Referring to fig. 1-15, the invention provides an automatic pin inserting machine, which comprises a base 1, a first discharging mechanism 2, a second discharging mechanism 3, a transmission mechanism 4 and a pin material seat 5, wherein the first discharging mechanism 2, the second discharging mechanism 3, the transmission mechanism 4 and the pin material seat 5 are all arranged on the base 1; the first discharging mechanism 2 and the second discharging mechanism 3 are both provided with discharging channels for dropping the pin needles 6, the transmission mechanism 4 is provided with a material inserting piece 40 for inserting the pin needles 6 into the pin material seats 5, and the transmission mechanism 4 can move on the base 1, so that the pin needles 6 dropped from the discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism 2 and the second discharging mechanism 3 are respectively inserted into the pin material seats 5; the discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism 2 are 2, the tail ends of the 2 discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism 2 are connected with a discharging seat 23, a first discharging hole 2311 and a second discharging hole 2321 which are respectively communicated with the 2 discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism 2 are arranged on the discharging seat 23, and a first switch 2312 which can enable the first discharging hole 2311 to be opened or closed and a second switch 2322 which can enable the second discharging hole 2321 to be opened or closed are further arranged on the discharging seat 23. In the invention, the pin 6 is placed in the first discharging mechanism 2 and the second discharging mechanism 3, and discharging is carried out through the first discharging port 2311 and the second discharging port 2321 of the first discharging mechanism 2 and the discharging channel of the second discharging mechanism 3; the positions and the directions of the pins 6 discharging through the first discharging hole 2311, the second discharging hole 2321 and the discharging channel of the second discharging mechanism 3 are different, so that the pins 6 of plugs with different specifications can be formed in a combined mode; through the setting of first switch 2312 and second switch 2322, can control opening or closing of first discharge gate 2311 and/or second discharge gate 2321 to realize the ejection of compact of the pin needle 6 of controlling different positions and different quantity, the pin is inserted to the socket of the different specifications of convenient adaptation, and application scope is wide, reduces the processing cost.
Referring to fig. 3 to 8, the first discharging mechanism 2 includes a first discharging member 21 and a second discharging member 22 adjacently disposed on the base 1, the 2 discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism 2 are respectively a first double discharging channel 211 connected to the first discharging member 21 and capable of dropping 2 pins 6 simultaneously and a single discharging channel 221 connected to the second discharging member 22 and capable of dropping 1 pin 5, the first discharging port 2311 is communicated with the first double discharging channel 211, and the second discharging port 2321 is communicated with the single discharging channel 221;
first discharge mechanism 2 is still including receiving mechanism 24, and receiving mechanism 24 is including receiving material seat 241 and first transmission component, and first transmission component sets up on base 1, receives material seat 241 swing joint on first transmission component, and first transmission component can drive and receive material seat 241 to move to the below of discharging seat 23 and be used for inserting pin needle 6 that first discharge gate 2311 and/or second discharge gate 2321 dropped. According to the invention, after the dropped pin 6 is accessed through the material receiving seat 241, the material receiving seat 241 is moved out through the first transmission component, so that the transmission mechanism 4 can conveniently clamp the pin 6, and the pin inserting work of a plug on the pin material seat 5 can be conveniently carried out.
The first transmission assembly includes a base plate 242, a first slide rail 243, a first motor 244, a first synchronous belt 245 and a first belt pulley 246, the base plate 242 is disposed on the base 1 and located below the discharging seat 23, the first slide rail 243 is disposed on the surface of the base plate 242 along the length direction of the base plate 242, the first belt pulley 246 is disposed at two ends of the base plate 242, the first synchronous belt 245 is sleeved on the first belt pulley 246 at two ends of the base plate 242, a first slider 247 and a first fixed block 248 are disposed at the bottom of the receiving seat 241, the first slider 247 is slidably connected to the first slide rail 243, the first fixed block 248 is fixedly connected to the first synchronous belt 245, the first motor 244 is connected to the base plate 242, and an output shaft of the first motor 244 can drive the first belt pulley 246 to rotate, so that the receiving seat 241 is driven by the first synchronous belt 245 to slide along the length of the first guide rail conveniently. In the invention, through the arrangement of the motor synchronous belt, the material receiving seat 241 can be conveniently moved, the transmission of the pin 6 is realized, the transmission mechanism 4 can conveniently clamp the pin 6, and the pin inserting work of the plug on the pin material seat 5 is conveniently carried out.
Wherein, the discharging seat 23 includes a first discharging seat 231 and a second discharging seat 232 that link up with each other, the first discharging port 2311 and the first switch 2312 are both disposed on the first discharging seat 231, and the second discharging port 2321 and the second switch 2322 are both disposed on the second discharging seat 232. In the present invention, the first discharging hole 2311 and the second discharging hole 2321 are separated by the arrangement of the first discharging seat 231 and the second discharging seat 232; the switch to first discharge gate 2311 and second discharge gate 2321 is controlled respectively to the convenience to realize controlling the ejection of compact of the pin 6 of different positions and different quantity, the pin is inserted to the plug of the different specifications of convenient adaptation, and application scope is wide, reduces the processing cost.
The second discharge port 2321 is a vertically downward through groove adapted to the pin needle 6; the first discharging hole 2311 includes 2 penetrating grooves which are mutually separated and are relatively arranged obliquely inwards, and the second discharging hole 2321 is located on an extension line of the center lines of the 2 penetrating grooves of the first discharging hole 2311. According to the invention, the relative position of the dropped pin 6 can be more standard through the arrangement, and the pin inserting work of the plug on the pin material seat 5 is convenient.
The first switch 2312 is movably connected to a surface of the first discharging seat 231, which is far away from the second discharging seat 232, and a limiting member 23121 is disposed on a surface of the first switch 2312, which faces the first discharging hole 2311, and the limiting member 23121 can extend into or out of the first discharging hole 2311, so as to close or open the first discharging hole 2311. In the invention, the first switch 2312 is movably connected with the first discharging seat 231, and the limiting piece 23121 is arranged to better close or open the first discharging hole 2311.
The first discharging seat 231 is provided with a clamping groove 2313 matched with the first switch piece 2312, a rotating shaft 2314 is arranged between two opposite side walls of the clamping groove 2313, the first switch piece 2312 penetrates through the rotating shaft 2314 to be movably connected into the clamping groove 2313, an inserting groove 2315 communicated with the first discharging hole 2311 is formed in the inner wall of the clamping groove 2313, and when the first switch piece 2312 rotates to be close to the first discharging hole 2311 through the rotating shaft 2314, the limiting piece 23121 extends into the first discharging hole 2311 through the inserting groove 2315 to achieve closing of the first discharging hole 2311; when the first switch 2312 is rotated to be away from the first outlet 2311 through the rotating shaft 2314, the limiting member 23121 extends out of the first outlet 2311 to open the first outlet 2311. In the invention, the first switch 2312 is movably connected with the first discharging seat 231 by the arrangement of the clamping groove 2313 and the rotating shaft 2314, the structure is simple, and the opening and closing of the first discharging hole 2311 by the limiting piece 23121 are conveniently realized.
The first switch 2312 is further provided with an ejector 23122 on a surface thereof opposite to the first discharging seat 231, the ejector 23122 is located below the limiting part 23121, a through hole 2316 penetrating through an inner wall of the first discharging seat 231 is formed in a position of the first discharging seat 231 opposite to the ejector 23122, an ejector groove 2317 communicated with the through hole 2316 is formed on a surface of the first discharging seat 231 far away from the first switch 2312, and when the limiting part 23121 of the first switch 2312 extends into the first discharging hole 2311, one end of the ejector 23122 extends into the ejector groove 2317 on the other surface of the first discharging seat 231 through the through hole 2316.
The receiving base 241 includes a receiving platform 2411, a pushing cylinder 2412 and a pushing member 2413, a receiving groove 24111 for receiving the pin 6 is provided on the receiving platform 2411, the receiving platform 2411 is connected with the first transmission assembly, the pushing cylinder 2412 is connected to one end of the receiving platform 2411, an output shaft of the pushing cylinder 2412 faces the discharging base 23, the pushing member 2413 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the pushing cylinder 2412, so that the pushing cylinder 2412 can drive the pushing member 2413 to move towards the discharging base 23, when the transmission assembly moves the receiving platform 2411 to a position below the first discharging port 2311 and the second discharging port 2321, the pushing cylinder 2412 drives the pushing member 2413 to extend into the ejecting groove 2317 to eject the ejecting member 23122, thereby driving the limiting member 23121 to extend out of the first discharging port 2311, so that the first discharging port 2311 is opened, and the pin 6 falls into the receiving groove 24111. In the invention, the number and the positions of the accommodating grooves 24111 correspond to the through grooves of the first discharge port 2311 and the second discharge port 2321; through the arrangement of the pushing piece 2413, the ejecting piece 23122 and the ejecting groove 2317, the first switch piece 2312 can be conveniently opened and closed to the first discharge hole 2311 through the pushing cylinder 2412 and the pushing piece 2413, the control is convenient, and the achieving effect is good.
A through groove 2322 through which the pushing member 2413 can pass is formed in a position of the second discharging seat 232 corresponding to the ejecting groove 2317, a blocking member 2323 is arranged in the middle of the through groove 2322, a bayonet 24131 matched with the blocking member 2323 is formed in the middle of the pushing member 2413, and when the pushing cylinder 2412 drives the pushing member 2413 to move towards the ejecting groove 2317, the bayonet 24131 of the pushing member 2413 penetrates through the blocking member 2323 and then penetrates into the ejecting groove 2317 to eject the ejecting member 23122. In the invention, the arrangement of the bayonet 24131 and the blocking piece 2323 can limit the propelling range of the pushing piece 2413, and prevent the pushing cylinder 2412 from excessively propelling the pushing piece 2413.
The second switch member 2322 is disposed on one side of the second discharging seat 232 far away from the first discharging seat 231, one end of the second switch member 2322 extends out of the outer side of the second discharging seat 232, and one end of the second switch member 2322 can extend into or extend out of the second discharging hole 2321 to close or open the second discharging hole 2321. In the invention, a telescopic structure may be disposed at an end of the second switch extending into the second discharge port 2321, and the second switch may be extended or extended by being pressed by an external pressing device, or by being blown or sucked by an external air pump, an end of the second switch 2322 may extend into or extend out of the second discharge port 2321.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, the second discharging mechanism 3 includes a third discharging part 31 and a limiting mechanism 32, the third discharging part 31 and the limiting mechanism 32 are both disposed on the base 1, the limiting mechanism 32 is provided with a discharging station 10 and an ejection station 20, the limiting mechanism 32 is further provided with a limiting seat 321 capable of moving back and forth between the discharging station 10 and the ejection station 20, the limiting seat 321 is provided with a limiting groove 3211 for accommodating the pin needle 6, a discharging channel of the second discharging mechanism 3 is connected with the third discharging part, the end of the discharging channel of the third discharging part is located at the discharging station 10, and the ejection station 20 is provided with an ejection assembly 33 capable of ejecting the pin needle 6 in the limiting groove 3211. In the invention, the third discharging part 31 discharges the pin 6 through the discharging channel, when the limiting seat 321 moves to the discharging station 10, the pin 6 falls into the limiting groove 3211 from the discharging channel of the second discharging mechanism 3, then the limiting seat 321 drives the pin 6 to move to the ejection station 20, and the pin 6 in the limiting groove 3211 is ejected through the ejection assembly 33, so that the pin 6 for discharging is positioned, the pin 6 can be conveniently taken by the transmission mechanism 4, and a pin can be accurately inserted into a plug on the pin base 5; meanwhile, the device has simple structure and low production cost.
The first discharging member 21, the second discharging member 22 and the third discharging member 31 are vibration discs, and the first discharging seat 231 and the second discharging seat 232 are both door frame-shaped structures. In the invention, the discharging is realized by adopting the vibrating disk, the operation is convenient, and the first discharging seat 231 and the second discharging seat 232 are in door frame-shaped structures, so that the material receiving seat 231 can be conveniently moved to the lower part for receiving materials.
Wherein, the discharging channel of second discharging mechanism 3 is the second pair of discharging channel 311 that can fall out 2 pin needles 6 simultaneously for connecting on third ejection of compact piece 31, and spacing groove 3211 is 2, and 2 spacing grooves 3211 interval sets up. In the invention, the third discharging member 31 simultaneously drops out 2 pins 6 through the second double discharging channel 311, and respectively enters into the 2 limiting grooves 3211 for positioning, and then is ejected through the ejecting assembly 33, and simultaneously drops out 2 pins 6 through the second double discharging channel 311, so that the processing efficiency is high.
Wherein, stop gear 32 is still including fixed plate 322 and second drive assembly, and fixed plate 322 is fixed in on the base 1, and spacing seat 321 passes through second drive assembly swing joint on fixed plate 322, and second drive assembly can drive spacing seat 321 and move on fixed plate 322 to the realization is at ejection of compact station 10 and is ejecting between station 20 round trip movement. The second transmission assembly comprises a second slide rail 323, a support seat 324, a second slide block 325 and a first cylinder 326, the second slide rail 323 is arranged on the fixing plate 322, the second slide block 325 is fixed at the bottom of the support seat 324, the support seat 324 is connected to the second slide rail 323 in a sliding manner through the second slide block 325, the limiting seat 321 is fixed at one end of the support seat 324, the first cylinder 326 is arranged on the fixing plate 322 in parallel, an output shaft of the first cylinder 326 is fixedly connected with the other end of the support seat 324, the support seat 324 is driven to slide on the second slide rail 323 through the first cylinder 326, and therefore the limiting seat 321 is driven to move back and forth between the discharging station 10 and the ejection station 20. According to the invention, the second transmission assembly is arranged to drive the limiting seat 321 to position the discharged pin 6, so that the transmission mechanism 4 can conveniently take the pin 6, and a pin can be accurately inserted into a plug on the pin material seat 5.
The two ends of the supporting seat 324 are respectively provided with a first fixing groove 3241 and a second fixing groove 3242, the limiting seat 321 is fixed in the first fixing groove 3241, and the output shaft of the first cylinder 326 is fixedly connected in the second fixing groove 3242. In the present invention, the first fixing groove 3241 and the second fixing groove 3242 are disposed to facilitate stable connection between the stopper 321 and the first cylinder 326 and the support base 324.
Wherein, the upper and lower both ends of spacing groove 3211 all are equipped with the opening, and the pin needle 6 that falls out from discharging channel falls into in the spacing groove 3211 from the opening of spacing groove 3211 upper end, and the upper end of ejecting subassembly 33 stretches into spacing groove 3211 from the opening of spacing groove 3211 lower extreme in with pin needle 6 ejecting. Wherein, the upper portion of the limit groove 3211 is provided with a limit step 3212 capable of preventing the pin needle 6 from falling down. In the invention, the pin needle 6 falling into the limit groove 3211 can be prevented from falling out due to the existence of the limit step 3212, and meanwhile, the pin needle cannot obstruct the ejection assembly 33 from bottom to top.
The ejection assembly 33 includes an ejection column 331 and a second cylinder 332, the second cylinder 332 is disposed at the bottom of the fixing plate 322, the second cylinder 332 is perpendicular to the fixing plate 322, the ejection column 331 is disposed at the top of the second cylinder 332, and the ejection column 331 can push the ejection column 331 to extend into the limiting groove 3211 from an opening at the lower end of the limiting groove 3211 to eject the pin 6. According to the invention, the ejection of the pin 6 can be conveniently realized, the transmission mechanism 4 can conveniently take the pin 6, and the pin can be accurately inserted into the plug on the pin material seat 5.
The fixing plate 322 is further provided with a fixing seat 3221, the first cylinder 326 is fixed to the upper portion of one end of the fixing plate 322 through the fixing seat 3221, and the second cylinder 332 is located at the bottom of the other end of the fixing plate 322. According to the invention, through the arrangement, the discharging device can be simple and compact in structure and can help to realize the positioning work of the pin needle 6.
Wherein, a stop seat 3222 is fixed on the fixing plate 322 at the position of the ejection station 20, the stop seat 3222 is connected to and perpendicular to the end of the discharge channel, and the limiting seat 321 moves back and forth between the discharge station 10 and the ejection station 20 along the outer wall of the stop seat 3222. In the present invention, the arrangement of the blocking seat 3222 can guide the movement of the stopper 321, and at the same time, the blocking groove 3211 can be blocked to prevent the pin 6 therein from falling out from the side.
Referring to fig. 13-14, the transmission mechanism 4 includes a support 41, a third transmission assembly and a manipulator, the support 41 is fixed on the base 1, the manipulator is connected to the support 41 through the third transmission assembly, and the inserting member 40 is connected to the manipulator; the third driving component can drive the manipulator to move transversely, so that the plug-in component 40 is driven to move above the pin material seat 5;
the third transmission assembly comprises a third slide rail 42, a third motor 43, a third synchronous belt 44 and a third belt wheel 45; the manipulator comprises a sliding seat 46, a lifting cylinder 47, a rotating motor 48 and a connecting seat 49, the third sliding rail 42 is transversely arranged in front of the support 41, third belt wheels 45 are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the two ends of the third sliding rail 42, of the two ends of the support 41, a third synchronous belt 44 is sleeved on the third belt wheels 45 at the two ends of the third sliding rail 42, a third sliding block 461 is fixed on one surface of the sliding seat 46 opposite to the support 41, the sliding seat 46 is slidably connected to the third sliding rail 42 through the third sliding block 461, the lifting cylinder 47 is fixed on the other surface of the sliding seat 46, an output shaft of the lifting cylinder 47 extends downwards to be connected with the rotating motor 48, and the bottom of the rotating motor 48 is fixedly connected with the inserting; the lifting cylinder 47 can drive the rotating motor 48 and the connecting seat 49 to move up and down, so that the plug-in component 40 is driven to move up and down; the rotary motor 48 can drive the inserting piece 40 to horizontally rotate through the connecting seat 49; third motor 43 sets up on support 41, and the output shaft of third motor 43 can drive third band pulley 45 and rotate to drive slide 46 through third hold-in range 44 and carry out lateral shifting along third slide rail 42, thereby drive plug-in components 40 and remove to pin material seat 5 top. In the invention, the lifting cylinder 47, the rotating motor 48 and the third motor 43 are existing driving parts, and the specific structure is the prior art; the pin 6 can be accurately inserted on the pin material seat 5 through the matching of the lifting cylinder 47 and the transmission assembly; the orientation of the insert 40 can be adjusted by the rotating motor 48.
Referring to fig. 15, a fourth transmission assembly is further disposed on the base 1, the pin base 5 is movably connected with the pin base 5 through the fourth transmission assembly, the fourth transmission assembly includes a fourth slide rail 51, a fourth motor 52, a fourth synchronous belt 53 and a fourth pulley 54, the fourth guide rail is disposed on the surface of the base 1, the fourth guide rail is perpendicular to the transmission mechanism 4, a fourth slider 55 is fixed at the bottom of the pin base 5, and the pin base 5 is slidably connected to the fourth slide rail 51 through the fourth slider 55; base 1 corresponds the position of pin material seat 5 both ends below and all is provided with fourth band pulley 54, and on fourth band pulley 54 was located to fourth hold-in range 53 cover, fourth motor 52 connected on base 1, and the output shaft of fourth motor 52 was connected with fourth band pulley 54 to can drive fourth band pulley 54 and rotate, thereby drive pin material seat 5 through fourth hold-in range 53 and slide on the fourth guide rail. In the invention, the pin material seat 5 can be provided with various types of plugs, and the third transmission component, the fourth transmission component and the manipulator are arranged to realize the movement in the front-back direction, the left-right direction and the up-down direction, so that pins can be conveniently inserted into the pin material seat 5; through the setting of above-mentioned fourth transmission assembly, can drive pin material seat 5 and remove 4 relative transmission device, make pin material seat 5 can remove to the below of plug-in components 40, conveniently insert pin.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, in the invention, the pin needle is placed in the first discharging mechanism and the second discharging mechanism, and discharging is carried out through the first discharging hole and the second discharging hole of the first discharging mechanism and the discharging channel of the second discharging mechanism; the positions and the orientations of the pin needles discharging through the first discharging port, the second discharging port and the discharging channel of the second discharging mechanism are different, so that the pin needles of plugs with different specifications can be formed in a combined mode; through the setting of first switch spare and second switch spare, can control opening or closing of first discharge gate and/or second discharge gate to realize controlling the ejection of compact of the pin needle of different positions and different quantity, the pin is inserted to the socket of the different specifications of convenient adaptation, and application scope is wide, reduces the processing cost.

An automatic pin inserting machine comprises a base, a first discharging mechanism, a second discharging mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a pin material seat, wherein the first discharging mechanism, the second discharging mechanism, the transmission mechanism and the pin material seat are all arranged on the base; the automatic feeding device is characterized in that the first discharging mechanism and the second discharging mechanism are both provided with discharging channels for dropping pin needles, the transmission mechanism is provided with a material inserting piece for inserting the pin needles into the pin material seats, and the transmission mechanism can move on the base, so that the pin needles dropped from the discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism and the second discharging mechanism are respectively inserted into the pin material seats; the discharging mechanism is characterized in that the number of the discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism is 2, the tail ends of the 2 discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism are connected with a discharging seat, a first discharging port and a second discharging port which are communicated with the 2 discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism respectively are arranged on the discharging seat, and a first switch piece capable of enabling the first discharging port to be opened or closed and a second switch piece capable of enabling the second discharging port to be opened or closed are further arranged on the discharging seat.

The automatic pin inserting machine according to claim 1, wherein the first discharging mechanism comprises a first discharging part and a second discharging part which are adjacently arranged on the base, the 2 discharging channels of the first discharging mechanism are respectively a first double discharging channel which is connected to the first discharging part and can drop 2 pins simultaneously and a single discharging channel which is connected to the second discharging part and can drop 1 pin, the first discharging port is communicated with the first double discharging channel, and the second discharging port is communicated with the single discharging channel;
first discharge mechanism is still including receiving mechanism, receiving mechanism is including connecing material seat and first drive assembly, first drive assembly sets up on the base, connect material seat swing joint on first drive assembly, just first drive assembly can drive and connect the material seat to move the pin needle that the below of ejection of compact seat was used for inserting first discharge gate and/or second discharge gate drops.
