clothes treating agent putting box, only an opening butted with the outlet of the water diversion pipe needs to be arranged on the clothes treating agent putting box, when the water supply valve 2 is opened, water enters the water conveying channel 31 and flows out from the outlet of the water diversion pipe, then enters the clothes treating agent putting box to realize the dilution of the clothes treating agent and finally flows into the roller 1, when the water supply valve 2 is closed, the atomization generator 4 is opened, and because the water diversion pipe is communicated with the atmosphere, part of water in the water conveying channel 31 flows into the clothes treating agent putting box through the outlet of the water diversion pipe, the other part of water forms atomized water drops through the action of the atomization generator 4 to be sprayed onto clothes, and under the effect of atmosphere, if open atomizing generator 4 all the time, can fully the evacuation with the water in water delivery channel 31, avoid remaining water and breed the bacterium. Preferably, the water diversion structure 5 is disposed at a different height position from the outlet of the atomization generator 4. In the drum washing machine, the setting position of the throwing device 3 is generally higher than that of the drum 1, so that it is more preferable to set the setting position of the water diversion structure 5 higher than that of the outlet of the atomization generator 4, thereby fully utilizing the original structure of the drum washing machine.
