In another embodiment of the present invention, a cartoon is formed on the outer surface of the pressing action gear 20, and the pen body is formed to be transparent.
Next, the operation of the present invention will be described.
The present invention is provided with: a pen body 10; a push operation gear 20 inserted into the pen body 10; a pressing lever 30 inserted inside the pressing operation gear 20; a pen core 40 inserted into the pressing rod 30; a spring 41 elastically supporting the cartridge 40; and a cap 50 coupled to an upper portion of the pen body 10 to prevent the pressing lever 30 from being separated, wherein when the pressing portion 31 of the pressing lever 30 is pressed, the pressing lever 30, which is lowered, presses the pressing operation gear 20, and the pen core 40, which is inserted into the pressing lever 30, protrudes through the telescopic hole 11.
That is, when the pressing portion 31 is pressed, the pressing step 31 of the descending pressing lever 30 presses the upper end of the pressing operation gear 20 to descend the pressing operation gear 20 by a predetermined interval.
At this time, when the pressing operation gear 20 descends to a position where the rotary gear 23 contacts the rotary protrusion 12, the upper ends of the pressing protrusions 33 formed on both sides of the lower portion of the pressing lever 30 are separated from the lower portion of the pressing operation groove 22, the pressing protrusions 33 are separated from the pressing operation groove 22, the rotary protrusion 12 contacts the inclined surface of the rotary gear 23, and the pressing operation gear 20 rotates while descending.
On the other hand, the protrusion stop gear 21b formed at the lower portion of the pressing gear part 21 rotating with the rotation of the rotation protrusion 12 is positioned at the upper portion of the pressing protrusion 33, and when the pressing force to the pressing lever 30 is released, the elastic force of the spring 41 is transmitted to the pressing lever 30 through the cartridge 40, and the pressing lever 30 ascends by a predetermined interval.
At this time, the pressing protrusion 33 of the ascending pressing lever 30 contacts the inclined protrusion stop gear 21b of the pressing operation gear 20, and the pressing operation gear 20 ascends at a corner portion of the protrusion stop gear 21b while rotating by a predetermined angle, so that the ascending of the pressing lever 30 is stopped and the pen core 40 can be maintained in a protruded state.
When the upper portion of the pressing protrusion 33 is separated from the pressing operation groove 22 in a state where the lower portion of the pressing protrusion 33 of the pressing lever 30 is inserted into the rotation preventing groove 13, the pressing operation gear 20 is in a selectable state, and the pressing lever 30 is lifted up and down at a predetermined interval in a state where the lower portion of the pressing protrusion 33 of the pressing lever 30 is inserted into the rotation preventing groove 13, and the pressing lever 30 is not rotated any more.
That is, since the upper portion of the pressing protrusion 33 is a descending space which can be separated from the pressing operation groove 22 in a state where the rotation preventing groove 13 is inserted into the lower portion of the pressing protrusion 33, the upper portion of the pressing lever 30 is inserted into the pressing operation groove 22 and the lower portion is inserted into the rotation preventing groove 13 in a state where the cartridge 40 is not projected, the pressing operation gear 20 is fixed and does not rotate due to vibration, and the rotation operation of the pressing operation gear 20 can be performed only when the pressing protrusion 33 is separated from the pressing operation groove 22.
On the other hand, when the pressing portion 31 of the pressing lever 30 is pressed long again, the pressing lever 30 is lowered and the pressing projection 33 is disengaged from the protrusion stop gear 21b, and when the pressing step 32 of the pressing lever 30 presses the upper end of the pressing operation gear 20, the pressing operation gear 20 is lowered, the rotary gear 23 is in contact with the rotary projection 12, the pressing operation gear 2 is lowered and rotated at a predetermined interval, and the pressing operation groove 22 is located above the pressing projection 33 disengaged from the protrusion stop gear 21 b.
When the force applied by the pressing lever 30 is released, the pressing lever 30 is raised by the elasticity of the spring 41, and the pressing projection 33 is raised along the pressing operation groove 22, thereby performing the expansion and contraction operation of the pen core 40.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a cartoon is formed on the outer surface of the pressing motion gear 20, and the pen body 10 is formed to be transparent, whereby the pressing motion gear 20 rotates with the rotation of the pressing rod 30, and thus, the writing tool can be used as a game tool for a user.
