Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of petroleum drilling engineering, in particular to a novel stirring and mixing device for chemicals required by drilling fluid preparation.
Background
During drilling, it is often necessary to add certain corrosive chemicals such as: caustic soda and the like to change the properties of the drilling fluid to adapt to various complex drilling conditions. The chemical mixing barrel is usually used as a mixing device for mixing a small amount of chemicals or strong corrosive chemicals, the chemicals with required dosage are fully mixed through the chemical mixing barrel, and then the chemicals are added into a drilling fluid circulating system, so that the drilling fluid circulating system is convenient to further use.
The existing chemical stirring barrels are mostly manual stirring or simple electric stirring devices, and various problems of low stirring and mixing efficiency, uneven mixing, high labor intensity, splashing of corrosive liquid and the like generally exist; the speed of the simple electric stirring device cannot be controlled, and the requirement of foreign matters on different working conditions cannot be met; meanwhile, the chemical stirring barrel is usually positioned in an explosion-proof area, and higher requirements are provided for the performance of the motor.

The feeding table is provided with a protective device, so that the short-time storage and bag breaking operation of materials are facilitated, and the splashing is avoided in time; the organic glass is matched, so that an operator can clearly observe the adding condition of the materials; the corrosion-resistant glove hoop is used for fixing corrosion-resistant gloves for adding strong-corrosion chemicals, zero contact between a person and the chemicals is realized, and quick replacement after the gloves are damaged or lose efficacy can be realized; the dust collector is provided with the vent hole, when volatile dust-like medicines are added, the dust collector can be connected with an external suction system to recover chemical dust, so that the pollution of the dust to the environment is prevented; meanwhile, a waste material collecting bag is provided for collecting the settled chemicals.
The liquid level meter is arranged on the barrel body, so that the liquid volume in the barrel body can be monitored in real time; an overflow pipe is designed, and when the volume of liquid in the barrel body exceeds a rated value, automatic overflow is realized; the design has the fork truck hole, can adapt to the needs that use in the different positions in well site, and the convenient removal.
The pneumatic diaphragm pump can realize two functions of circular stirring of chemicals and liquid discharge through a three-way ball valve on a pipeline, and a suction pipeline of the diaphragm pump is connected with the bottom of the barrel body to realize circular stirring of all liquid in the barrel body without dead angles; the treatment capacity can be controlled by adjusting the pressure of the gas source, and chemicals with different attributes can be added in a matching manner; the bottom of the suction pipeline of the pneumatic diaphragm pump is provided with a three-way ball valve, when sewage is required to be discharged, the suction pipeline of the diaphragm pump can be cut off and is connected with a suction inlet at the bottom of the barrel to be used as a sewage discharge valve.

The liquid level meter 4 is arranged on the barrel body 6, and an overflow port N5 is also arranged at the upper end of the barrel body 6; and a liquid inlet ball valve is arranged on the liquid inlet N1.

The horizontal position of the dust cover 8 at one end of the feeding platform 7 is higher than that at one end of the waste material collecting bag 3.
The specific working principle is as follows:

The air inlet N2 is connected with an air source, the liquid inlet N1 is connected with a water pipeline to provide a water source, the liquid outlet N3 is connected to a position where chemicals need to be configured, the sewage outlet N4 is connected with a sewage pipeline, the overflow port N5 is connected with the sewage pipeline, and the air inlet N6 is connected with a suction pipeline according to the needed selection.
The inlet ball valve 13 of the inlet N1 is opened, the liquid level meter 4 is observed, and the inlet ball valve 13 of the inlet N1 is closed after the required volume is reached. The operator is fixed firm with clamp 2 for corrosion-resistant gloves, places required chemical on material loading platform 7, carries out the operation of feeding in raw material, can observe the medicine and add the situation on organic glass 1. After the medicine is added, the liquid outlet N3 three-way ball valve is required to be ensured to be in a medicine circulation state, then the air inlet N2 ball valve is opened, the pressure adjusting knob on the pneumatic triple piece 10 is adjusted to a proper pressure value, and the pneumatic diaphragm pump 9 enters a chemical circulation stirring flow. After the chemicals are fully stirred, the liquid outlet N3 three-way ball valve is adjusted to a medicine discharge state, and at the moment, the pneumatic diaphragm pump 9 enters a chemical discharge flow.
After the chemicals are configured and used, clean water is introduced from the liquid inlet N1 to wash the inside of the barrel, and the N4 three-way ball valve of the sewage discharge port is adjusted to a sewage discharge state to discharge sewage.
