Therefore, the method provided by the embodiment provides six quality defects, namely breakage, wrinkle, degumming, cap sagging, stain and peculiar smell, can qualitatively and quantitatively determine the six quality defects respectively to belong to the first quality defect, the second quality defect and the third quality defect respectively, and determines whether the carton is a recyclable qualified carton according to the first quality defect, the second quality defect and the third quality defect, so that the problem of misjudgment caused by judging the carton quality by pictures or personal subjective feelings is avoided.
In addition, the method can remarkably increase the number of recyclable cartons and remarkably reduce the number of non-recyclable cartons in practical popularization and implementation.
Fig. 2 is a line graph of a commercial company feeding back the number of damaged cartons in each month.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the number of damaged cartons started in month 5 and tended to decrease, with 0 in month 11, 12 and 1 in the second year. That is, the recyclable use ratio of the cartons is increased, and the number of damaged cartons that are not recyclable is reduced.
Fig. 3 is a line graph showing the percentage of defective recycled cartons found by the cigarette factory in the month feedback.
As shown in FIG. 3, the defective recycled carton percentage is in a decreasing trend overall.
Fig. 4 is a line diagram of the selection yield of the recycling cartons for each month.
As shown in fig. 4, the recycling carton pick pass rate presented an increasing trend starting from month 7.
Therefore, the quality detection method for the recycled paper box provided by the embodiment can effectively improve the quality safety of cigarette finished products in the production and circulation process, improve the utilization rate of the recycled paper box, and simultaneously realize green development and circular economy to the maximum extent.

Claims (8)

1. A recycled carton quality detection method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining the defect type of the carton;
judging whether the reduction ratio of the empty box compression resistance of the carton is larger than or equal to a first threshold value or not, or whether the carton is jammed after being installed on a machine or not;
if so, determining that the carton defects are first-class quality defects, and judging that the carton cannot be recycled;
if not, judging whether the reduction ratio of the empty box compression resistance of the carton is larger than or equal to a second threshold value and smaller than the first threshold value;
if so, determining the carton defects as second quality defects;
if not, judging whether the reduction ratio of the empty box compression resistance of the carton is smaller than the second threshold value or not;
if so, determining the carton defects as third quality defects;
if the number of the defect types of the second type of quality defects on the carton is larger than a first preset value, judging that the carton cannot be recycled; on the contrary, if the defect types of the second type of quality defects do not exceed a certain number, the carton is a qualified carton which can be recycled;
if the number of the defect types determined to be the third type of quality defects on the carton is larger than a second preset value, judging that the carton cannot be recycled;
if the defect type of the carton is determined to be broken, judging whether the reduction ratio of the empty box compression resistance of the carton is larger than or equal to a first threshold value specifically comprises the following steps:
judging whether the total damaged area of a single side plate or a single end plate of the carton is larger than a first damaged area value or not;
if not, judging whether the total damaged area of all side plates and all end plates of the carton is larger than a second damaged area value, wherein the second damaged area value is larger than the first damaged area value;
if not, judging whether the total damaged area of the single rocking cover of the carton is larger than a third damaged area value, wherein the third damaged area value is smaller than the first damaged area value;
if not, judging whether the total length of all the broken longitudinal crease lines is greater than the length of the first proportion value occupying the height of the carton;
if not, judging whether the total length of all the transverse crease line damages is larger than the length of the second proportion value of the height of the carton;
if not, judging whether the damage length of the longitudinal crease line is greater than a first length value and the number is greater than a first damage number value;
if not, judging whether the damaged area of the box corner is larger than a fourth damaged area value or not, and the damaged number of the box corner is larger than or equal to a second damaged number value;
if not, judging whether the damaged area of the box corner is larger than or equal to a fifth damaged area value and smaller than or equal to a fourth damaged area value, and the damaged number of the box corner is larger than a third damaged number value;
if not, judging whether the damaged area of the box corner is larger than or equal to a sixth damaged area value and smaller than a fifth damaged area value or not, and the damaged number of the box corner is larger than a fourth damaged number value;
if not, judging whether the total abrasion area of the carton is larger than a first abrasion area value or not;
if yes, determining that the reduction ratio of the empty box compression resistance of the carton is larger than or equal to a first threshold value;
if the defect type of the carton is determined to be broken, judging whether the reduction ratio of the empty box compression resistance of the carton is larger than or equal to a second threshold and smaller than a first threshold specifically comprises the following steps:
judging whether the total damaged area of a single side plate or a single end plate of the carton is smaller than or equal to the first damaged area value or not;
if not, judging whether the total damaged area of the single rocking cover of the carton is smaller than or equal to the third damaged area value;
if not, judging whether the total length of all the longitudinal crease line damages is larger than or equal to the first damage length value and smaller than or equal to the length of the third proportion value of the height of the carton;
if not, judging whether the total length of all the transverse crease line damages is larger than or equal to the second damage length value and smaller than or equal to the length of the fourth proportion value of the height of the carton;
if not, judging whether the damaged area of the box corner is larger than or equal to the fifth damaged area value and smaller than or equal to the fourth damaged area value, and the damaged number of the box corner is smaller than or equal to the third damaged number value;
if so, it is determined that the rate of decrease in the empty bin crush resistance of the carton is greater than or equal to the second threshold and less than the first threshold.
2. The recycled carton quality inspection method of claim 1, wherein the types of defects of the carton comprise breakage, debonding, and wrinkling.

The recycled carton quality detection method according to claim 1, wherein if the defect type of the carton is determined to be a breakage, the determining whether the reduction ratio of the empty carton compression resistance of the carton is smaller than the second threshold value specifically comprises:
judging whether the abrasion area of a single position on the carton is larger than a second abrasion area value or not, and judging whether the total abrasion area value on the carton is smaller than or equal to the first abrasion area value or not;
if not, judging whether the damaged area of the box corner is larger than or equal to the sixth damaged area value and smaller than the fifth damaged area value or not, and the damaged number of the box corner is smaller than or equal to the fourth damaged number value;
if so, determining that the rate of decrease in the empty carton crush resistance of the carton is less than the second threshold.

The recycled carton quality detection method according to claim 2, wherein if the defect type of the carton is determined to be a wrinkle, the judging whether the reduction ratio of the empty-carton pressure resistance of the carton is greater than or equal to the first threshold specifically comprises:
judging whether the transverse through wrinkles on the carton are larger than or equal to preset turns;
if not, judging whether the number of the longitudinally penetrating folds on the carton is larger than the first fold number value or not;
if not, judging whether the area of the box corner folds is larger than the first fold area value or not, and the number of the box corner folds is larger than or equal to the second fold number value;
if not, judging whether the area of the box corner folds is larger than or equal to a second fold area value and smaller than the first fold area value or not, and the number of the box corner folds is larger than a third fold number value;
if not, judging whether the area value of the box corner folds is larger than or equal to a third fold area value and smaller than the second fold area value or not, and the number of the box corner folds is larger than a fourth fold number value;

if not, judging whether the wrinkle area of one panel is larger than the area of the eighth proportional value occupying the total area of the one panel;
if not, judging whether the rake angle area of the rake angle of the rocking cover is larger than or equal to a set area value or not;
if not, judging whether the length of the single rocking cover invagination is larger than the length of a ninth proportional value occupying the total length of the single rocking cover or not;
if so, it is determined that the rate of decrease in the empty carton crush resistance of the carton is greater than or equal to the first threshold.

if not, judging whether the total glue opening area of the carton is larger than a set glue opening area value or not;
if so, it is determined that the rate of decrease in the empty carton crush resistance of the carton is greater than or equal to the first threshold.
6. The recycled carton quality inspection method of claim 1, wherein if the defect type of the carton is determined to be flap droop, the method further comprises:
judging whether the drooping angle of the carton rocking cover is larger than a set angle value or not;
if so, the carton defect is determined to be a first type of quality defect.
7. The recycled carton quality inspection method of claim 1, wherein if the defect type of the carton is determined to be a stain, the method further comprises:
judging whether the total area of the stains on the carton is larger than a first stain area value or not;
if not, judging whether the mark on the carton is shielded by the stain or not;
if so, the carton defect is determined to be a first type of quality defect.
8. The recycled carton quality inspection method of claim 1, wherein if the defect type of the carton is determined to be an odor, the method further comprises:
judging whether the carton has odor or mildew which can cause adverse effects on cigarettes;
if so, the carton defect is determined to be a first type of quality defect.
