As shown in fig. 2, the auction process of the vehicle to be issued includes ordering the vehicle to be issued, entering the vehicle, detecting the vehicle, issuing the vehicle, auctioning the vehicle, making a deal, or streaming shooting the vehicle to be issued in the auction process, and re-shooting and auditing the vehicle to be issued. Specifically, the vehicles to be issued comprise primary auction vehicles and streaming vehicles; the auction method comprises the steps that a seller places an order for a vehicle, wherein the vehicle is placed for the first time before being released, the order information of the vehicle is entered when the seller holds the vehicle and needs to be released for auction, the order information comprises reserved price, lift information, procedure information, expected auction time, auction site and the like, and further, the seller can place an order for the vehicle to be auctioned through a corresponding APP or entrust a salesperson to place an order for the vehicle to be auctioned. Secondly, the vehicle is transported to the corresponding auction site based on the order placing information of the vehicle; wherein the customer may transport the vehicle by himself or by using a substitute to the auction site. The primary auction vehicle is then detected by vehicle inspection personnel and a vehicle inspection report is formed. In addition, the auction process before the reprinting of the vehicle comprises the step of reprinting and auditing the vehicle, wherein the auditing information of the reprinting and auditing comprises whether the auction is performed after the vehicle reissues the shot, whether the reserve price is changed, whether the house-passing mode is changed, whether the house-passing field is changed and whether the date of the reprinting is changed. Further, the order information of the vehicles to be issued, which are subjected to vehicle detection report and rephoto auditing, is uploaded to an issuing system, the state of the vehicles subjected to the primary auction is marked as detection completion, and the state of the vehicles subjected to the rephoto auditing is marked as rephoto auditing pass. And inputting the vehicle detection report or the vehicle rephotography examination result into the issuing system, and realizing the conversion from detection data to the on-line vehicle auction, so that the vehicle auction is more systematized and informationized, the auction efficiency is improved, and the timeliness is improved.
In this embodiment, the issuing system queries all vehicles to be issued, the states of which are detection completed and rephotographing approved, and screens the vehicles to be issued meeting issuing conditions, wherein in the screening process, it is checked whether detection information of the vehicles is complete, whether customer information of the vehicles is completely filled, whether the vehicle states are normal (for example, the vehicles are in a warehouse), whether a seller guarantees money, whether other rephotographing products are available in the current vehicle, whether other unfinished transaction processes are available in the current vehicle, and the like. Each auction site can have a plurality of auction sites every day, so that more specifically, the screened auction information of the vehicles to be issued meeting the issuing conditions, namely the reserve price, auction types, auction start and stop time, auction site information and the like of the vehicles to be issued, are initialized based on the order placing information, vehicle detection information or rephotography auditing information of the vehicles to be issued. And then, issuing the screened vehicles to be issued which accord with the issuing conditions. And the vehicles to be published are automatically screened and published without manual participation, so that the timeliness is improved and the labor cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, based on the initialized picking information of the released vehicles, the released vehicles in the same auction site in the same lot are sorted, and the method specifically includes, first, weighing the total number of the released vehicles in the same auction site in the same lot, and dynamically dividing auction channels according to the total number of the released vehicles, and specifically includes the following steps:
determining the total number of the issued vehicles in the same auction site in the same session based on the shooting information of the issued vehicles;
determining the maximum number of vehicles in a single channel of the auction lot based on the total auction time and the historical average auction time of the single vehicle in the auction lot;
dividing one or more auction channels in an auction lot based on the total number of released vehicles in the same lot of the same auction lot and the maximum number of vehicles in a single channel of the auction lot. And in the process of dividing the auction channels, if the ratio of the total number of the issued vehicles to the maximum number of the vehicles in the single channel of the auction session is not an integer, rounding the auction channels.
Then, based on the item taking information of the issued vehicles, dividing the issued vehicles into one or more auction groups corresponding to the auction channels; and finally, sequencing the published vehicles in the auction groups in the corresponding auction channels. Preferably, the published vehicles in the same auction session are divided into channels according to the priority of special sellers, and the vehicles in the channels are sorted according to the reserve price set by the sellers.
In this embodiment, the above auction lot is divided into channels by way of example, assuming that the total auction time of the certain auction lot is 120 minutes, and the historical average auction duration of a single vehicle is 30 seconds, the maximum number of vehicles in the single channel is 120 × 60/30 — 240, and if the number of vehicles in the current auction lot is 400, the number of channels is 400/240, and as a result, the total number is 2, then two auction channels are required to be set in the auction lot.
In this embodiment, the ranked vehicles in the auction channels of the auction floor are auctioned: the vehicle automatically bargaining when the quote or bid for the vehicle is greater than or equal to the reserve price for the vehicle; or when both the quote and the bid for the vehicle are less than the reserve price for the vehicle, the vehicle automatically streams. Preferably, when the quoted price and the bidding price of the vehicle are both greater than or equal to the reserve price of the vehicle, the bargaining is carried out according to the highest price; if the vehicle is in the same bid price, the price of the previous stage is automatically paid according to the order of the bid price, and further preferably, the order of the bid price is that the bid stage is performed first and then the bid stage is performed. For example, the vehicle ends the bidding time, bids up to 1w, bids up to 1.5w, because the reserve price has all been passed, and the vehicle automatically commits at 1.5w, according to the high price. Or for example, if the vehicle starts an auction, the maximum bid price is 2.1w and the maximum bid price is 2.1w, the clients who output 2.1w in the bidding stage automatically make a deal according to the bidding sequence (the bidding stage is performed first and then the bidding stage is performed later).
As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further introduces a system for issuing a photographed product, where the system includes a screening module, an issuing module, and a sorting module that are connected by data, where the screening module is configured to screen a vehicle to be issued that meets an auction condition; in the screening process, whether the detection information of the vehicle is complete or not is checked, whether the customer information of the vehicle is completely filled, and the like. The issuing module is used for initializing the screened auction information of the vehicles to be issued and issuing the vehicles, wherein the initialized auction information comprises the reserve price, auction type, auction start-stop time, auction site information and auction site information of the vehicles to be issued. And the sequencing module is used for sequencing the published vehicles in the same auction site in the same field based on the initialized shooting information. The automatic release function of the shot of the vehicle to be released is completed through the release system, manual participation is not needed, timeliness is improved, and labor cost is reduced.
In fig. 3, the system further includes a determining module, a channel dividing module, and an auction module, where the determining module is configured to determine the total number of released vehicles in the same auction site in the same lot based on the initial shooting information of the released vehicles.
