Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
A preferred embodiment of the spray gun for marine painting operation of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, includes a gun body 1, a grip 2, a nozzle 3, a paint tank 4, a stabilizer 5 and a shield 6, wherein the gun body 1 is a tube structure, and a flow passage for flowing paint and air is opened inside the gun body 1, and the flow passage is used for guiding the paint and air to the nozzle 3. The nozzle 3 is in threaded connection with the gun body 1, the front end of the nozzle 3 is of a conical structure, the jet ports 31 are formed in the conical surface of the front end of the nozzle 3, the jet ports 31 are distributed uniformly at intervals along the circumferential direction of the nozzle 3, in the embodiment, the number of the jet ports 31 is five, and the operation efficiency of spraying operation can be improved. The gun body 1 is provided with a spray width adjusting knob 13, the spray width adjusting knob 13 is used for adjusting the spray area of the spray nozzle 3, the spray width adjusting knob 13 is the prior art, and the structure thereof is not described in detail. The stabilizing frame 5 is further arranged at the front end of the gun body 1, the stabilizing frame 5 comprises a fixed seat 51 and a stabilizing arm 52 fixedly arranged on the fixed seat 51, the fixed seat 51 is of a disc-shaped structure, an external thread is arranged on the gun body 1, and the fixed seat 51 is assembled on the gun body 1 in a threaded mode. The fixing seat 51 can move on the gun body 1 along the front-back direction through a thread structure to adjust the position of the stabilizing frame 5, and further adjust the distance between the nozzle 3 and an object to be sprayed. The gun body 1 is also respectively provided with fixing nuts 55 at the front side and the rear side of the fixing seat 51, the two fixing nuts 55 can fix the fixing seat 51 to prevent the fixing seat 51 from moving back and forth during spraying, and the fixing nuts 55 form a fixing part for fixing the fixing seat 51; in other embodiments, the fixing seat 51 may also be assembled on the gun body 1 in a guiding manner, and the front end and the rear end of the fixing seat 51 are respectively assembled with a claw, and the claw forms a fixing part for fixing the fixing seat 51; the fixing base 51 can also be fixed to the gun body 1 by welding or bolting.
Three stabilizing arms 52 are arranged on the fixed seat 51 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the fixed seat, the front ends of the stabilizing arms 52 are positioned at the front side of the spray nozzle 3, when spraying operation is carried out, the front ends of the stabilizing arms 52 are in contact with an object to be sprayed, the front ends of the stabilizing arms 52 form contact ends for being in contact with a ship, and an interval is formed between the contact ends and the spray nozzle 3 in the axial direction of the gun body 1, and the interval forms a spraying distance between the spray nozzle and the ship. A stable supporting surface is formed among the three stabilizing arms 52, so that the spraying distance can be accurately controlled to be constant, the stable operation of spraying work and the uniform coating thickness are ensured, and the spraying quality is improved; in other embodiments, the number of stabilizing arms 52 may also be four, five, etc.
The stabilizing arm 52 comprises a screw 53 and a screw tube 54 threaded on the screw 53, one end of the screw 53 is fixed on the fixed seat 51, the axial direction of the screw 53 is the same with the gun body 1, i.e. the stabilizing arm 52 is parallel to the gun body 1, in other embodiments, the stabilizing arm 52 can also be arranged in a tripod type inclined arrangement. The length of the stabilizing arm 52 can be adjusted when the screw 54 rotates on the screw 53, so as to change the distance between the jet opening 31 of the nozzle 3 and the object to be sprayed, and the spray nozzle can be applied to different spraying operation environments. Meanwhile, the fixed seat 51 is assembled on the gun body 1 in a threaded mode, the fixed seat 51 moves back and forth and is matched with the stabilizing arm 52 in length adjustment, the adjusting range of the distance between the front end of the stabilizing arm 52 and the nozzle 3 can be further enlarged, and therefore the application range of the spray gun is enlarged. In the embodiment, the adjusting range of the stabilizing arm 52 is 10-30 cm, the adjusting range of the fixing seat 51 is 10cm, and the adjusting range of the distance between the front end of the stabilizing arm 52 and the nozzle 3 is 0-40 cm in cooperation with the forward and backward movement of the fixing seat 51. Preferably, through a large number of simulation experiments, when the position of the stabilizer 5 is fixed, the vertical distance of the nozzle 3 from the surface of the ship is 20mm, and in the case of the distance, the loss caused by paint splashing can be reduced to the greatest extent under the condition of ensuring the uniform thickness of the coating, so that the paint utilization rate and the spraying operation efficiency are improved.
