Detailed Description

The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The micro control unit and the DTMF alarm signal output method and system of the embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In view of the technical problem mentioned in the background art that the alarm fails due to the distortion of the DTMF alarm signal caused by the transmission of the DTMF alarm signal through the voice channel (in-band), the present invention provides a method for transmitting the DTMF alarm signal in an out-of-band transmission manner on the basis of not compressing the DTMF alarm signal.
Specifically, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a DTMF alarm signal output method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The execution main body of the DTMF alarm signal output method of the embodiment of the invention is a Microcontroller Unit (MCU), and as shown in figure 1, the method comprises the following steps:
step 101, obtaining a first alarm signal sent by a DTMF encoder, wherein the first alarm signal is generated by the DTMF encoder performing DTMF encoding on a second alarm signal sent by an alarm system controller, and the second alarm signal comprises an alarm signal and a noise signal sent by an alarm.
Wherein, a Dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) encoder encodes an alarm signal generated by the alarm.
It can be understood that, in the actual implementation process, the second alarm signal generated by the alarm system controller includes, besides the alarm signal sent by the alarm itself, a noise signal such as a human voice which is a noise relative to the alarm signal of the alarm itself, and the DTMF encoder performs DTMF coding on the second alarm signal to generate a first alarm signal, and sends the first alarm signal to the micro-control unit for related processing, instead of directly sending the first alarm signal to the wireless communication unit, so that the wireless communication module compresses and transmits the second alarm signal, or, in order to ensure the broadband occupied by the current call, the transmission resource of the first alarm signal generated after the DTMF coding is extruded according to the broadband occupied by the call, so that the first alarm signal generated after the DTMF coding is distorted in the transmission process.
And step 102, extracting a DTMF alarm signal corresponding to the alarm signal sent by the alarm in the first alarm signal according to a preset extraction strategy.
As described above, the first alarm signal includes a noise signal in addition to the alarm signal sent by the alarm itself, and therefore, in this embodiment, in order to avoid the influence of the noise signal, the DTMF alarm signal corresponding to the alarm signal sent by the alarm in the first alarm signal is extracted according to a preset extraction strategy.
It should be noted that, according to different application scenarios, the preset policy is different, and the example is as follows:
example one:
in this example, audio features of DTMF alarm signals of the alarm signals (such as shape features of a frequency diagram) are stored in advance, and therefore, in the present embodiment, audio feature recognition is performed on the first alarm signal, and the audio of the confectionary features belonging to the preset audio features of DTMF alarm signals is extracted as DTMF alarm signals, in consideration of the fact that the audio features of noise signals are significantly different from the audio features of DTMF alarm signals.
The second example is:
in this example, as shown in fig. 2, in this example, extracting a DTMF alarm signal corresponding to an alarm signal sent by an alarm in the first alarm signal according to a preset extraction policy includes:
step 201, sampling the second alarm signal according to a preset voice sampling frequency, and performing analog-to-digital conversion on the sampled alarm signal to obtain a third alarm signal, wherein the preset voice sampling frequency is equal to the DTMF signal frequency.
It can be understood that, according to the pronunciation sampling frequency that equals with DTMF signal frequency to the second alarm signal sampling, can acquire DTMF alarm signal, for example, when DTMF signal frequency is 8KHZ, then use 8 KHZ's sampling frequency to sample second alarm signal, other noise signal finds signal frequency and 8KHZ difference great according to the experimental data, therefore, alarm signal after the adoption can understand the DTMN alarm signal that the alarm sent, and then, in order to facilitate the transmission, carry out analog-to-digital conversion with the alarm signal after the sampling and acquire third alarm signal.
Certainly, in the actual implementation process, it is possible that the current alarm does not send an alarm signal, and therefore, it is further necessary to determine whether the acquired third alarm signal is a valid DTMF alarm signal, as a possible implementation manner, a signal difference value of the third alarm signal in the current cycle and the previous cycle is acquired, where the cycle time length is obviously greater than the alarm time length of the alarm, the alarm can complete the alarm in one cycle, and when the signal difference value is greater than a first preset threshold, it is preliminarily indicated that the valid DTMF alarm signal really exists in the current cycle, where the first preset threshold is calibrated according to a large amount of experimental data, and generally, the signal difference value between the DTMF alarm signal and the third alarm signal that does not include the DTMF alarm signal is certainly greater than the first preset threshold. In this example, it should be understood that, when the period duration is set to be short, or there are two consecutive periods of alarm alarms, in order to avoid misjudgment, the signal value of the corresponding third alarm signal when the alarm does not send an alarm signal value may be stored in advance as the judgment reference. Or, a camera can be arranged near the alarm, when the third alarm signal is obtained, whether an alarm indicator lamp of the alarm flickers or not is detected based on the camera, and if the third alarm signal flickers, the current third alarm signal is directly determined to be an effective DTMF alarm signal.
Step 202, after the third alarm signal is subjected to preset equalization processing, a fourth alarm signal is obtained.
It should be understood that the third alarm signal includes a DTMF alarm signal of the alarm, the volume of the alarm may be different at different time points, or the DTMF alarm signal value is low due to insufficient power of the alarm, so that, in order to facilitate subsequent transmission and improve the alarm quality, in the embodiment of the present invention, a preset equalization process needs to be performed on the third alarm signal, and the third alarm signal is processed into a relatively suitable frequency table range to obtain a fourth alarm signal.
As a possible implementation manner, the highest signal and the lowest signal of the third alarm signal in a preset period are determined, the frequency of the third alarm signal is equalized to a preset frequency range according to a preset processing strategy, the highest signal and the lowest signal, for example, 70 continuous digital signals are performed on the third alarm signal to find a maximum signal value and a minimum signal value, the gain of the relevant processing module is determined according to the maximum signal value, the minimum signal value and the maximum range ratio of the analog-to-digital conversion module, the transmitted dc offset is calculated according to the maximum signal value and the minimum signal value, and all signal values of the third alarm signal are equalized according to the gain and the dc offset.
Step 203, judging whether the fourth alarm signal belongs to a DTMF alarm signal according to a preset algorithm, and extracting the fourth alarm signal as the DTMF alarm signal when the fourth alarm signal belongs to the DTMF alarm signal.
In order to avoid erroneous judgment caused by similarity between a noise signal and a DTMF alarm signal in some application scenarios, in this embodiment, the validity of the DTMF alarm signal is further determined for a fourth alarm signal, specifically, whether the fourth alarm signal belongs to the DTMF alarm signal is determined according to a preset algorithm, and when the fourth alarm signal belongs to the DTMF alarm signal, the fourth alarm signal is extracted as the DTMF alarm signal.
It should be noted that, according to different application scenarios, different manners of determining whether the fourth alarm signal belongs to the DTMF alarm signal according to a preset algorithm are used, and as a possible implementation manner, it is counted whether the duration of the fourth alarm signal in a preset period exceeds a second preset threshold, for example, the fourth alarm signal is subjected to fourier transform, and it is determined whether the duration of the signal value of the fourth alarm signal in the frequency domain dimension exceeds the second preset threshold, where the second preset threshold is used to distinguish a situation that a signal waveform diagram of a noise signal is similar to the DTMF alarm signal in a time domain, and generally, the duration of the signal value of the noise signal in the frequency domain is shorter than that of the DTMF alarm signal. And when the duration of the fourth alarm signal exceeds a second preset threshold, judging that the signal characteristics of the fourth alarm signal meet the DTMF signal distribution characteristics, namely judging whether the fourth alarm signal is composed of four high-frequency signals and signals in four low-frequency signals corresponding to the DTMF signal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the fourth alarm signal may be converted by a goertzel algorithm for calculating power for a specific frequency signal based on a fixed frequency characteristic of the DTMF alarm signal, and the goertzel algorithm occupies smaller resources and is faster in speed on the microprocessor than a conventional fourier algorithm. In this embodiment, the result of the goertzel algorithm is updated one by one for 200 signal values in the fourth alarm signal, after 200 updates (which is equivalent to calculating the signal duration of 200 signal values corresponding to the frequency domain), if the result corresponding to the updated goertzel algorithm is greater than the second preset threshold, the updated result is decoded, and it is determined whether the signal corresponding to the updated result is composed of four high-frequency signals corresponding to the DTMF signals and signals in four low-frequency signals, that is, the frequency with the maximum power is found from the 4 high-frequency signals and the 4 low-frequency signals in the continuous segment of signals corresponding to the fourth alarm signal, and if the power of a certain frequency is greater than other frequencies and is consistent with the frequency of one of the 4 high-frequency signals corresponding to the DTMF signals, the fourth alarm signal is considered to be an effective DTMF alarm signal.
And 103, sending the DTMF alarm signal to the wireless communication module so that the wireless communication module transmits the DTMF alarm signal to the wireless communication terminal in an out-of-band transmission mode.
Specifically, after the valid DTMF alarm signal is obtained, the valid DTMF alarm signal is sent to the wireless communication module, for example, the wireless communication module 3G, so that the wireless communication module transmits the DTMF alarm signal to the wireless communication terminal in an out-of-band transmission manner, for example, after the valid DTMF alarm signal is obtained, an AT instruction is sent to the wireless communication module, so that the wireless communication module sends the DTMF alarm signal to the wireless communication terminal in an out-of-band transmission manner, and the DTMF alarm signal is not compressed on one hand, and is transmitted in an out-of-band transmission manner on the other hand, thereby avoiding the transmission resource from being occupied and extruded.
In order to make the DTMF alarm signal output method of the embodiment of the present invention more clear to those skilled in the art, the following description is made with reference to specific examples:
in this example, as shown in fig. 3, B1 is an alarm system controller in a wireless alarm, which generates a second alarm signal according to the data input of the alarm connected thereto, outputs the second alarm signal to a DTMF encoder B2, B2 receives the second alarm signal from the alarm system controller B1, performs DTMF encoding on the second alarm signal to generate a first alarm signal, outputs the first alarm signal to MCU B3, MCU B3 is a newly added module, extracts a DTMF alarm signal corresponding to the alarm signal sent by the alarm in the first alarm signal according to a preset extraction strategy, as shown in fig. 4, first, samples the second alarm signal according to a preset 8kHz voice sampling frequency at F1, and performs Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) conversion module integrated inside the MCU to obtain a third alarm signal, the stage F2 is used for comparing the change of the ADC sampling at this time and the previous time, if the change is larger than a preset first threshold value, the input third alarm signal is considered to be effective preliminarily, so that the next step is entered, the next step is used for conditioning the software signal at the stage F3, firstly, the maximum value and the minimum value are searched according to the first 70 ADC samples, and the software gain is determined according to the difference value of the maximum signal value and the minimum signal value and the ratio of the maximum measuring range of the ADC; the DC offset is calculated from the average of the maximum and minimum values. The obtained software gain and dc offset are used to equalize the received ADC signal and obtain the fourth alarm signal, F4 is the most important signal processing stage, and due to the fixed frequency characteristics of the DTMF tones, the gurzel algorithm for calculating power for a specific frequency signal is used. Compared with Fourier transform, the Grignard algorithm is realized on the MCU with small occupied resource and high speed. In the stage F4, 200 ADC signal values conditioned by signals in the stage F3 are used, after each signal is obtained, the result of the Grignard algorithm is updated, after 200 times of updating, the result is output to character decoding, the stage F5 is entered, in the stage F5, according to the result output by the F4 Grignard algorithm, a signal with the frequency with the maximum power is searched for in 4 high-frequency signals and 4 low-frequency signals corresponding to the fourth alarm signal, and if the power of the frequency of a certain signal is far greater than other frequencies, the fourth alarm signal is considered as an effective DTMF alarm signal. The signals corresponding to the high-frequency and low-frequency tones with the maximum power are the characters corresponding to the DTMF alarm signals, and the characters contain specific alarm information.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 3, B4 is a 3G wireless communication module that may send DTMF tones to the PSTN using in-band or out-of-band means. The embodiment is based on an out-of-band transmission mode, the distortion of DTMF tones is reduced, and the alarm success rate of the wireless alarm is improved. B5 is Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), which is a Telephone Network connecting countries. In this embodiment, data communication is provided for the local wireless alarm terminal and the remote central monitoring station. The wireless voice compression algorithm used by the method can reduce the code rate to save the system cost, but has no influence on the DTMF alarm signal transmitted by the out-of-band signaling. B6 is a DTMF decoder belonging to a remote central monitoring station, which decodes DTMF tones from PSTN voice signals and outputs the decoded alarm information to an alarm information analysis unit B7 (which can be regarded as the above wireless communication terminal). And the B7 alarm information analysis unit records and takes corresponding measures based on the received alarm information, so as to protect the personal and property safety of the user.
