the liquid mildew-proof sterilization cream in the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of calcium chloride, 12 parts of ash calcium, 2 parts of plasticizer, 10 parts of nano activated carbon powder, 2 parts of polyethylene wax emulsion, 2 parts of water-soluble silicone oil, 18 parts of dichlorooctyl isothiazolinone, 2 parts of dispersant, 2 parts of defoamer and 22 parts of deionized water; the plasticizer is a mixture of dibutyl phthalate and di-n-octyl phthalate; the dispersant is stearic acid monoglyceride; the defoaming agent is tributyl phosphate.
The processing technology of the embodiment is as follows:
1. putting 35 parts by mass of calcium chloride, 12 parts by mass of ash calcium and 10 parts by mass of nano activated carbon powder into stirring equipment, and uniformly mixing and stirring;
2. 2 parts of plasticizer, 2 parts of polyethylene wax emulsion, 2 parts of water-soluble silicone oil, 18 parts of dichlorooctyl isothiazolinone and 2 parts of dispersant by mass are put into a high-speed dispersion machine and stirred and dispersed uniformly, the mixed powder obtained in the step 1 is added into the uniformly dispersed liquid mixture, the mixture is stirred and dispersed continuously, and finally 22 parts of deionized water by weight are put into the high-speed dispersion machine and dispersed at high speed for 20 minutes and then dispersed at low speed for 1 hour;
3. 2 parts of defoaming agent is added into the mixed solution after low-speed dispersion in the step 2, and the mixture is slowly mixed, stirred and defoamed;
4. and (3) feeding the defoamed mixed solution into a distillation concentration device for distillation concentration to obtain a paste, detecting the quality, and finally cutting and packaging according to the net content of 25 kg/block.

The liquid mildew-proof lubricating sterilization cream as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the liquid mildew-proof bactericidal cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of calcium chloride, 20-25 parts of ash calcium, 1-5 parts of plasticizer, 10-15 parts of nano activated carbon powder, 1-5 parts of polyethylene wax emulsion, 1-5 parts of water-soluble silicone oil, 45-55 parts of dichlorooctyl isothiazolinone, 1-5 parts of dispersant, 1-5 parts of defoamer and 40-50 parts of deionized water.

The liquid mildew-proof lubricating sterilization cream as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the liquid mildew-proof bactericidal cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of calcium chloride, 10-15 parts of ash calcium, 1-3 parts of plasticizer, 5-12 parts of nano activated carbon powder, 1-3 parts of polyethylene wax emulsion, 1-3 parts of water-soluble silicone oil, 10-20 parts of dichlorooctyl isothiazolinone, 1-3 parts of dispersant, 1-3 parts of defoamer and 20-25 parts of deionized water.
4. The liquid mildew-proof lubricating sterilization cream as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the plasticizer comprises one or more of dibutyl phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate and diisononyl phthalate.
5. The liquid mildew-proof lubricating sterilization cream as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the dispersing agent comprises one or more of stearic acid monoglyceride, microcrystalline paraffin and polyethylene glycol 200.
6. The liquid mildew-proof lubricating sterilization cream as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the defoaming agent comprises one or more of tributyl phosphate, higher alcohol, phenethyl alcohol oleate and lauryl phenylacetate.
7. The liquid mildew-proof lubricating sterilization cream is characterized in that: the processing technology comprises the following steps:
(1) 30-50 parts of calcium chloride, 10-25 parts of ash calcium and 5-15 parts of nano activated carbon powder by mass are put into a stirring device to be mixed and stirred uniformly;
(2) 1-5 parts of plasticizer, 1-5 parts of polyethylene wax emulsion, 1-5 parts of water-soluble silicone oil, 10-55 parts of dichlorooctyl isothiazolinone and 1-5 parts of dispersant by mass are put into a high-speed dispersion machine and stirred and dispersed uniformly, then the mixed powder obtained in the step (1) is added into the uniformly dispersed liquid mixture, the mixture is stirred and dispersed continuously, and finally 20-50 parts of deionized water by weight are put into the high-speed dispersion machine and dispersed at a high speed for 20 minutes and then dispersed at a low speed for 1-1.5 hours;
(3) adding 1-5 parts by mass of a defoaming agent into the mixed solution after low-speed dispersion in the step (2), slowly mixing, stirring and defoaming;
(4) and feeding the defoamed mixed solution into a distillation concentration device for distillation concentration to obtain a paste, detecting the quality, and finally cutting and packaging according to the specification.
