Abstract
The invention discloses a method for searching for a vehicle, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a vehicle key establishes communication connection with a vehicle to activate a projection device on the vehicle; the projection equipment projects the character and/or image information, so that a user of the vehicle can judge the position of the vehicle according to the character and/or image information and find the vehicle.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles and communication, in particular to a method for searching for a vehicle.
Background
Currently, vehicle owners generally search for vehicles by either a burglar alarm sound or flashing lights of the vehicle. However, in a large parking lot, especially when the parking position is hidden, it is difficult to find the vehicle, and it takes much time and effort to find the vehicle.

The present invention is based on the object of providing a method for searching for a vehicle, which solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.

Optionally, a projection start button is provided on the car key, the projection start button being depressible to activate the projection device.

Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a method for finding a vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention. The method comprises the following steps:

By using the method of the invention, when a user of the vehicle needs to find the vehicle, the user can establish communication connection with the vehicle through the vehicle key to activate the projection equipment on the vehicle to project the text and/or image information, so that the user of the vehicle can judge the position of the vehicle according to the seen text and/or image information and find the vehicle.
A projection start button may be provided on the vehicle key, and when a user of the vehicle seeks the vehicle, the projection start button may be pressed to activate a projection device on the vehicle, so that the projection device projects text and/or image information. The mobile terminal carried by the user of the vehicle may establish a communication connection with the vehicle through near field communication (e.g., bluetooth or Wifi) or a mobile communication network (e.g., a 4G or 5G network), without departing from the scope of the present invention.
The projection device may be arranged on the roof of the vehicle, for example at a sunroof. The projection device may also be arranged at the front windscreen of the vehicle, for example at or near the centre of the upper edge of the front windscreen. The projection device may also be arranged at the rear windscreen of the vehicle. The projection device may also be arranged on a rear view mirror of a vehicle. The projection device may project upward of the vehicle, may project forward of the vehicle, or may project rearward of the vehicle through a rear windshield. The projection device may also be located elsewhere on the vehicle and project in any suitable direction without departing from the scope of the invention. The projection device may further include a rotating device to adjust a projection direction of the projection device, and a plurality of projection devices may be provided to project in a plurality of directions. It is possible to use the already existing rotating means of the vehicle, for example to arrange the projection device at a rear view mirror, for example in front of the mirror, and to use the rotation of the mirror to adjust the projection direction. A separate motor may also be provided. The projection device may be located near other powered devices of the vehicle to facilitate placement of the power supply line. The projection device may also have an independent power source, such as a lithium battery (wired or wireless charging) or a solar cell.
The car key can be provided with a corresponding adjusting button to adjust the projection direction of the projection device. For example, in a ceiling-based parking lot, a user of a vehicle may control the projection device to project upward by using a vehicle key to project text and/or image information on the ceiling of the parking lot. In a car park without a ceiling, a user of a vehicle can control a projection device to project to the front of the vehicle through a vehicle key so as to project text and/or image information on the ground in front of the vehicle. When the vehicle head is parked inwards, the vehicle can be projected to the rear of the vehicle.
The projection device may be a laser projection lamp. The projection device may also be any suitable projection device, and such variations do not depart from the scope of the present invention.

1. A method for finding a vehicle, the method comprising:

the projection equipment projects the character and/or image information, so that a user of the vehicle can judge the position of the vehicle according to the character and/or image information and find the vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein a projection start button is provided on the vehicle key that can be pressed to activate the projection device.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: the mobile terminal can establish communication connection with the vehicle and set the character and/or image information projected by the projection device.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the mobile terminal establishes a communication connection with a vehicle through near field communication or a mobile communication network.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the projection device is disposed at a roof and/or a front windshield of a vehicle.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the projection device is capable of projecting above a vehicle and/or projecting forward of a vehicle.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein an adjustment button is provided on the vehicle key to adjust a projection direction of the projection device.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the projection device is a laser projection lamp.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the text and/or image information is text and/or an image of a license plate of a vehicle.
