In order to inhibit resonance, the noise of the existing fresh air fan is reduced to a range which can be borne by human ears, the metal plate thickness is increased in the industry, however, the increase of the metal plate thickness not only increases the material consumption, thereby increasing the manufacturing cost, but also can not well inhibit resonance, and the noise caused by metal plate resonance is still more obvious. Because the motor generally passes through the motor support to be fixed on the volute, and its pivot is parallel with panel beating casing bottom surface usually, so at the during operation, because the effect of centrifugal force, the panel beating can take place resonance, and the noise is great.
The new fan in the market still has the problem that air flow causes higher noise at present. Although the main methods for reducing the noise of the fan are mainly reasonable adjustment of the structures of the volute tongue and the impeller, both the two methods have certain limitations, and the noise is reduced while the energy consumption is increased or the performance of the fan is reduced.

When the centrifugal machine is used, polluted air in a room is pumped into the sound insulation area from the air inlet through the flexible air pipe by using the centrifugal fan, sound absorption cotton in the sound absorption area absorbs part of sound generated by air flowing in the air inlet, and the sound insulation and shock absorption device around the centrifugal machine comprises a rubber shock absorption pad or a damping spring shock absorber, so that the vibration of the fan and the shell can be reduced, and the sound can be blocked in the shell and cannot generate noise outwards. In addition, in the purification area, the rubber strips wrapped on the edges of the filter plates can slow down vibration between the filter plates and the shell.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention starts from the air inlet pipeline, enters the buffer area, the purification area and the air suction area after reaching the air inlet and then comes out from the air outlet to carry out a series of noise reduction and shock absorption treatment on the noise generated by the air flow, thereby ensuring the invention to realize the silent operation.
