For better understanding of the present invention, the charging policy update method, apparatus and system according to the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be noted that these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a charging policy update method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the charging policy updating method 200 in the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s210, obtaining the target charging strategy of the appointed service, and updating the charging strategy of part of users subscribing the appointed service based on the target charging strategy.
And S220, after updating, acquiring the call ticket records of the designated service corresponding to each user in part of users and the rating results corresponding to each call ticket record.
And S230, obtaining the current charging strategy of the appointed service ordered by each user based on each call bill record and each rating result.
S240, judging whether the charging strategy of the appointed service is updated successfully according to each current charging strategy, the target charging strategy and the preset charging strategy.
And S250, if yes, updating the charging strategy of all the users subscribing the specified service by using the target charging strategy.
The charging policy updating method provided by the embodiment of the invention selects part of the users of the specified service needing to update the charging policy to update the policy, namely selects part of the users under the charging policy scene needing to update the charging policy, thereby avoiding directly entering a charging engine to update the wholesale price of the full-volume charging scene and the full-volume charging users and saving the consumption of system resources.
In the embodiment of the invention, the designated service refers to a service that a user needs to pay for a service provider, and can be a voice communication service, a data traffic service, a short message/multimedia message service or an application service. As shown in fig. 1, the voice communication service may include services such as a national call, a group V network, a home V network, international long distance, international roaming, and a national called. The data traffic service includes services such as domestic traffic, promotion traffic, campus traffic and directional traffic.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the charging policy is generally a charging expression. As an example, if the specified service is a voice service, when the charging policy of the voice service needs to be updated, the voice charging expression is modified.
In step S210, updating the charging policy of each user based on the target charging policy means to update the original charging policy of the specified service of each user to the target charging policy.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step S240 includes the steps of:
s2401, if the current charging policy different from the target charging policy exists in each current charging policy, updating the charging policy of the designated service fails.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since an update exception occurs during the update process, the charging policy of the specified service is maintained unchanged and is not updated. Therefore, the call ticket record corresponding to each user and the rating result corresponding to the call ticket record need to be obtained first to calculate the current charging policy of the specified service, so as to judge whether the charging policy of the specified service is updated.
As an example, the original charging policy of the voice package a is: 0.1 yuan/min. At present, an operator wants to update the charging policy of the voice package a to: 0.08 yuan/min. Assume that the target billing policy is first set to 0.08 m/min and then the billing policies of the partial users who subscribe to voice package a are updated.
In the call ticket record of the user B who orders the voice package A, the conversation time of the user B using the voice package A is 50 minutes, and the rating result corresponding to the call ticket record of the user B is 5 yuan. In the call ticket record of the user C who orders the voice package A, the conversation time of the user C using the voice package A is 40 minutes, and the rating result corresponding to the call ticket record of the user B is 3.2 yuan.
The current charging strategy of the voice package A of the user B is 0.01 yuan/min and the current charging strategy of the voice package A of the user C is 0.08 yuan/min. That is, the current charging policy of the user C is the same as the target charging policy, and the current charging policy of the user B is the same as the original charging policy but different from the target charging policy. That is, the B subscriber has a problem of abnormal update, and therefore, it needs to first determine whether the current charging policy of each subscriber is the same as the target charging policy, so as to determine whether the charging policy of the specified service is updated successfully.
If the current charging strategy of the user is different from the target charging strategy in the selected part of the users subscribing the appointed service, the charging strategy of the appointed service is considered to be failed to update.
S2402, if the target charging policy is different from the preset charging policy, updating the charging policy of the designated service fails.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target charging expression corresponding to the target charging strategy is an expression input by a technical staff of an operator. In order to prevent the technician from having a problem during input, an error occurring when the preset billing policy monitors the billing policy configuration is previously stored. The preset charging strategy is a target of updating the charging strategy of the preset specified service.
As an example, the original charging policy of the voice package a is: 0.1 yuan/min. At present, an operator wants to update the charging policy of the voice package a to: 0.08 yuan/min, then 0.08 yuan/min is taken as the preset charging policy.
If the target charging policy is set to 0.09 yuan/min and an abnormality occurs when the target charging policy is set, even if the current charging policy of each user is 0.09 yuan/min, the charging policy of the specified service is considered to be failed to update because the target charging policy is different from the preset charging policy.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to ensure the accuracy when the target charging policy is set, the target charging policy may be compared with the preset charging policy after the target charging policy is obtained, and when the target charging policy is the same as the preset charging policy, the charging policy of a part of users is updated.
That is, the step of comparing the target charging policy with the preset charging policy is not limited in sequence, and may be modified.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the target charging policy is different from the preset charging policy, the target charging policy is modified, and S210 to S250 are executed again for the modified charging policy, until the charging policy of each of the partial users is updated to the preset charging policy.
The method of the embodiment of the invention can feed back and update the problems in the updating of the charging strategy in time, and reduce abnormal charging loss caused by updating errors of the charging configuration strategy.
S2403, if each current charging strategy is the same as the target charging strategy, and the target charging strategy is the same as the preset charging strategy, the charging strategy of the designated service is updated successfully.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, only when the charging policy of the specified service of each user is updated to the preset charging policy, the charging policy of the specified service is considered to be updated successfully.
And when the charging strategy of the selected appointed service of part of the users is updated successfully, updating the charging strategy of all the users subscribing the appointed service by using the target charging strategy. And when the charging strategies of all the users are updated successfully, all the users subscribing the specified service can be charged in batch according to the target charging strategy.
As shown in fig. 3, the update module includes a product management unit, a billing configuration management unit, and a gradation issuance unit. When updating the gray charging strategy, firstly, the charging strategy configuration file, namely the target charging strategy, is output from the product configuration management unit and the charging configuration management unit.
And then the charging strategy scene configuration file is executed in a gray mode through a gray level issuing unit, namely, a specific charging strategy scene configuration file needing to be updated is selected for updating. For example, the designated service is a corporate V network. The specific charging strategy scene needing to be updated is the charging strategy of partial users of the subscription group V network.
Gray scale distribution is one of the distribution methods that can make a smooth transition. Assume that a portion of the users continue to use charging policy D and another portion of the users use updated charging policy F. If the user has no objection to the charging policy D, the scope is gradually expanded and all users are migrated over to the charging policy F. The stability of the whole system can be ensured by gray scale release, and problems can be found and adjusted in the initial gray scale so as to ensure the influence degree of the gray scale.
The acquisition module comprises a charging preprocessing unit, a call ticket management unit and a gray control range management unit. After the gray scale mode is updated, the call ticket record of the designated service corresponding to each user in the specific scene can be obtained through the charging preprocessing module and the call ticket management module. Then, the gray control range management unit generates a rating result of each user according to each ticket record.
The error management module comprises a strategy determination module and a judgment module. The error management module calculates the current charging strategy of each user, and then judges whether the charging strategy of the designated service is updated successfully or not based on each current charging strategy, the target charging strategy and the preset charging strategy.
If the charging strategy updating is judged to be failed in the error management module, the charging configuration management unit is returned to modify the configuration file again. If the error management module judges that the charging strategy is updated successfully, the charging engine is directly entered, and the updated charging configuration strategy is used for executing the full-volume user to meter the wholesale price.
