The hot melt adhesive layer, the primer layer, the ink layer and the finish paint layer of the polystyrene section are covered outside the impact-resistant layer in a thermal transfer printing mode.
The total thickness of the hot melt adhesive layer, the primer layer, the ink layer and the finish paint layer of the polystyrene section is 0.01-0.02 mm.
The wear-resistant layer of the polystyrene section bar is composed of ultraviolet curing paint and covers the outer surface of the finish paint layer in a light curing mode.
The bulk specific gravity of the micro-foaming layer of the polystyrene section bar is 0.35-0.60g/cm3。
The thickness of the impact resistant layer of the polystyrene section bar is 0.15-0.50 mm.
The thickness of the wear-resistant layer of the polystyrene section bar is 0.02-0.05 mm.
According to the polystyrene section bar adopting the technical scheme, the polystyrene micro-foaming layer and the high-impact-resistance polystyrene layer are formed in one step through micro-foaming co-extrusion, and the polystyrene section bar has good processing performance.
The polystyrene micro-foaming layer plays a supporting role, and the surface of the section bar has a good embossing treatment effect due to the internal cell structure of the polystyrene micro-foaming layer.
The high impact polystyrene layer enables the whole section to have good toughness within a certain length range.
The hot melt adhesive layer is mainly provided with a hot melt adhesive, and the primer layer, the ink layer and the finish paint layer are firmly adhered to the high impact resistant layer of the polystyrene section bar. The hot melt adhesive layer is friction-resistant and has strong adhesive force. Has both instant hot-melt effect and excellent adhesive force, and is well matched with printing ink.
The primer layer serves to cover the color of the micro-foamed layer and the impact resistant layer.
The ink layer is various colorful patterns.
The surface paint layer is mainly a transparent layer and plays a role in protection.
The wear-resistant layer further improves the hardness of the surface of the profile, and the surface paint layer and the ink layer are prevented from being scratched.

The micro-foaming layer 1 and the impact resistant layer 2 of the polystyrene section are formed by cooling after single-screw double-layer co-extrusion.
The hot melt adhesive layer 3, the primer layer 4, the ink layer 5 and the finish paint layer 6 of the polystyrene section are covered outside the impact-resistant layer 2 in a thermal transfer printing mode.
The total thickness of the hot melt adhesive layer 3, the primer layer 4, the ink layer 5 and the finish paint layer 6 of the polystyrene section is 0.015 mm.
The wear-resistant layer 7 of the polystyrene section bar is composed of ultraviolet curing paint and covers the outer surface of the finish paint layer 6 in a light curing mode.
The bulk specific gravity of the micro-foaming layer 1 of the polystyrene section bar is 0.45g/cm3。
The thickness of the impact resistant layer 2 of the polystyrene section bar is 0.20 mm.
The total thickness of the hot melt adhesive layer 3, the primer layer 4, the ink layer 5 and the finish paint layer 6 of the polystyrene section is 0.02 mm.
The thickness of the wear-resistant layer 7 of the polystyrene section bar is 0.025 mm.

The wear-resistant polystyrene profile comprises a seven-layer layered structure and is characterized in that a micro-foaming layer, an impact-resistant layer, a hot-melt adhesive layer, a primer layer, an ink layer, a finish paint layer and a wear-resistant layer are sequentially arranged from inside to outside.
