Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of light-resistant curtains, in particular to a manufacturing method of a black grid light-resistant curtain for a laser television.
Background
The laser television uses semiconductor pump solid laser working substance to generate three-wavelength continuous laser as light source of color laser television, and controls three-primary-color laser scanning image by television signal. The color gamut coverage can reach more than 90% of the color gamut range of human eyes theoretically, which improves the grade compared with the highest 62% color gamut coverage of the prior common projector.
The laser televisions in the current market are basically short-focus laser projection, and have the advantages of convenience in installation and no space occupation. Due to the characteristic of short focal length, the curtain of the laser television can be greatly different from the common projection curtain. The laser television can exert the display advantages of the laser television to the maximum extent only by matching with the light-resistant screen.
Generally speaking, there are two main types of light-resistant curtains: one is called black grid and the other is called Fresnel. Both have the light-resistant effect because of their special saw-tooth structures, but the saw-tooth structures are different.
At present, the manufacturing process of the black grid light-resistant screen is complex, the difficulty is high, and the efficiency is low.

Preferably, when the black light absorbing layer is printed in step S3), a corresponding printing pattern template is made for the prism structure, the printing pattern template is a spaced stripe pattern, and is printed onto the light absorbing surface of the prism structure using a pad printing cylinder of a gravure pad printing apparatus.
