Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of ship pipeline maintenance process equipment, in particular to an in-pipe oily water collecting device which comprises a pair of semi-annular sewage collecting tanks adopting a half-ring butt joint structure, wherein each semi-annular sewage collecting tank comprises a semi-annular bottom plate serving as a tank bottom, a semi-outer cylinder body vertically connected to the outer periphery of the semi-annular bottom plate, a semi-inner cylinder body vertically connected to the inner periphery of the semi-annular bottom plate, and a half plate vertically connected to the half surfaces of the semi-outer cylinder body and the semi-inner cylinder body, the inner space formed by the semi-outer cylinder, the semi-inner cylinder and the half-huff plate after surrounding connection becomes the sewage collecting space of the semi-annular sewage collecting tank, the inner surface of the semi-inner cylinder body and the butt joint surface of the half plates are provided with a rubber layer, and the pair of semi-annular sewage collecting tanks realize butt joint and clamping through half clamping bolts penetrating through the half plates. The invention realizes the complete collection of oily water in the pipe and prevents the oily water from polluting the cabin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship pipeline maintenance process equipment, in particular to an in-pipe oily water collecting device.
Background
In the repair of oil pipelines of ships, thermal (such as welding, gas cutting and the like) operations are required to be carried out on the site inside the ships. In order to ensure the safety of the thermal operation, water needs to be injected into the pipe before the construction, and the oily water is discharged from the pipe system after the pipe system is repaired. The conventional oily water discharge method is to loosen bolts of the pipeline butt flange and discharge oily water by utilizing the loosened butt flange gap.
However, the oily water discharged from the gap of the pipeline butt flange is dispersed and discharged along the periphery and is not easy to be completely collected (particularly for the vertical pipeline of the ship), so that the pollution of the oily water to the cabin is easily caused, and on the other hand, harmful odor gas is also dispersed in the discharging process of the oily water, so that the health of operators is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an in-pipe oily water collecting device, which aims to realize the complete collection of oily water in a pipe and prevent the oily water from polluting a cabin and having harmful effects on the health of personnel. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
first, the in-pipe oily water collecting device is simple in structure and convenient to use, can avoid pollution in a cabin caused by oily water flowing to the ground, simultaneously reduces the problem of labor waste in secondary cleaning, saves time and improves working efficiency.
Secondly, according to the in-pipe oily water collecting device, the anti-splashing cover surrounding baffle is arranged on the periphery of the vertical pipeline butt flange of the ship and is matched with the sewage collecting tank in a coordinated mode, so that pollution caused by oily water splashing is avoided, and oily water is collected more thoroughly.
Thirdly, according to the in-pipe oily water collecting device, the upper end of the half inner cylinder body at the extending section is provided with the plurality of anti-rotation bayonets which are matched with the shapes of the hexagon heads of the bolt connecting pieces on the butt flange in quantity, when the bolts on the butt flange are loosened, only the upper wrench is needed, and the lower wrench is not needed, so that the defect that oily water is easy to splash onto the arms of operators when the upper wrench and the lower wrench are used for simultaneous operation is overcome, and the operation safety is good.
Fourthly, the in-pipe oily water collecting device is provided with the peculiar smell gas discharging device, so that the body health of operators is protected.

In this embodiment, the position of the notch 9 formed on the half plate 6 is just at the position where the oil and sewage water falls down when the oil and sewage water is discharged.
As a further improvement, the in-pipe oily water collection device of the embodiment further includes a splash-proof shield enclosure 11 disposed at the periphery of the vertical pipe butt flange 19 of the ship, where the splash-proof shield enclosure 11 includes a splash-proof cylinder 12 and a plurality of pins 13 connected to the circumference of the lower end of the splash-proof cylinder 12, the lower end of the splash-proof cylinder 12 abuts against the upper end faces of the pair of semi-annular sewage collection tanks 2, and the pins 13 are positioned and connected to the inner circle of the semi-outer cylinder 4; the splash-proof enclosure 11 is of a half butt joint structure as a whole.
