Abstract

The invention discloses a refrigerator and a method for identifying the type of a control panel thereof, wherein the refrigerator comprises a control panel; the control panel comprises a voltage conversion module and an MCU (microprogrammed control unit), wherein the MCU comprises an A/D (analog/digital) port, an analog-to-digital converter and a logic operation unit; the voltage conversion module receives a power supply voltage signal provided by a power supply, converts the received power supply voltage signal into a voltage signal with a preset voltage value, and outputs the voltage signal through an output end of the voltage conversion module; the A/D port receives a voltage signal with a preset voltage value output by the voltage conversion module; the analog-to-digital converter performs binary conversion on a voltage signal with a preset voltage value to obtain a binary value to be identified; and the logic operation unit determines the control panel model corresponding to the binary value to be identified according to the corresponding relation between the binary value and the control panel model. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the identification of the control panel machine type can be realized no matter under the condition of single MCU or multiple MCUs, the identification quantity is large, and the production cost is low.

Refrigerator and identification method of control panel machine type thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a refrigerator and a method for identifying a control panel machine type of the refrigerator.
Background
With the increasing types and configurations of refrigerators, the number of control boards is also increasing, and in order to facilitate management of the control boards, a general requirement is generally made on the control boards. Due to different refrigerator types and configurations (such as several temperature zones, WiFi function or not), the control parameters of the corresponding control board on the software are different, so that different control boards can be generated. In the use process of the refrigerator, the type of a refrigerator control panel needs to be identified so as to match corresponding control parameters, and therefore the function of the refrigerator is achieved.
Currently, the refrigerator control board model is generally identified by the following two ways:
firstly, a double-MCU (micro controller Unit) control system is adopted for identification, if a first control board is communicated with a second control board, the first control board sends a model identification code to the second control board, and thus the model of the first control board is identified;
secondly, a common I/O port of the MCU is connected with a power supply VCC (high level) or GND (low level), and the MCU identifies the model of the control panel according to the level of the I/O port.
However, the inventor finds that, in the process of implementing the present invention, for the first mode, since the first mode is only suitable for the case where the refrigerator includes a plurality of MCU control systems, when only a single MCU or two MCUs in the refrigerator have a communication fault, the identification of the control panel model cannot be realized, which has a great limitation; for the second mode, because 1I/O port of the MCU has only two levels, i.e. 1I/O port can only identify two control board models, the number of identifiable modes is limited, and if the number of identifiable modes is large, the MCU occupies more I/O ports.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a refrigerator and an identification method of a control panel machine type thereof, which can realize identification of the control panel machine type no matter under the condition of single MCU or multiple MCUs, and have the advantages of less occupied I/O ports, more identifiable quantity of corresponding control panel machine types and lower production cost.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigerator, including a control panel;
wherein, the control panel includes:
the input end of the voltage conversion module is connected with a power supply, and the voltage conversion module is used for receiving a power supply voltage signal provided by the power supply through the input end of the voltage conversion module, converting the power supply voltage signal into a voltage signal with a preset voltage value and outputting the voltage signal through the output end of the voltage conversion module;

It will be appreciated that since the n-bit analog-to-digital converter corresponds to 2nIndividual plaitCodes, and each code can be used for corresponding to one control board model, when the MCU only has a single a/D port 112A and a single n-bit analog-to-digital converter 1121, the recognizable number of the corresponding control board model can reach 2nA single, e.g., 8-bit, analog-to-digital converter 1121, a single A/D port 112A, may recognize a number of 28256, the recognizable number of control board models is greatly improved compared with the prior art.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the control board 110 further includes an anti-jamming module 113;
the a/D port 112A is connected to the output end 111b of the voltage conversion module 111 through the interference rejection module 113;
the anti-interference module 113 is configured to reduce interference on the voltage signal with the preset voltage value in the transmission process.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the immunity module 113 includes a third resistor R3 and a first capacitor C1; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a first end of the third resistor R3 is connected to the output end 111b of the voltage conversion module 111, and a second end of the third resistor R3 is connected to the A/D port 112A;
