Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for identifying harassing call numbers, which are used for solving the problem that harassing number resources identified by different methods cannot be shared in the prior art. After the accounting node is determined to be used as a main accounting node, according to the labeling information of the telephone numbers in the block chain transaction pool, the telephone numbers are added into a new harassing number block after the telephone numbers meet the harassing call condition; broadcasting a new harassing number block in the block chain system and adding the new harassing number block into a block chain managed by the block chain system. Therefore, all the systems capable of identifying the harassing telephone numbers are used as the nodes of the block chain, the harassing numbers identified by all the systems are used as blocks in the block chain and are shared by all the nodes, when the system is used, the processing node searches the block chain, acquires the telephone numbers from the block chain, and processes the telephone numbers which are the same as the inquired telephone numbers as harassing calls.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of block chains, in particular to a method and a device for identifying crank call numbers.

Background

With the development of communication technology, the number of users of communication service has become huge, and the following telephone disturbance has become a non-negligible problem.

At present, in order to identify a harassing number and avoid telephone harassment, whether an incoming call belongs to a harassing call needs to be correctly identified. The identification of nuisance telephone numbers is mainly determined in the following manner.

The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a user directly submits to a telecom operator, the operator further performs manual verification, and corresponding plugging processing is performed according to the internal regulation of a company;

secondly, a mobile phone user installs a certain app, number property marking is carried out on a popup page after the call is completed, and the number property which is determined by an algorithm in the app system can be seen in the incoming call by means of the function provided by the app;

and thirdly, the user independently adds a mobile phone blacklist and directly shields the corresponding crank number calls and short messages.

However, in the existing junk mobile phone number identification, harassing phone number data marked or complained by a user are stored in own systems such as an operator and a mobile phone app, the systems are independent of each other, and the data cannot be shared, so that a large number of harassing phone numbers are marked as harassing phone numbers by a certain system, and other systems are still normally displayed.

In summary, the harassing number resources identified by different methods in the prior art cannot be shared.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a method and a device for identifying crank call numbers, which are used for solving the problem that crank number resources identified by different methods cannot be shared in the prior art.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for identifying a crank call number, where the method includes:

after determining that the accounting node is used as a main accounting node, adding a telephone number into a new harassing number block after determining that the corresponding telephone number in a blockchain transaction pool meets a harassing call condition according to the tagging information of the telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool, wherein the telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool and the tagging information of the telephone number are submitted by proxy nodes;

and the accounting node broadcasts the new harassing number block in a block chain system and adds the new harassing number block into a block chain managed by the accounting node.

In the method, after the accounting node is determined to be a main accounting node, the corresponding telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool is determined to meet the harassing call condition according to the labeling information of the telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool, and then the telephone number is added into a new harassing number block; broadcasting a new harassing number block in the block chain system and adding the new harassing number block into a block chain managed by the agent node, and acquiring the telephone number from the block chain managed by the accounting node by the agent node and processing the acquired telephone number as a harassing call. In a possible implementation manner, after determining that the accounting node is a main accounting node, before determining that the telephone number corresponding to the blockchain transaction pool meets a set harassing call condition, the accounting node further includes:

the accounting node determines the labeling dispersion degree of the telephone number according to the number of the users labeled with the telephone number through the proxy node and the total number of the users in the block chain system;

and when the accounting node determines that the number of the labeled information of the telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool is greater than a set first threshold value and the sum of the time weight of the telephone number and the labeling dispersion degree of the telephone number is greater than a set numerical value, determining that the telephone number meets a set crank call condition.

According to any telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool, firstly, the time weight of the telephone number is determined according to the marking time in the marking information of the telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool and the weight corresponding to the preset first time interval; determining the labeling dispersion degree of the telephone numbers according to the number of the users labeling the telephone numbers through the proxy nodes and the total number of the users in the block chain system; and when the accounting node determines that the number of the labeled information of the telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool is greater than a set first threshold value and the sum of the time weight of the telephone number and the labeling dispersion degree of the telephone number is greater than a set numerical value, determining that the telephone number meets the set crank call condition. The telephone numbers submitted to the transaction pool are judged according to set conditions, if the telephone numbers meet the harassment conditions, a harassment telephone block is generated according to the telephone numbers, a new harassment telephone block is broadcasted, and the block is sent to a block chain managed by the block chain.

In a possible implementation manner, after the accounting node receives the re-enabling information of the harassing phone numbers initiated by the agent node, if the number of times that the agent node submits the marked telephone numbers in the block chain transaction pool to the harassing phone numbers in a set second time interval is smaller than a set second threshold, the harassing phone numbers are added into a new number revocation block, and the new number revocation block is broadcasted in a block chain system and added into a block chain.

and the accounting node respectively sends corresponding rewards to the user, the proxy node and the accounting node according to a preset integral reward proportion.

The method comprises the steps that a billing node determines a user for marking the telephone number according to marking information of the telephone number, submits the telephone number and the marking information of the telephone number to an agent node of a block chain transaction pool, and determines whether the telephone number meets set harassing call conditions according to the marking information of the telephone number; and respectively sending corresponding rewards to the user, the agent node and the accounting node according to a preset integral reward proportion. Therefore, the enthusiasm of the user and each node for maintaining the system can be stimulated to ensure the good operation of the system.

In a possible implementation manner, when the accounting node obtains the labeled phone number submitted by the agent node and the labeling information of the phone number from the blockchain transaction pool, the accounting node further includes:

when the accounting node determines that the duration of the marked telephone number which does not meet the harassing call condition duration reaches a set third threshold according to the marking time in the marking information of the telephone number, the accounting node determines a user who marks the telephone number and an agent node which submits the telephone number and the marking information of the telephone number to a block chain transaction pool according to the marking information of the telephone number;

and the accounting node implements corresponding penalty measures on the user and the proxy node according to a set penalty rule, and deletes the telephone number and the marking information of the telephone number from the blockchain transaction pool.

According to the method, when the accounting node determines that the duration of the marked telephone number which does not meet the harassing call condition duration reaches a set third threshold value according to the marking time in the marking information of the telephone number, the accounting node determines a user marking the telephone number and an agent node submitting the telephone number and the marking information of the telephone number to a block chain transaction pool according to the marking information of the telephone number; and implementing corresponding penalty measures for the user and the proxy node according to the set penalty rules, and deleting the telephone number and the marking information of the telephone number from the blockchain transaction pool. Therefore, the occurrence of malicious labeling conditions can be reduced, the normal operation of the system is ensured, and the system loss is reduced.

In a possible implementation manner, after determining that the accounting node does not serve as a main accounting node, the accounting node receives a new harassment number block sent by the main accounting node;

and the accounting node adds the new harassment number block into a block chain managed by the accounting node.

According to the method, each accounting node maintains one block chain, so that a block chain system can simultaneously maintain a plurality of block chains, and the fault tolerance of the block chain system is improved.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for identifying a crank call number, where the method includes:

the method comprises the steps that an agent node acquires a telephone number from a block of a block chain managed by an accounting node, wherein the telephone number in the block is added into the block after the telephone number in a block chain transaction pool serving as a main accounting node meets a harassing call condition;

and the proxy node processes the acquired telephone number as a harassing call.

In the method, a main accounting node adds a telephone number into a new harassing number block after determining that the corresponding telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool meets a harassing call condition according to the marking information of the telephone number in the blockchain transaction pool; after a new harassing number block is broadcasted in the block chain system and the new harassing number block is added into a block chain managed by the agent node, the agent node acquires a telephone number from the block chain managed by the accounting node and processes the acquired telephone number as a harassing call. Therefore, all nodes in the block chain system can acquire the determined telephone numbers meeting the harassment conditions in the whole system through the block chain maintained by the accounting node of the block chain, namely, the harassment numbers identified by all the systems are used as blocks in the block chain and shared by all the nodes, when the block chain is used, the processing node searches the block chain, acquires the telephone numbers from the block chain, and processes the telephone numbers which are the same as the inquired telephone numbers as harassment calls.

In a possible implementation mode, the agent node marks information of the telephone number according to a telephone harassment number marked by a user;

and the agent node uploads the telephone number and the labeling information of the telephone number to a block chain transaction pool.

According to the method, the agent node marks information of the telephone number of the telephone harassment number marked by the user; and uploading the telephone number and the labeled information of the telephone number to a blockchain transaction pool. In this way, the agent node uses the labeling information of the user to the telephone number as the original identification data source to support the system operation.

In one possible implementation, the agent node determines the number of users of the agent and broadcasts in the blockchain system, and receives the number of users of the agent sent by other agent nodes;

In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an accounting node for identifying a crank call number, where the accounting node includes at least one processing unit and at least one storage unit, and the device has functions of implementing the embodiments of the first aspect.

In a sixth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a proxy node for identifying a crank call number, where the proxy node includes at least one processing unit and at least one storage unit, and the device has a function of implementing each embodiment of the second aspect.

Seventh aspect, a computer-storable medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the above-described method.

Detailed Description

After the harassing numbers are identified in the prior art, harassing phone number data marked or complained by a user are stored in own systems such as an operator and a mobile phone app, the systems are independent of each other, and the data cannot be shared, so that a large number of harassing numbers are marked as harassing phone numbers by a certain system, and other systems are still normally displayed.

In order to solve the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for identifying a crank call number, so as to implement that crank number resources identified by different methods can be shared.

In the embodiment of the invention, nuisance numbers of systems such as operators, mobile phone apps and the like are integrated through a block chain technology, and a set of block chain system is maintained by all the systems.

The block chain system comprises the following components: accounting node, proxy node, and general user.

The accounting node is mainly used for judging whether the telephone numbers submitted by the agent node meet harassment conditions or not and maintaining the block chain system. In addition, all the accounting nodes in the block chain are selected from the agent nodes, and the accounting nodes can play the same role as the things which can be processed by the agent nodes.

The agent node is mainly used for collecting the telephone number marked by the ordinary user after the call is made and the marking information corresponding to the telephone number. The proxy node in the blockchain may be an app development annotator, an app developed by an operator, or the like.

Wherein, the accounting node is reduced to a proxy node under a certain condition; and the agent node can be elected as a billing node after a certain condition is met, and the billing node and the agent node are not invariable. Wherein the agent may also label the telephone number.

The ordinary user marks the telephone number of the call after the call is made, and the original crank call data is provided.

As shown in fig. 1, in the system for identifying a crank call number according to an embodiment of the present invention, each of a plurality of agent nodes in the system is an agent node, where each of the agent nodes is an agent of a plurality of general users, that is, a user may mark a telephone number through the agent node; the billers in the system are elected by the agent node.

Before the agent node acquires the telephone number from the block of the block chain managed by the accounting node, when the agent node selects the accounting node, the computer can randomly select the accounting node of the block chain from all the accounting nodes according to the random code; or numbering all the accounting nodes, and selecting the accounting nodes for acquiring the block chain according to a set sequence.

When the proxy node treats the acquired telephone number as a harassing call, if the proxy node is an operator, the proxy node calls data in a block chain system and blocks a junk number according to a system; if the proxy node is an app developer, the proxy node calls data in the block chain system, and the user automatically displays the junk numbers when making or receiving calls.

In particular implementations, the crank telephone number may be a fraud call, a promotional call for various services, or the like.

The labeling information of the phone number submitted by the agent to the blockchain transaction pool includes but is not limited to: time of tagging the phone number, user tagging the phone number, submitting the phone number and tagging information of the phone number to an agent node in a blockchain transaction pool, and so on.

As will be illustrated below.

Firstly, the agent node is required to label information of the telephone number of the telephone harassment number marked by the user in the embodiment of the invention; and uploading the telephone number and the labeled information of the telephone number to a blockchain transaction pool.

In addition, the proxy node can also label the telephone number directly.

In specific implementation, after the accounting node determines that the accounting node is used as a main accounting node, the accounting node can delete the telephone numbers which are determined to meet the harassment condition in the blockchain transaction pool before adding the telephone numbers into a new harassment number block after determining that the corresponding telephone numbers in the blockchain transaction pool meet the harassment telephone condition according to the labeling information of the telephone numbers in the blockchain transaction pool.
