Description

Setting device and method for diversified menu of option name
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a menu setting device and method, and more particularly, to a menu setting device and method capable of making each option in a menu have multiple option names and achieving diversified setting of the option names with minimum memory space for control.
Background
With the advancement of science and technology, all electrical appliances are required to be remotely controlled or automatically controlled. Various remote controllers or control devices are arranged among workshops, but menu control contents and option names of various remote controllers or control devices are set by manufacturers and cannot be changed by users. In addition, when the manufacturer sets menu contents of the remote controller or the control device, in order to meet the convenience of people in various countries, one way is to set different menu languages according to different regions of the country of sale; another way is to set up a multi-language font library and various country word name comparison tables corresponding to each option, so that the user can change the displayed language by selecting the language setting. However, to achieve this function, a general font library and name lookup table is created, which occupies much memory and is a waste of resources for users who only need a few languages. Moreover, after various name languages are selected, the controller can only display one language at the same time, and the user cannot set different languages or names for different display of multiple options, which also makes the menu system lack the possibility of self-programming and personalization, and reduces the convenience of application.
In response to the above situation, in the prior art, in order to reduce the memory waste, menus and option names in various languages are stored in the cloud system, so that users in various countries can download the menus in the required languages to the controller through the network, thereby saving the memory capacity requirement of the controller, for example, taiwan patent No. 472191. However, this not only requires the control device to have wireless networking function and increases the cost of the control device, but also the user cannot set the names of the options according to his/her preference.
In addition, taiwan patent application No. 93125288 discloses a man-machine interface menu language editing system, which allows a user to load a predetermined menu into a computer device to automatically edit the language characters of menu items, including the frame line setting, font size, font color, character direction and character position, and then store back the controller to obtain a more familiar operation interface. However, in this man-machine interface, each option still has only one name or font setting, so that the user still needs to execute the setting via the computer system when he wants to change the setting of the man-machine interface, and even if there are names of multiple versions, each version needs to store all the complete data separately, and then store the complete data in the man-machine interface for each version stored in the computer system to change the storage setting. This is in contrast to the previous taiwan patent 472191, which is loaded in different versions, although it increases the user's freedom to perform setting, it still cannot provide the controller with a human-machine interface setting that can provide various setting options and various personalization with minimum memory resources. In summary, even though various forms of menus have existed in the society for a long time, there are various methods for changing the names of options, but there has not been a menu setting device and method that can simplify the menu structure and hardware requirements, and create a unique personalized menu to improve the convenience of use.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a menu setting device and method with diversified menu contents and individually customized menu settings with minimum memory resource requirement, so that various control devices can achieve the diversity and uniqueness of menu contents with minimum memory resource requirement to adapt to different individual requirements.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a menu setting device with multiple option names, comprising:
an option name category selection module for selecting an option name category for setting each option name of the selected category of the menu;
a menu setting module for setting a menu composed of a plurality of options and giving each option an attribute data, wherein the attribute data comprises a first option name field, a control content loaded in the control content field for a controlled device, and a first option name loaded in the first option name field for representing the option, and the first option name is determined according to a first option name category selected by the option name category selection module; and the number of the first and second groups,
a second option name setting module, which is used for selecting an additional repair option with the first option name after entering a second option name setting mode, and setting a second option name; and adding a second option name field in the attribute data of the additional modification option for loading the second option name, so that the attribute data of the additional modification option has a plurality of option name fields and corresponding option names, thereby completing a menu with diversified option names and displaying the menu with at least one option name.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a method for setting a menu with multiple option names, comprising:
an option name category selecting step for selecting an option name category for setting each option name of the selected category of the menu;
a menu setting step for setting a menu composed of a plurality of options and giving each of the plurality of options an attribute data, the attribute data including a first option name field, a control content for a controlled device loaded in the control content field, and a first option name for representing the option loaded in the first option name field, the first option name being determined according to a first option name category selected by the option name category selection module; and the number of the first and second groups,
a second option name setting step, which is used for selecting an additional repair option with the first option name after entering a second option name setting mode, and setting a second option name; and adding a second option name field in the attribute data of the additional modification option for loading the second option name, so that the attribute data of the additional modification option has a plurality of option name fields and corresponding option names, thereby completing a menu with diversified option names and displaying the menu with at least one option name.
By means of the said device and method, the user can set one menu capable of setting option name arbitrarily, meeting the requirement and occupying minimum memory resource, and the control device provides one convenient menu with changeable and personalized option content in minimum memory resource after the menu is input to the control device.

Detailed Description
The following describes the constituent components and effects of the menu setting device with multiple option names according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the components, sizes and appearances of the menu setting device shown in the drawings are only for illustrating the technical features of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
First, referring to fig. 1, a block diagram of components of a menu setting apparatus 200 with diversified option names (hereinafter, referred to as menu setting apparatus 200) according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. As shown in FIG. 1, the menu setting apparatus 200 is implemented in a computer-related apparatus 10, the computer-related apparatus 10 includes a human-computer interface 100, and the human-computer interface 100 includes an interface language switching module 110 for switching the interface language of the computer-related apparatus 10. The menu setting device 200 comprises: an option name category selection module 210, a menu setting module 220, and a second option name setting module 230, and preferably further comprising: a menu output module 240 and a customized category setting module 250.
The menu setting device 200 can directly output the set menu with diversified option names to an external control device 300, or output the menu to the customized type setting module 250 for storage, and then send the menu to the control device 300 to complete the setting of the control device. In addition, although the menu setting device 200 is implemented in the computer-related device 10 as an example, in a modification, the menu setting device 200 may be implemented directly in the control device 300, so that the generated menu with diversified option names is directly used by the control device 300, rather than outputting all or part of the set menu to the control device 300 after being implemented in the computer-related device 10. Furthermore, the menu setting device 200 may be a combination of the computer related device 10 and the control device 300. The control device 300 may be a controller in a piece of equipment or may be a remote control device.
The option name category selection module 210 is used to provide a plurality of option name categories for selection, so as to name the option names in the menu. These option name categories can be selected in various languages, such as Chinese, English, Japanese, etc., or in various languages, such as named from a company's standpoint or named from an individual's standpoint, etc., to make the menu diversified and uniquely personalized. These categories may be opportunistic, such as language categories; or may be user-defined input, such as a naming standpoint in a certain machine language. Once an option name category is selected, the menu setting module 220 sets (including displays) the option names according to the selection. When each type is a language type, the computer related device 10 and/or the control device 300 further has a font library applicable to each selectable language type for displaying the fonts of various languages. In a preferred embodiment, the font library of each language is divided into the font libraries belonging to the selected language category according to the selected language category, and only the font library of the selected language category is input into the control device 300.
In a preferred embodiment, the option name type selecting module 210 can determine whether the menu setting module 220 has set a menu completed by a first option name type when the option name type is switched. If yes, when the option name type selection module 210 is switched to another second option name type, the menu setting device 200 enters a second option name setting mode to activate the second option name setting module 230, which is described in detail below. In a modification, the entry of the second option name setting mode may be triggered by another switch provided additionally, instead of the category switching in the option name category selection module 210.
The menu setting module 220 is configured to set a hierarchical group menu (hereinafter referred to as a menu) composed of a plurality of options, such as options 400 to 600 of fig. 2, and to assign an attribute data to each of the plurality of options, such as an attribute data 401 of the option 400 shown in fig. 3, where the attribute data 401 includes a header field 410 for indicating an option number, an option name field 420 for storing an option name, and a control content field 430 for loading control content of a one-to-one controlled device. In this example, the header field 410 stores "Node 1", the option name field 420 stores "Tianyang", and the control content field 430 stores an identifier "IP 123456" of a controlled device (not shown). In addition, in the actual example, the control content field is loaded with control content, such as ON/OFF or resizing, in addition to the IP identifier, and the attribute data 401 further includes other fields, such as a hierarchical group relationship field, for indicating affiliations or hierarchical group relationships between the option and other options. Therefore, the detailed description is omitted since it is not the main point of the present invention.
The second option name setting module 230 is used for allowing the user to select an option with the first option name as an add/repair option and set a second option name after entering the second option name setting mode; and adding a second option name field in the attribute data of the additional modification option for loading the second option name, so that the attribute data of the additional modification option has a plurality of option name fields and corresponding option names, thereby completing a menu with diversified option names and displaying the menu with at least one option name.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a menu displaying options with a second option name, as shown in FIG. 4, the menu has options 400 'to 600', but the name is changed from Chinese to English, i.e. the selected category in the option name category selection module 210 is English, so in this embodiment, each category is a language category. Figure 5 shows attribute data 401 'for one of the options 400' of the menu shown in figure 4. The fields and contents are identical and unchanged except that the option name field 420 is changed to an option name field 420' including a first option name field 421 for storing a first option name and a second option name field 422 for storing a second option name. The first and second option names can be used to represent the names of the options in the menu according to the selection, and are set according to the option name category selected by the option name category selection module.
In the present embodiment, the second option name field 422 is a field added by the second option name module 230, and the content filled in by the second option name field 422 is "Team-young". The increasing time of the second option name field may be after entering the second option name setting mode by the type switching of the option name type selection module 210, that is, after adding a second option name field 422 in the attribute data of each option 400-600, and loading each first option name into the second option name field 422 for displaying the option name, and then completing the setting of the second option name by modifying the option name. Once the additions and repairs are completed and stored, the menu and attribute data shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 can be obtained. In this example, if an option, such as 600, is not modified, the second option name field 422 will still store the first option name. Therefore, when the menu is displayed or outputted with the second option name as described later, the option is displayed with the first option name.
In addition, regarding the addition of the second option name field, in a modification, after entering the second option name setting mode, if the user has an additional option to be modified, the first option name is set as the second option name, and when the user needs to store the additional option name, because the option names are different, the second option name field is added to the attribute data of each additional option, and the second option name is stored in the second option name field. At this time, if there is an option that is not set with a second option name different from the first option name, the second option name field is not added. In contrast, when the option name of the second option name category is to be output, it is displayed with the first option name, or output.
Therefore, the increasing time point of the second option name field can be made in various ways, but the core point is that after entering the second option name setting mode, each modified option has a plurality of option name fields, but other fields and data are not changed and are shared by a plurality of menus with different option names, and then according to the selection, the option name of at least one category is displayed or output. Thus, increasing the number of columns only for the increased number of categories can minimize the memory requirement of the menu, and a menu can mix various different categories of option names by selectively increasing the names of only some options in a menu, thereby providing a menu with personalized uniqueness, which is particularly suitable for the case of wide application of the original names.
Fig. 6 shows an example of naming options in another second option name category. In this example, the option name is also in chinese, but the naming standpoint category is different from that of fig. 2. The categories shown in fig. 2 and 3 are named according to the company location, and the categories shown in fig. 6 and 7 are named according to the function category of the company. As shown in fig. 6, the menu has options 400 "to 600" as well, but the names are changed to "company" 400 "," lobby "500", and "office" 600 ", respectively. Figure 7 shows attribute data 401 "for one of the options 400" of the menu shown in figure 6. The second option name field 422 "is filled with the same and unchanged contents, except that the option name field 420 of fig. 2 is changed to an option name field 420" including a first option name field 421 for storing a first option name and a second option name field 422 "for storing a second option name, which is" company ".
In the examples shown in fig. 5 and 7, the option name field 420 exemplifies two option name fields, but in practice, the option name field 420 may be added as appropriate according to the option name category set or selected by the option name category selection module 210. For example, if 5 language categories are selected, there are 5 option name fields. In addition, the two second option name fields illustrated in fig. 5 and 7 can be merged and set in a menu. In addition, in a preferred embodiment, the options in the option name category selection module 210 preferably have a customized category in addition to a predetermined category, such as a predetermined language, for the user to customize a name of a certain category.
Referring back to fig. 1, the menu setting apparatus 200 further includes a menu output module 240 for selecting at least one of the first option name category and the second option name category as an option name output category, and outputting a menu having the option name output category according to the option name output category in the menu with the option name diversification menu. The output object can be a control device 300 or a customized type setting module 250 included in the menu setting device 200. Also, at least one of the two is referred to herein because the menu output module 240 can output all the option names of various categories in the option name diversification menu or output only a menu with the option names of the selected category.
The menu setting device 200 further comprises a self-defined type setting module 250 for loading a menu variation edited for the menu set by the menu setting module 220, and having the menu of the option name output type. By outputting the menu of the selected output category to the customized category setting module 250, a plurality of modified menus compiled according to the original menu can be stored in the module, so as to provide menus for selecting various categories, and output the menus to various control devices of different users.
Also, in a preferred embodiment, when the menu output module 240 is to output the menu with the selected option name category to the control device 300 (or the customized category setting module 250), it is able to select a font library of the language of only the selected category to be output to the control device 300 along with the option name of the selected category. Thus, the control device 300 can reduce the memory consumption without storing a font library regardless of the language of the selected category. Of course, in a variation, the control device 300 may also have a font library with various languages for displaying the options of the menu in the selected language. At this time, the menu output module 240 may output the option names of all the categories to the control device 300, and the control device 300 may select which option name category to display each option. In this modification, when the menu is to be output from the control device 300 to another sub-control device, all the types of option names may be selected and output, or only one type of option name may be selected and output, and different types of option names may be given to different sub-control devices.
In addition, according to the disclosed embodiment of the present invention, the menu setting module 220 further has a function of modifying the position of the option group, so as to increase or decrease the options, or change the correlation or group relationship between the options. In response to this function, after the menu set by the menu setting module 220 passes through the second option name setting module 230, a second option name is added to form a diversified menu, if the group relationship of each option in the diversified menu needs to be changed, the menu setting module 220 will only allow the menu to be edited with the first option name category first, and then the second option name can be set with the second option name category. That is, the menu setting module 220 determines whether the current category of the name listed in the first option name field exists, and if not, the category in the option name category selection module 210 needs to be changed to the category first, so as to edit the option position. By this item limitation, it can be ensured that the modification of the menu can trace the original option name, so as to avoid missing the newly added options when adding multiple option names.
Next, FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating the menu setting device 200 displayed on the screen 11 of a computer-related device 10. As shown in the figure, the computer related device 10 has an interface language switching module 110 for selecting one of a plurality of languages as an interface language, so as to operate the menu setting device with the human-computer interface displayed by the interface language. In the menu setting device 200, there are an option name type selection module 210 and a menu setting module 220, and the menu includes options 400-600. In a preferred embodiment, the language indicated by the first option name category is set to be the same as the interface language, and the interface language is the same as the language of the menu setting device, and can be automatically set according to the use region, but can also be different.
Fig. 9 shows a schematic diagram of a second menu embodiment that can also be applied to the menu setting device 200 disclosed in the present invention, and the menu is applied to a control device 300' of a cooking apparatus (not shown) such as a washing machine, a wave oven, a microwave oven, etc. In the exemplary menu of the control device 300' of the present embodiment, the options 700 and 800 are included, the option 700 has sub-options 710-730, and the sub-option 710 represents a set of automatic barbecue programming options, which can be used to input the thickness, length, width, weight, desired doneness, crispness, etc. of meat, for example, and then the automatic programming will set the appropriate fire power and time for control output. The sub-options 720 and 730 are the options of the customized control parameters in the barbecue mode, such as time and fire, and these parameters are directly set and outputted for control. Option 800 also has sub-options 810-830, sub-option 810 representing a set of cooking automation program options, and sub-options 820 and 830 being options for customized control parameters, such as time and power.
In the second menu embodiment, the menu setting module 220 can be used to set the second menu shown in fig. 9, which includes the options and the control contents thereof. After that, the second option name setting module 230 is used to change the names of the various options, and finally the changed names are loaded into the control device 300', and the details thereof will not be repeated. Alternatively, in a modified embodiment, the menu setting device 200 may be utilized to load the second menu into the menu setting module 220, and the option name type selection module 210 allows the user to specify a language type or a name place type, and then the second option name setting module 230 generates a menu with multiple option names and outputs the menu to the control device 300'. In this modification, the attribute data format of each option is required to conform to the format of the menu setting module 220, so that the second option name field can be added by the second option name setting module 230. In another variation, in comparison with the above option relation editing function, an option may be added to the second menu, for example, another automatic program option is added.
FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating a method for setting a menu with multiple option names according to a first embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 10, the setting method mainly includes the following steps:
first, in step S1, an option name type selection step is performed to select an option name type for setting each option name of the selected type of the menu. This step is performed by the option name type selection module 210, and the details and functions of the technical contents are as described above and will not be repeated herein.
Next, in step S2, a menu setting step is performed to set a menu composed of a plurality of options, and attribute data is assigned to each of the plurality of options, where the attribute data includes a first option name field, a control content loaded in the control content field for a controlled device, and a first option name loaded in the first option name field to represent the option, and the first option name is determined according to a first option name category selected by the option name category selection module. This step is performed by the menu setting module 220, and the technical details and functions thereof are as described above with reference to the first menu and the second menu, and repeated descriptions thereof are omitted here.
Next, in step S31, it is determined whether a second option name is to be set. If yes, after entering the second option name setting mode, a second option name setting step S3 is executed for selecting an additional repair option having the first option name and setting a second option name; and adding a second option name field in the attribute data of the additional modification option for loading the second option name, so that the attribute data of the additional modification option has a plurality of option name fields and corresponding option names, thereby completing a menu with diversified option names and displaying the menu with at least one option name. The main technical idea of the menu setting method of the present invention is completed. In addition, step S3 is performed by the second option name setting module 230. The starting of the option name setting mode, the adding manner of the second option name field, and the like are referred to the above, and repeated descriptions thereof are also omitted.
After completing the menu with multiple option names, in a preferred embodiment, the menu setting method further includes an option change determining step S41, an option changing step S4, an output determining step S51, and a menu outputting step S5. Step S41 is executed to determine whether the connection relationship of each option in the menu is changed; if the option is changed, the process proceeds to the option changing step S4; in step S4, the menu is entered into the first option name type mode, and the menu is edited by the first option name type; at this time, as mentioned above, the category in the option name category selection module 210 may be automatically changed into the first option name, that is, the route is compiled; the display can also be designed to jump out, and the position relation of each option can be edited only after the option name category is required to be changed into the first option name category. The option change editing is performed by the menu setting module 220, that is, the menu setting module 220 determines whether the option is in the category of the name listed in the first option name field, if not, the category in the option name category selection module 210 needs to be changed to the category first, and then the editing of the option position can be performed. Then, the second option name can be set according to the second option name category.
