The gear plate 330 is used for installing the glue brush 340 and rotates under the action of external force to further drive the glue brush 340 to rotate relative to the dust screen 220, so that the glue brush 340 generates friction force on the dust screen 220, dust is scraped off from the dust screen 220, and the dust cleaning operation on the dust screen 220 is realized. It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the projection area of the glue brush 340 in the vertical direction is larger than the cross-sectional area of the vent 110. Thus, when the rubber brush 340 is abutted against the dust screen 220, the rubber brush 340 positioned on the periphery of the gear plate 330 can completely surround the dust screen 220, so that the edge part of the dust screen 220 is also abutted against the rubber brush 340, thereby being beneficial to removing dust on the edge of the dust screen 220, avoiding the occurrence of ash removal dead corners and ensuring the ash removal effect.
In one embodiment, the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the ash falling holes 331 to the cross-sectional area of the gear plate 330 is between 2:3 and 7: 8. Preferably, the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the dust falling holes 331 to the cross-sectional area of the gear plate 330 is 5: 6. In other words, the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the dust falling holes 331 on the gear plate 330 accounts for the larger proportion of the cross-sectional area of the gear plate 330, so that the dust accumulation on the gear plate 330 is reduced while the mechanical strength of the gear plate 330 is ensured and the arrangement of the glue brushes 340 is facilitated, that is, the dust is prevented from blocking the dust falling holes 331, and the effective use of the dust removing assembly 300 is ensured.
In one embodiment, the glue brush 340 is removably attached to the gear plate 330. Preferably, the glue brush 340 is snapped onto the gear plate 330. With the increase of the dust removing times of the dust screen 220, the abrasion amount of the rubber brush 340 gradually increases, and when the sleeve 310 moves to one end of the guide hole 121 adjacent to the top of the box 100, and the tail end of the rubber brush 340 still cannot abut against the dust screen 220, that is, the rubber brush 340 cannot continuously scrape off dust on the dust screen 220, a new rubber brush 340 can be replaced, so as to facilitate the dust removing assembly 300 to continuously perform dust removing operation on the dust screen 220. It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the mesh plate 320 is provided with an annular enclosure 321, the annular enclosure 321 is concentric with the gear plate 330 and surrounds each glue brush 340, and the horizontal height of the top of the annular enclosure 321 is slightly lower than the horizontal height of the end of the glue brush 340. Thus, on the premise of ensuring the full contact between the end of the rubber brush 340 and the dust screen 220, the annular enclosure 321 shields the rubber brush 340, in other words, the ash removal operation space is limited in the space enclosed by the annular enclosure 321 and the gear plate 330, so as to avoid the occurrence of dust escape during the scraping of dust by the rubber brush 340, thereby ensuring the air quality in the inner cavity of the box 100.
The rotating rod 360 is used for rotating under the action of an external force and sequentially driving the second conical gear 370, the first conical gear 350 and the gear disc 330 to rotate, so that the glue brush 340 on the gear disc 330 rotates relative to the dust screen 220, and dust on the dust screen 220 is brushed off. In one embodiment, the rotating rod 360 is provided with a rotating button 361 at an end thereof away from the second conical gear 370. Preferably, the button 361 is provided with anti-slip lines. Through set up knob 361 on bull stick 360, only need twist knob 361 and can drive bull stick 360 and rotate, reduced the operation degree of difficulty of dust screen 220 dust removal operation.
The bottom cover 380 is used for receiving dust brushed off by the dust screen 220 and collecting the dust, so as to be beneficial to centralized processing of the brushed off dust. In one embodiment, the bottom cap 380 is threadably coupled to the mesh plate 320. In another embodiment, the bottom cover 380 is snap-fit to the mesh plate 320. In this way, after the dust screen 220 is cleaned each time, the bottom cover 380 can be detached and the dust in the bottom cover 380 can be poured out, so that the dust in the bottom cover 380 can be prevented from flowing into the inner cavity of the box 100 again under the action of external air flow, and the dust cleaning effect can be ensured. The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

A box-type substation is characterized by comprising a box body, a dustproof assembly and a dust removal assembly, wherein the top of the box body is provided with a vent hole, a guide plate is arranged on the inner surface of the box body and close to the vent hole, the dustproof assembly comprises a top bin and a dustproof net, the top bin is positioned on the outer side of the box body and is abutted against the edge of the vent hole, and the dustproof net is accommodated in an inner cavity of the box body and is detachably connected with the edge of the vent hole;
the dust removal component comprises a sleeve, a mesh plate, a gear disc, a plurality of rubber brushes, a first conical gear, a rotating rod, a second conical gear and a bottom cover, the sleeve is connected with the guide plate in a sliding way, the mesh plate is connected with one end of the sleeve and corresponds to the dust screen, the gear disc is rotationally connected with the mesh plate, a plurality of dust falling holes are formed in the gear disc, a plurality of glue brushes are uniformly arranged on the gear disc, the tail end of each glue brush is adjacent to the dust screen, the first conical gear is rotatably arranged on the mesh plate and is meshed with the gear plate, the rotating rod penetrates through the sleeve and the guide plate and is connected with the second conical gear, the rotating rod is respectively connected with the sleeve and the guide plate in a rotating mode, the second conical gear is meshed with the first conical gear, and the bottom cover is detachably connected with one surface, back to the gear disc, of the mesh plate;
the sleeve is used for driving the mesh plate to be close to the dustproof net under the action of external force, and the rotating rod is used for rotating under the action of external force and driving the gear disc and the rubber brush to rotate relative to the dustproof net so as to clear away dust on the dustproof net.

The box-type substation of claim 1, characterized in that the deflector is provided with a guiding hole, one end of the sleeve pipe far away from the mesh plate is provided with a limiting ring, the sleeve pipe penetrates through the guiding hole and abuts against the inner surface of the guiding hole, and the limiting ring abuts against the edge of the guiding hole.

6. The box substation of claim 1, wherein the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the ash drop holes to the cross-sectional area of the gear disc is 5: 6.
7. The box substation of claim 1, wherein the glue brush is removably connected to the gear wheel disc.
8. A substation according to claim 1, wherein the turn bar is provided with a turn knob at an end thereof remote from the second bevel gear.
9. The box substation of claim 1, wherein the bottom cover is threadably connected to the mesh plate.
10. The substation cabinet of claim 1, wherein the projected area of the glue brush in the vertical direction is greater than the cross-sectional area of the vent.
