For example, after the calling user calls the called user, the called user replies the called signaling of the calling user to obtain the 180 messages, and then the called user B can be determined to be in the ringing state, and if the called user B is not in the service area or is turned off, the 180 messages cannot be detected in the called signaling.
The incoming call reminding information mentioned in the embodiment of the invention is issued to the called user after the called user rings, and the reminding information does not need to be sent in other states, so the embodiment of the invention directly determines the required ringing message in the signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements of the IMS network when the calling user calls the called user in a signaling monitoring mode.
Optionally, the signaling monitoring server obtains the called signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements in the following manner:
in the first obtaining mode, the signaling monitoring server monitors the signaling link between the IMS network elements through an optical splitter, and determines the called signaling in the signaling transmitted by the signaling link between the IMS network elements.
If the signaling link between the IMS network elements adopts optical transmission, monitoring is carried out through an optical splitter, wherein the optical splitter is mainly used for splitting the signaling link (network cable) between the IMS networks to realize that the signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements is transmitted to a signaling monitoring server, so that the signaling monitoring server analyzes the monitored signaling to obtain information such as VOLTE user call information and IP addresses capable of judging the current call state of the VOLTE user.
And in the second acquisition mode, the signaling monitoring server monitors the signaling link between the IMS network elements through a TAP (Test Access Point, a splitter), and determines the called signaling in the signaling transmitted by the signaling link between the IMS network elements.
And if the signaling link between the IMS network elements adopts optical transmission, monitoring through TAP equipment.
It should be noted that, the manner in which the signaling monitoring server obtains the called signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements recited in the embodiment of the present invention is only an example, and any manner in which the signaling monitoring server obtains the called signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements is applicable to the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the determining, by the incoming call information alert server, the call state of the called user according to the IMS network element group includes:
the incoming call information reminding server judges whether the IMS network element group is an IMS network element group called under the VOLTE call state;
if so, the call information reminding server determines that the call state of the called user is a VOLTE state;
otherwise, the incoming call information reminding server determines that the call state of the called user is a non-VOLTE state.
For example, the incoming call information reminding server stores a corresponding relationship between an IMS network element group 1 and an IMS network element group 2 and a user call state in advance, manages an IMS network element group called in a VOLTE state as the IMS network element group 1, including the IMS network element 1, the IMS network element 2, and the IMS network element group 3, and manages an IMS network element group called in a non-VOLTE state as the IMS network element group 2, including the IMS network element 4, the IMS network element 5, and the IMS network element 6.
If the incoming call information reminding server receives the IP addresses of the three IMS network elements, namely IP4, IP5 and IP6, wherein the IP4 is the IP address of the IMS network element 4, the IP5 is the IP address of the IMS network element 5, and the IP6 is the IP address of the IMS network element 6, and the corresponding IMS network element group is determined to be the IMS network element group 2 according to the IP addresses, the current call of the called user can be determined to be in a non-VOLTE state.
If the incoming call information reminding server receives the IP addresses of the three IMS network elements, namely IP1, IP2 and IP3, wherein the IP1 is the IP address of the IMS network element 1, the IP2 is the IP address of the IMS network element 2, and the IP3 is the IP address of the IMS network element 3, and the corresponding IMS network element group is determined to be the IMS network element group 1 according to the IP addresses, the current call of the called user can be determined to be in the VOLTE state.
Further, the signaling monitoring server obtains called information of the called user from the called signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements and sends the called information to the signaling monitoring server, and after receiving the called information sent by the signaling monitoring server, the incoming call information reminding server can determine whether the calling user or the called user is an incoming call reminding registered user according to the called information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the signaling monitoring server is adopted to monitor the signaling of the IMS system, the called information of the called user is directly obtained in real time in the monitored signaling, the IFC is not required to be preset for the called user, and a special AS is not required, wherein the IFC corresponds to the AS one by one, the effect is better, and the load of the system is reduced.
The called information of the called user includes, but is not limited to, part or all of the following:
called number, calling time.
If the calling user or the called user is a call reminding registered user, the call information reminding server determines reminding information sent to the called user according to the called information;
and the incoming call information reminding server determines a transmission path of the reminding information according to the call state of the called user and sends the reminding information to the called user through the determined transmission path.
The incoming call reminding service includes, but is not limited to, part or all of the following:
harassing call prompts, enterprise color prints, enterprise business cards, personal color prints, and personal business cards.
For example, a user a calls a user B, the user B rings, wherein the user a is a calling user, the user B is a called user, in the process of the user a calling the user B, a calling-called signaling interaction is started between network elements of the IMS network, called information of the called user B is obtained by monitoring an invite (request) message in a called signaling transmitted between the network elements of the IMS network, the called information includes a called number, a calling time, and the like, and the calling number is: 01022276, called number 123456789, call time 2018, 11, 12: 00.
the incoming call information reminding server judges according to the called information, data information of a user registering the incoming call reminding service, such as the number of the registered user and the registered service thereof, is stored in the incoming call information reminding server in advance, for example, the prestored information is registered user 123456789 to register harassing call reminding service, the incoming call information reminding server determines that the called user registers harassing call reminding service by analyzing the called number in the called information, and simultaneously, a short message which is to be issued to the called user B is issued according to the matching of the calling number and the calling time, as shown in fig. 2, the number is analyzed according to the calling number and marked as express service, and a short message which is to be issued to the called user B is issued according to the matching.
If the fact that the called party does not register the incoming call reminding service is determined through judgment, the fact that reminding short messages are not needed to be sent to the called party to remind harassing call information and the like is indicated. Optionally, whether the calling user registers an incoming call information reminding service is further judged, and part of color printing or business card related services in the service send some predefined information of the registered user to the called user when the registered user calls the called user.
Supposing that the incoming call information reminding server determines that the calling user registers the personal business card service by analyzing the calling number in the called information, the main purpose is to show the business card of the calling user to the called user, as shown in fig. 3, after the calling user a calls the called user B and the called user B rings, the personal business card of the calling user a is shown to the called user B in the form of short message. The prompt information displayed in the figure is the personal business card information preset by the calling user A, and the incoming call information reminding server stores the user data for registering the personal business card service in advance, wherein the user data comprises the preset personal business card information, and the prompt information can be determined directly according to the called information.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to send the enterprise business card information to the called user B, after the calling user a calls the called user B and the called user B rings, the enterprise business card of the calling user a is displayed to the called user B in the form of a short message. The prompt information displayed in the figure is the enterprise business card information preset by the calling user a.
Optionally, the method of the embodiment of the invention is also suitable for sending the reminding short message to the calling subscriber. For example, enterprise color printing, personal color printing, enterprise business card and personal business card services are divided into two types, namely a calling side color printing service and a called side color printing service, and preset catering enterprise information is pushed to a client when the client dials a telephone of a catering enterprise, namely color printing information is pushed to a calling user, and the called user is an incoming call short message reminding user for registering the called side color printing; for the calling color printing service, when an enterprise dials the telephone of a called party, preset information is pushed to a client, marketing information is transmitted for publicity, namely color printing information is pushed to a called party, and the calling party is a calling short message reminding user for registering the called color printing.
Optionally, the incoming call information reminding server determines a transmission path of the reminding information according to the call state of the called user, and sends the reminding information to the called user through the determined transmission path.
For example, the incoming call information reminding server determines that the called user is currently in the VOLTE call state by judging, and sends the reminding information to the short message center, and the short message center sends the reminding short message to the called user B in a flash form.
If the incoming call information reminding server determines that the called user is currently in a non-VOLTE call state through judgment, the reminding information is sent to a USSD center, and a reminding short message is sent to the called user B in a USSD form by the USSD center.
Optionally, the signaling monitoring server and the incoming call alert server in the embodiment of the present invention may be integrated into a server, for example, an application server, and in this case, the signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements monitored by the optical splitter is directly sent to the application server, so that the application server obtains the ringing message in the called signaling and the internet protocol IP address, the called information, and the like of at least one IMS network element performing signaling interaction, and performs determination according to the obtained information.
The application server stores data of short message reminding registered users, judges whether a calling user and a called user are registered users according to called information, determines the calling number and time corresponding to the registered users when the registered users are called or calling, matches reminding information to be issued, determines a transmission path for reminding a short message according to the call state after judging the call state of the called user according to an IP address, and issues the matched reminding information to the called user through the determined transmission path.
As shown in fig. 5, a method for determining a call state of a user according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 500: the signaling monitoring server acquires a ringing message and at least one IP address of the IMS network element for signaling interaction from a called signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements;
step 501: and after determining that the called user is in a ringing state according to the ringing message, the signaling monitoring server sends the IP address to an incoming call information reminding server so that the incoming call information reminding server determines the call state of the called user according to the IP address.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the signaling monitoring server acquires the called information of the called user from the called signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements and sends the called information to the signaling monitoring server, so that the signaling monitoring server judges whether the calling user or the called user is an incoming call reminding registered user or not according to the called information.

Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a system for determining a user call state according to an embodiment of the present invention, which mainly includes a USSD center, a short message center, an incoming call information reminding server, each IMS, a signaling link, and a signaling monitoring server.
The signaling monitoring server is used for branching a signaling link (network cable) between the IMS through the TAP to realize that the signaling is sent to the signaling analysis server, and analyzing the signaling of all the signaling links between the IMS network elements.
The server screens out the calling number and time of the registered user as the called or calling party (part) through the information sent by the signaling detection server, matches the reminding information to be sent, and sends the reminding information to the USSD center or the short message center in real time.
And the short message center is connected with the incoming call information reminding server and sends the information sent by the short message center to the registered user in a flash mode.
And the USSD center is connected with the incoming call information reminding server and sends the information sent by the incoming call information reminding server to the registered user in a USSD mode.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for determining a user call state, and since the device is a device in the method in the embodiment of the present invention, and a principle of the device for solving the problem is similar to that of the method, the implementation of the device may refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are omitted.

As shown in fig. 12, a complete method for determining a user call state according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 1200, the signaling monitoring server monitors the signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements through the optical splitter;
step 1201, the signaling monitoring server obtains the detected called information, 180 messages in the called signaling and the internet protocol IP address of at least one IMS network element for signaling interaction;
step 1202, the signaling monitoring server sends the IP address and the called information to an incoming call information reminding server after determining that the called user is in a ringing state according to 180 message analysis;
step 1203, the incoming call information reminding server receives at least one IP address and called information sent by the signaling monitoring server;
step 1204, the incoming call information reminding server determines the call state of the called user according to the IP address;
step 1205, the incoming call information reminding server determines that the called user is an incoming call reminding registered user according to the called information and then determines reminding information sent to the called user;
step 1206, the incoming call information reminding server determines a transmission path of the reminding information according to the call state of the called user, and sends the reminding information to the called user through the determined transmission path.
As shown in fig. 13, a complete method for performing incoming call short message reminding by determining a call state of a user according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 1300, user A initiates a call to user B, and the call signaling reaches IMS where user B is located;
step 1301, ringing of the user B;
step 1302, the signaling monitoring server monitors the message of the calling and called number 180 and the IP address where the signaling message is located in the ringing signaling of the user B (i.e. the IP address of the network element performing signaling transmission);
step 1303, the signaling monitoring server sends the monitored messages of the calling and called numbers, the IP addresses and the like to the incoming call reminding server;
step 1304, the signaling monitoring server sends the reminding information to the short message center to send the reminding information to the user B in a flash form when judging that the user B is VOLTE communication;
step 1305, the signaling monitoring server sends the reminding information to the USSD center to send to the user B in a USSD form if the user B is judged to be a non-VOLTE call.
Among them, an MSC (Mobile Switching Center) is one of core network elements of a communication system, and is a device for providing a call transfer service and call control between a telephone and a data system. The MSC converts all calls between the mobile phone and the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) and other mobile phones. The MSC completes functions such as call connection, handoff control, and radio channel management, and is also an interface device between the mobile network and a fixed network such as PSTN and ISDN (Integrated Services Digital network).
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable non-volatile storage medium, which includes a program code, and when the program code runs on a computing terminal, the program code is configured to enable the computing terminal to execute the steps of the method for determining the user call state according to the embodiment of the present invention.

1. A method for judging a call state of a user is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the signaling monitoring server acquires ringing messages from called signaling transmitted between IMS network elements in a network protocol multimedia subsystem technology and acquires at least one Internet Protocol (IP) address of the IMS network element for signaling interaction for judging the call state of a user;
after the signaling monitoring server determines that the called user is in a ringing state according to the ringing message, the IP address is sent to an incoming call information reminding server, so that the incoming call information reminding server determines an IMS network element group corresponding to the IP address and used for signaling interaction according to the IP address, and determines the IMS network element group according to the IMS network element group to determine the call state of the called user; wherein the set of IMS network elements includes at least one IMS network element.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the signaling monitoring server acquires the called information of the called user from the called signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements and sends the called information to the signaling monitoring server, so that the signaling monitoring server judges whether the calling user or the called user is an incoming call reminding registered user or not according to the called information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the signaling monitoring server obtains the called signaling transferred between the IMS network elements by:
and the signaling monitoring server monitors the signaling link between the IMS network elements through a splitter or a splitter TAP, and determines the called signaling in the signaling transmitted by the signaling link between the IMS network elements.
4. A method for judging a call state of a user is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps that an incoming call information reminding server receives at least one IP address sent by a signaling monitoring server, wherein the IP address is an Internet protocol IP address of at least one called signaling interaction IMS network element acquired by the signaling monitoring server from called signaling transmitted between network protocol multimedia subsystem technology IMS network elements;
the incoming call information reminding server determines an IMS network element group which is corresponding to the IP address and carries out signaling interaction according to the IP address, wherein the IMS network element group comprises at least one IMS network element;
and the call information reminding server determines the call state of the called user according to the IMS network element group.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining, by the incoming call information alert class server, the call state of the called user according to the IMS network element group comprises:
the incoming call information reminding server judges whether the IMS network element group is an IMS network element group for calling in a VOLTE (voice over long term evolution) conversation state;
if so, the call information reminding server determines that the call state of the called user is a VOLTE state;
otherwise, the call information reminding server determines that the call state of the called user is a non-VOLTE state.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
the call information reminding server receives the called information of the called user sent by the signaling monitoring server and judges whether the calling user or the called user is a call reminding registered user or not according to the called information;
if yes, the incoming call information reminding server determines reminding information sent to the called user according to the called information;
and the incoming call information reminding server determines a transmission path of the reminding information according to the call state of the called user and sends the reminding information to the called user through the determined transmission path.
7. An apparatus for determining a call state of a user, the apparatus comprising: a processor and a transceiver:
the processor: the system comprises a transceiver, a network protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) network element and a network protocol IP address, wherein the transceiver is used for acquiring ringing messages from called signaling transmitted between IMS network elements in the network protocol multimedia subsystem technology and acquiring at least one Internet protocol IP address of the IMS network element for signaling interaction for judging the call state of a user;
after the called user is determined to be in the ringing state according to the ringing message, the IP address is sent to an incoming call information reminding server, so that the incoming call information reminding server determines an IMS network element group which is corresponding to the IP address and performs signaling interaction according to the IP address, and determines the IMS network element group according to the IMS network element group to determine the call state of the called user; wherein the set of IMS network elements includes at least one IMS network element.
8. The device of claim 7, wherein the processor is further configured to:
and acquiring the called information of the called user from the called signaling transmitted between the IMS network elements and sending the called information to a signaling monitoring server, so that the signaling monitoring server judges whether the calling user or the called user is an incoming call reminding registered user or not according to the called information.

monitoring the signaling link between the IMS network elements through an optical splitter or a splitter TAP, and determining the called signaling in the signaling transmitted by the signaling link between the IMS network elements.

determining an IMS network element group which is corresponding to the IP address and performs signaling interaction according to the IP address, wherein the IMS network element group comprises at least one IMS network element; and determining the call state of the called user according to the IMS network element group.
11. The device of claim 10, wherein the processor is specifically configured to:
judging whether the IMS network element group is an IMS network element group for calling in a VOLTE call state;
if so, determining that the call state of the called user is a VOLTE state;
otherwise, determining the call state of the called user as a non-VOLTE state.
12. The device of claim 10, wherein the processor is further configured to:
receiving called information of the called user sent by the signaling monitoring server and judging whether a calling user or the called user is an incoming call reminding registered user or not according to the called information;
if yes, determining reminding information sent to the called user according to the called information;
and determining a transmission path of the reminding information according to the call state of the called user, and sending the reminding information to the called user through the determined transmission path.

An apparatus for determining a call state of a user, the apparatus comprising: at least one processing unit and at least one memory unit, wherein the memory unit stores program code which, when executed by the processing unit, causes the processing unit to perform the steps of the apparatus of any of claims 7 to 9, the steps of the apparatus of any of claims 10 to 12.
14. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and the steps of the method according to any one of claims 4 to 6.
