Unless defined otherwise, all technical terms used in the examples of the present invention have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like refer to orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings or orientations or positional relationships that are conventionally used to place the products of the present invention, and are used for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first", "second", etc. are used merely to distinguish one description from another, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a valve opening prevention device, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, including: a fixing component 1 and a locking component 2;
the fixing component 1 comprises a top plate 11, at least two penetrating rods 12 fixed on the same side of the top plate 11 and penetrating rod nuts 13;
the locking assembly 2 comprises a coaming 21, a back plate 22 and a box door 23 which are arranged at two opposite sides of the coaming 21, and a lockset, wherein the coaming 21, the back plate 22 and the box door 23 can be encircled to form a closed box body;
a rod penetrating hole 2201 is formed in the back plate 22, and the rod penetrating 12 can penetrate through the rod penetrating hole 2201 and is fixed on the back plate 22 through a rod penetrating nut 13;
one end of the box door 23 is hinged on the coaming 21, and the other end is fixed on the coaming 21 through a lock.
When the valve is applied, the through rods 12 of the fixing component 1 respectively penetrate through gaps of a valve hand wheel, the top plate 11 of the fixing component 1 is attached to the valve hand wheel, and the through rods 12 extend to the bottom of the valve and are positioned on two sides of the valve; then, the locking assembly 2 is installed on the fixing assembly 1 through the rod penetrating hole 2201 on the back plate 22, the rod penetrating nut 13 is adopted to fix the rod penetrating nut 12 on the back plate 22 (since the enclosing plate 21 encloses the rod penetrating nut 12 in a relatively small box body, the rod penetrating nut 13 cannot be fixed by a conventional wrench, and a special wrench sleeve is adopted to fix the rod penetrating nut), and finally, the box door 23 is closed, and the box door 23 is fixed and locked by a lock. When the valve needs to be opened, an operator needs to open the lockset by using a key, then open the box door 23, then unscrew the penetrating rod nut 13 by using a special wrench sleeve, take down the locking component 2, then take down the fixing component 1, and then operate the hand wheel to open and close.
It will be appreciated that one end of the rod 12 may be fixed to the top plate 11 by welding and the other end provided with a screw thread for fixed connection with the rod nut 13. The length of the through rod 12 can be determined according to the actual valve condition, and generally, the length of the through rod 12 is slightly longer than the valve length.
The anti-opening device for the valve, provided by the embodiment of the invention, comprises the fixing component 1 and the locking component 2, has a simple structure, can be manufactured by self, and thus, the cost can be saved, and the problem of high cost of the anti-theft valve is solved; in addition, through setting up pole nut 13 and connecting pole 12 in the box for conventional spanner can not be used for the fastening and the dismantlement of pole nut 13, needs to adopt special spanner sleeve to operate, has avoided the commonality of accessory from this, makes outside personnel unable open the valve, or has increased the degree of difficulty of opening the valve, and the crude oil loss is avoided to the at utmost, ensures that the oil well normally produces.
In the prior art, the anti-theft mode of welding the outlet plug of the valve is also often adopted, but outside personnel can generally damage the welding line and disguise the site, so that the personnel are not easy to find when checking the well. If the valve opening-preventing device provided by the embodiment of the invention is damaged by strong force, the scene is not easy to disguise, and staff can find and process the device in time during well patrol.
In the above valve opening prevention device, in order to facilitate the fixing of the fixing component 1 on the valve hand wheel, as shown in fig. 1, a first positioning groove 1101 may be provided on the top plate 11, and the first positioning groove 1101 is adapted to the outer profile of the valve hand wheel;
the first positioning slot 1101 is located on the same side as the penetrating rod 12, and the penetrating rod 12 is located inside the first positioning slot 1101.
When the valve fixing device is used, the penetrating rods 12 of the fixing component 1 respectively penetrate through gaps of a valve hand wheel, so that the valve hand wheel can be positioned in the first positioning groove 1101, and the fixing component 1 can be conveniently fixed on the hand wheel. Meanwhile, the groove wall of the first positioning groove 1101 also plays a role in protecting the hand wheel, so that the rotation of the valve hand wheel is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a second positioning groove 1102 may be further disposed on the top plate 11, and the second positioning groove 1102 is adapted to a fixing nut in the middle of a hand wheel of the valve;
the second positioning slot 1102 is located on the same side of the through-bar 12, and the second positioning slot 1102 is located between at least two through-bars 12.
During application, the penetrating rods 12 of the fixing component 1 penetrate through gaps of a valve hand wheel respectively, the valve hand wheel is located in the first positioning groove 1101, and meanwhile, a fixing nut in the middle of the valve hand wheel is clamped by the groove wall of the second positioning groove 1102, so that the valve hand wheel can be further fixed.
Similarly, in order to facilitate the fixing of the locking assembly 2 on the valve handle, as shown in fig. 3, a back plate fixing hole 2202 may be further disposed on the back plate 22, and the back plate fixing hole 2202 is adapted to the bottom boss of the valve.
When the valve handle is used, the bottom boss of the valve can be clamped on the back plate fixing hole 2202, so that the locking assembly 2 is fixed on the valve handle, and subsequent operation is facilitated. Wherein the back plate holding hole 2202 may be configured to have a shape that fits the bottom boss of the valve, for example, a square shape.
In addition, in consideration of safety, on the basis of the above-mentioned valve opening prevention device, the following anti-theft details can be further designed.
Since the external contour of the conventional fastening nut is hexagonal (i.e., "hexagonal nut"), the penetrating rod nut 13 may have an irregular external contour to increase the difficulty of opening, such as a triangular shape (triangular nut), a quadrangular shape (quadrangular nut), a pentagonal shape (pentagonal nut), or any other irregular shape. Accordingly, the operator can design the corresponding wrench socket according to the outer contour of the stem nut 13, so that the internal groove of the wrench socket is adapted to the outer contour of the stem nut 13 and can be used to open or tighten the stem nut 13 exclusively.
Further, in order to increase the difficulty of opening the door 23 and thus enhance the anti-theft effect of the device, as shown in fig. 2, the locking assembly 2 may further include a first bolt 24; and is
A first threaded hole 2101 is formed in the box body;
a second threaded hole 2301 is formed in the box door 23, and the second threaded hole 2301 is a counter bore;
the first bolt 24 is fixed in the first threaded hole 2101 through the second threaded hole 2301; wherein, the end of the first bolt 24 has an inner polygonal groove, and the inner polygonal is a triangle, or a quadrangle, or a pentagon.
In application, when the door 23 is closed, the second threaded holes 2301 on the door 23 correspond to the first threaded holes 2101 in the box body, and then the door is fixed in the first threaded holes 2101 by the first bolts 24 passing through the second threaded holes 2301.
Since the second threaded hole 2301 is a counterbore, the end of the first bolt 24 will sink into the counterbore, and the first wrench 3 with a stop (as shown in fig. 4) is required to open, and the shape of the stop will be adapted to the shape of the groove in the end of the first bolt 24.
For example, when the end of the first bolt 24 has an inner pentagon shape, as shown in fig. 4, the outer contour of the stopper of the first wrench 3 may be made pentagon.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the shroud 21 may be provided with a first projection toward the inside of the case,
a first threaded hole 2101 is formed in the first projection;
the door 23 is provided with a second protruding block facing the inside of the box body, and a second threaded hole 2301 is formed in the second protruding block.
Similarly, in order to further enhance the anti-theft effect of the device, as shown in fig. 2, the locking assembly 2 may further include a second bolt 25; and is
A third threaded hole 2102 is formed in the box body;
a fourth threaded hole 2302 is formed in the box door 23, and the fourth threaded hole 2302 is a counter bore;
the second bolt 25 is fixed in the third threaded hole 2102 through the fourth threaded hole 2302, and the outline of the end of the second bolt 25 is polygonal, and the polygonal shape is a triangle, or a quadrangle, or a pentagon.
In application, when the door 23 is closed, the fourth threaded hole 2302 of the door 23 corresponds to the third threaded hole 2102 in the box, and then the door is fixed in the third threaded hole 2102 by the second bolt 25 passing through the fourth threaded hole 2302.
Since the fourth threaded hole 2302 is a counter bore, the end of the second bolt 25 will be sunk in the counter bore, and needs to be opened by using the second wrench 4 (shown in fig. 5) with a sleeve, and the inner cylindrical shape of the sleeve is matched with the outer contour of the end of the second bolt 25.
For example, when the end of the second bolt 25 has a pentagonal shape, as shown in fig. 5, the socket inner cylinder of the second wrench 4 may have a pentagonal shape.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a third protrusion facing the inside of the box body is provided on the enclosing plate 21, and a third threaded hole 2102 is formed in the third protrusion;
the door 23 is provided with a fourth protruding block facing the inside of the box body, and a fourth threaded hole 2302 is formed in the fourth protruding block.
When the valve needs to be closed, after the rod penetrating nut 13 is fixed, the door 23 is closed, the first bolt 24 is fixed in the first threaded hole 2101 through the second threaded hole 2301 by a special wrench (such as a first wrench 3), the second bolt 25 is fixed in the third threaded hole 2102 through the fourth threaded hole 2302 by a special wrench (such as a second wrench 4), and then the door 23 is fixedly locked by a lock, so that multiple protections are realized; when the valve needs to be opened, an operator needs to open the lockset by using a key, unscrew the first bolt 24 and the second bolt 25 by using the first wrench 3 and the second wrench 4 respectively, open the box door 23, unscrew the penetrating rod nut 13 by using a special wrench sleeve, take down the locking component 2, take down the fixing component 1 and operate the hand wheel to open and close. Therefore, external personnel can not open the valve or the difficulty of opening the valve is increased, crude oil loss is avoided to the maximum extent, and normal production of the oil well is ensured.
The above description is only for facilitating the understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
