Abstract
The invention discloses an upper shaft grass winding prevention device for a conveying trough of a combine harvester, which comprises an anti-winding barrel arranged on an upper shaft of the conveying trough of the combine harvester, wherein the anti-winding barrel consists of two semicircular barrels, the anti-winding barrel is provided with a left upper counter bore, a left lower counter bore, a right upper counter bore and a right lower counter bore, a left connecting piece penetrates through the left upper counter bore and the left lower counter bore, and a right connecting piece penetrates through the right upper counter bore and the right lower counter bore; and a fixed pressing plate is arranged between the upper left counter bore and the left counter bore, the fixed pressing plate is horizontally arranged and extends out of the anti-winding cylinder, and the outer end of the fixed pressing plate is connected with a fixed beam in the conveying groove through a fixed connecting piece. In the invention, the original exposed connecting bolt is changed into a sunk type connecting bolt, the outer circular surface is smooth and has no bulge, and the stalks slide on the smooth circular surface without resistance and are not easy to wind; the anti-winding cylinder is fixed through the fixed pressing plate and is prevented from rotating.

Background
As shown in fig. 1-3, when a lodging crop is harvested (stem is wet, soft, straw returning and other factors) in an upper shaft anti-straw-winding device (including a longitudinal axial flow and a transverse axial flow combine harvester) of a conventional harvester conveying device, an original anti-straw-winding cylinder 3-1 of an upper shaft is easily wound, and a chain and an upper shaft are easily broken after the winding is stopped, so that the working efficiency is reduced; in the process of rotating the upper shaft, the stalks brought back by the scraper 2 are easily driven to rotate by the upper shaft rotating cylinder 3, so that the original anti-winding cylinder 3-1 of the upper shaft is wound to be dead and then the shaft is broken.

As shown in fig. 3-6, an upper shaft grass-winding prevention device for a conveying trough of a combine harvester comprises an anti-winding barrel 3 arranged on an upper shaft of the conveying trough of the combine harvester, wherein the anti-winding barrel consists of two semicircular barrels, the anti-winding barrel is provided with a left upper counter bore, a left lower counter bore, a right upper counter bore and a right lower counter bore, a left connecting piece 4 penetrates through the left upper counter bore and the left lower counter bore, and a right connecting piece 5 penetrates through the right upper counter bore and the right lower counter bore; and a fixed pressing plate 6 is arranged between the upper left counter bore and the left counter bore, the fixed pressing plate 6 is horizontally arranged and extends out of the anti-winding barrel 3, and the outer end of the fixed pressing plate 6 is connected with a fixed beam 8 in the conveying groove through a fixed connecting piece 7.

4. The shaft grass-winding prevention device on the conveying chute of the combine harvester as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connecting bolt of the winding prevention cylinder is a hexagon socket head cap screw.
5. The shaft grass winding prevention device on the conveying chute of the combine harvester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing connecting piece comprises a fixing bolt, a spring washer, a second gasket and a fixing nut which are arranged in sequence.
6. The shaft grass winding prevention device on the conveying chute of the combine harvester as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fixing bolt is a hexagon socket head cap screw.
7. The shaft grass winding prevention device on the conveying chute of the combine harvester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the radial two ends of the semicircular cylinder are respectively provided with a buckle and a sinking groove.
8. The shaft windup prevention device on a combine harvester conveyer trough according to claim 7, wherein the two semicircular cylinders are symmetrically spliced in the center, and the buckle and the sunken trough are matched with each other.
