The bean curd can be quickly ejected out through the taking and placing mechanism, so that the bean curd can be quickly and completely taken out after being made, and the operation is simple and quick.
If the bean curd skin needs to be manufactured before the bean curd is manufactured, after the bean curd skin is solidified and separated from the top of the raw material, the screen plate 18 moves upwards, the raw material liquid in the loading barrel 5 passes through the meshes of the screen plate 18, and the screen plate 18 can be completely ejected out after rising to a high position, so that the bean curd skin can be conveniently taken out by workers. The pollution of external taking and placing instruments to internal raw materials is avoided. After the bean curd skin is ejected, the pressing plate 11 can extrude the bean curd skin, so that the water inside the bean curd skin is extruded, the bean curd skin can be taken and placed quickly, integrity after the bean curd skin is taken out can be guaranteed, subsequent drying treatment is facilitated, and the subsequent normal making of the bean curd is not affected.
After the bean curd and the bean curd skin are taken out, the separation plate 29 can be arranged at the bottom of the pressing plate 11, and the separation plate 29 can cut the bean curd and the bean curd skin to be taken out, so that the bean curd and the bean curd skin can be cut into small pieces to be taken out, the subsequent cutting step is omitted, and the working efficiency is improved. the taking and placing mechanism comprises a screen plate (18), a second motor (14) is installed in the middle of the bottom end of a base (1), the top output end of the second motor (14) is connected with a fourth electric telescopic column (16) which is vertically arranged, the top of the fourth electric telescopic column (16) penetrates through the base (1) and extends into the loading barrel (5), the periphery of the top of the fourth electric telescopic column (16) is transversely connected with a plurality of cutting plates (17), the bottom edge of the base (1) is also connected with a plurality of vertically arranged third electric telescopic columns (13), the top of the third electric telescopic columns (13) penetrates through the base (1) and extends into the interior of the loading barrel (5) to be connected with the bottom of the screen plate (18);
a through hole (21) and a through hole (19) which are matched with the fourth electric telescopic column (16) and the cutting plate (17) are formed in the screen plate (18), and the fourth electric telescopic column (16) and the cutting plate (17) can penetrate through the screen plate (18) to move up and down;
a telescopic scraper blade (28) is arranged in one end, far away from the fourth electric telescopic column (16), of the cutting plate (17), and a movable sealing plate (20) is arranged on one side in the perforation (19);
the edge of the two sides of the top of the loading barrel (5) is respectively provided with a pressure plate (11) and a cutting knife (6) which can be lifted, the pressure plate (11) and the cutting knife (6) can rotate at the top of the loading barrel (5), and the bottom of the pressure plate (11) is connected with a detachable partition plate (29).
